This is my wife and I first time we felt good about the apartment community as whole. From the manager to the maintenance to workers here in general and the tenants here. First I would like to thank the manager Jenny, who literally made my wife and I feel at home when we came to see the apartment that was available. We had been to many showings different places where the apartment was nice but the manager was bad. No customer service whatsoever. We'd sometimes go to a showing and feel like we're being judged on how we look, talk, walk etc. like we weren't able to afford the apartment. So many showings went by and I was just about done, then I told my wife this "Spring Tree Apartments" is the last one then I'm done. So we came here to Spring Tree Apartments to do the showing, Jenny was welcoming and respectful, treated us with no judgement but kindness. My wife and I were telling each other that we'd not be here if it wasn't for the welcoming feeling from Jenny. So Jenny thank you very much for making my family feel welcomed and at home. It's been years since we had that feeling. No judgement from anyone just home. I'm glad to say that this was last and final showing. I'd say this is something I will never forget. Thank you. 2nd I would like to thank Cory for getting to the maintenance request in a timely manner, if we request it he does it. Everything has been downhill since REMM came in and got rid of Debbie and Kieth. More money for rent despite stagnate growth in house hold income. They hired way too many grounds keepers and installed a monthly building maintenance fee yet all the workers use blowers blowing dust everywhere and the grounds aren't kept better than when there was one grounds keep (once a dust cloud was accidently blown at my wife and newborn as a new dad I may have been livid had I been there at the time). Additionally, now at the height of summer the pool is a deep green swamp and breeding ground for misquitoes (thank God zika isn't here yet). I feel bad for the children who's parents moved here for the pool feature. They also don't do well replacing lights so the hallways aren't always lit at night leaving blind spots which isn't safe. Additionally there aren't perks with the REMM group like gift cards for thanksgiving just more money in rent with less accommodation. The parking sucks. It could be worse though. I tend to park my unassigned car on crescent and magnolia. The most part of my one star is the pool. It is dark green and now full of algae and bacteria that are now producing gas leaving nasty bubbles in the pool. They could have shocked the pool to lessen potential pathogens but they have chosen otherwise. They'll probably read this and hurry to take it down but this has gone on too long and they have to be held accountable to a higher standard than what they think is apparently acceptable. read more

I been living here for close to 3 yrs. I have always liked living here and even more now with all the beautiful changes going on inside and outside. The new property management team is awesome. They never make you feel like they are too busy because they really handle any request immediately. I love everyone in the office (they are actually there). Spencer and Valerie go above and beyond. I certainly don't mind having to call for maintenance. Alberto always takes care of it ASAP. He is the best!!! Our grounds keepers always have this place looking lovely. My favorite thing now is our beautiful pools now have gorgeous furniture to lounge on in the summer. They have also furnished our barbecue area with very comfortable couches and rugs. They match our pool furniture. It really does look beautiful and now that summer is over we can still lounge with family and guests have some wine and barbecue . I am definitely loving this place I call home and excited to see what's next. I only have 1 issue and that is the parking situation. It seems that is the issue everywhere in this city read more

So many apartments over the years, found Spring tree and did not look back! everyone here is so polite and friendly. manager Jenny is one of the best reasons i decided to move here! she explains everything in depth and is very professional as soon as i walked in we connected, she treats you like gold! i have never been to a place where i felt so welcomed! i have been to many apartments previously, never did i experienced what i experienced with jenny. To be honest i have seen luxury apartments but not good management, and for me at least that is one of my prioritize. Jenny definitely opened my eyes. She is a great manager, she makes sure to prioritize you she is genuinely honest, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. answers all the questions you have and has no problem making you understand. I absolutely adore how professional she dresses. It made me sad when she told me she will not be staying too long. I recommend Spring Tree Apt Anaheim CA has a very professional team. Jenny, Business Manager, has addressed my concerns and repairs in a timely manner. Coy, maintenance has done a professional job in terms of excellent quality of repairs and follow-up. The maintenance team when job was completed, made sure my door was locked. I felt secure. I appreciate the upgrade of each carport having an EV charging station. The parking Is organized. The security service and cameras gives me a sense of security. I have lived here over 21 years since 2003. I have observed upgrades, tenants concerns being addressed, the grounds keeper always on time, promoting a green, vibrant, spring time gardens. The apt complex has a family friendly environment. Always clean. 2 pools, refreshment vending machines, bbq stations available to enjoy, lounging seating areas, 4 laundry rooms, close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry, and close to 91 and 5 freeways. I really enjoy living in Spring Tree Apartments my experience here has been positive. The apartment complex is peaceful, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The atmosphere here is lovely. Everything is kept very clean and has a very welcoming feeling. The unit is very beautiful and spacious. The service here is amazing. I love the emails they send to update on what is going on in the apartment complex. It is very trouble-free to put in a maintenance request. Maintenance is always on top of things. Francisco is fast and professional and gets the job done. The apartment complex has everything I need, laundry rooms, parking, pools, and great maintenance service, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. A big plus is that it is conveniently located minutes away from the mall, grocery stores, and there are multiple places to explore and eat. read more

I have now lived in Springtree for just about 2 years. I have 0 complaints. I love my little apartment and haven't had much problems at all with the place other than normal wear and tear. If I ever need something I know I can call Debbie and she either fixed the problem immediately, tries to come up with a solution, or passes a message to Keith who will be there for you in no time. Its apartment living you are sharing close space with lots of people so things are to be expected but overall everyone is respectful of that. I love my place and the management. Thanks Debbie for always being there. I will say the only complaint I have is I WISH people would more closely watch when their laundry time is done because there isn't that many and I hate having to take other peoples clothes out after hours of waiting. I've been apartment hunting for about 5 or 6 months now and honestly the second I met with Francisco at spring tree I was set on that apartment complex , I found myself comparing all apartments after that to the Spring Tree Apartments. Francisco made me feel extremely comfortable ( which is a big deal for a first time renter) and answered all my questions and made sure he stayed in contact for any future concerns . I'm so excited to be joining the Spring Tree Family next week I'm just thankful it's been such an easy stress free experience with them. Springtree is a lovely family friendly community. The property is very convenient to freeways and shopping as well as schools. I have lived at Springtree for 4 years and while parking can be tough sometimes, the management really encourages others to share spaces or to use their assigned space so that parking isn't an issue. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Neighbors are kind and the grounds are kept clean. The manager is friendly and helpful. Very attentive! I like that I can email concerns or questions vs. having to call in. Springtree is a great place to call home and I have recommended this property to family and friends. read more

Springtree is great! The apartments are spacious. It is located on a busy street but when you get into the comfort of your home it doesn't seem to matter. I like that they have two pools and vending machines. They also have bar-b-que grills througout the property. I love the vaulted ceiling and patio, which is kind of like a mini backyard. The only drawback is you only get one parking space, and at night it can be hard to find a space. read more

Good attention ion, kind and helpful service. We felt comfortable during the interview and all our doubts were answered with patience. We got to see the apartments, and had a tour around the place while we heard the rules to live here, always with an smile and a good attitude. We like it here thats why we have been here for so many years now. there are some cons and pros not enough parking space for people to come and visit. the pros are our place is kept up daily here. Our managers don't let the carports get busy here with stuff. the pools are always clean with the grounds kept up. overall we like it for whats available. read more
