This time, however, we drove about 45 minutes to Location #4, and unfortunately, the experience was completely different. The server, Ximena, was extremely rude and unfriendly from the beginning. What was even more concerning was seeing her yell at another customer because his food had been prepared incorrectly. She told him, "Next time, order your food correctly because I will not fix your order again." That was very uncomfortable to witness. Then, when we received our own order, which normally comes with one large consomé that is split into two portions, we were given two very small consone instead. When I politely asked about it, Ximena responded very rudely, saying, "Well, I can put it in a large bowl, but I will not give you more." We never asked for more food. We simply wanted the order we normally receive to be served correctly. As we were walking out, she apparently realized that our order had been handled incorrectly and gave us a piece of flan. We never asked for flan--we simply wanted our order to be correct in the first place. That kind of customer service is unacceptable. Everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, we will not be making the 45-minute drive to this location again. We will continue going to the Eastern and Bonanza location, where we have always received much better service and have never had an issue.
