They had recently replaced Gabi's Gorditas on Blue Diamond and Decatur, with this location being their third in the Las Vegas valley. It's a small location with limited seating but we had planned to take our food back home with us. When we looked at the menu, we also noticed that they also sell ramen noodles, which was pretty interesting to see alongside their tacos and burritos. My boyfriend and I got a taco and a burrito of our own, where his was beef and mine was chicken birria. We watched the cook make one of the burritos while we were waiting and I knew it was going to be huge from the start. I think we waited about 5 minutes before our food was ready. Upon taking the first bite of my taco, it was so delicious! Lots of chicken birria were present inside and it couldn't be beat. After consuming my taco, I moved on to my big chicken birria burrito. This burrito was the best one I've ever had, though I had to stop eating it halfway through because I was getting full. I ended up having the other half for lunch the next day. The queso tacos have mozzarella cheese melted into them, very yummy. A friend of ours told us about the keto tacos, so we also tried those. The service was excellent and the food was piping hot when served. This was a wonderful surprise since our favorite Mexican restaurant has been closed down. This place specialize in Birria tacos and they are really good and flavorful. The tacos are very filling. Crispy taco shell with slow cooked and tender beef. Flavors were all well balanced with that tasty melted cheese . The rice was very tasty and complimented the meal good. Everything was freshly cooked and served warm, but I highly recommend eating it there , because tacos are so juicy and saucy that will get mushy if you take it to go. They also have: quesadillas and burritos on their menu , which we have tried this time and it was delicious. So filling , great portions and of course freshly made. The store is clean with that casual restaurant vibe, you order the food at the counter and you seat yourself. The space is small, but still there is several tables for seating. DELICIOUS!!!!! Been wanting to try for forever. But we never lived close to one. This is right by our house now. The meat has great flavor. Sad the consume is sold separately but I get it. And yes it's worth buying. Even though we loved the tacos, the egg rolls were a touch of perfection. Who would've ever thought? Such a great idea. The salsas are also both good. And we opted to get plain fries as opposed to Birria fries, bc we had the tacos and egg rolls. The birria fries looked delicious, but the plain fries were good as well. Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm and nobody was inside. Fast service and the workers were very nice and attentive. You go up to the front and order and then they bring your food to you when ready. We ordered the 3 cheese birria taco combo and birria plate combo which you assemble yourself along with the birria Eggrolls (2) The combos are both good because it's a good deal and it comes with drinks which you can refill yourself. I had their food at escape in San Bernardino. I was double charged and they forced me to give a $10 tip. $50 for less than $20 worth of food is insane. The lady was quite rude to me and I tried getting a refund in the moment and she declined. I reached out to them via email and they pretended they would refund me or provide me a gift card and I got no response for almost 3 months. I'm sure they waited thinking my card has a chargeback time limit but it does not. I was really hoping to resolve this but I'm disappointed they did this. I visited Vitos Tacos because it was close to where I was doing some business and I saw that they had a 4.5 rating ... oh and I love tacos. I found that the menu was limited but what they did have is not your typical fast food ground burger tacos. A little expensive at $3.79 for either a small chicken birria or a beef birria taco. If you want cheese on it, it turns it into a Queso Taco for an additional $.70 each. After charging me extra for the cheese, they did not include it on my tacos nor did they offer to refund the difference. The Birria here is straight from Grandma's original recipe. Grandma lives in Jalisco, Mexico which is where birria anything got its name. Traditionally birria is made using goat meat but not everyone likes that so most places including Vitos make it from scratch using beef. They slow cook their beef and chicken break it down by hand and finish it up in the birria sauce. Be careful if you order the chicken birria. They have a warning on their menu that you may find an occasional small bone. The flavor is good with only a slight bitter after taste which some people use a little cinnamon which would solve the bitter after taste, but they choose not to here. The seating and cooking area are mostly clean and family friendly. I didn't notice anything on the menu (including the fries or nachos) that was vegan. Except the sodas, water, and paletas (ice cream popsicle). Easy parking and friendly service. read more

The interior of this particular location is pretty small, but even though I went on a Friday night, we didn't have to wait for a table since it seems like a good amount of customers order to go instead of dining in. This was my first time trying Birria and it was one of the best tacos I've had in Las Vegas. I feel like the price is pretty expensive for the amount of food you get, but the queso added some "density", even if it was only two tacos this visit. If I went back, I'd like to try the consommé and horchata next time, and if you're in the area, it's a place worth checking out. read more
