An absolutely darling shop with great food finds that are worthy of your kitchen, a hostess gift, or holiday gifts, and outstanding service, all in one place. The oils and vinegars are top-notch. I use all of them in my cooking and in salad dressings. The white peach balsamic vinegar is not to be missed. The raspberry balsamic is phenomenal in salad dressings, and adds a nice zing. The imported foods make for a perfect noshing table. I absolutely love everything I've ever bought here. Highly recommend.

My first review for 2021 goes to Viva Oliva. I purchased some local condiments here for NYE, and I'm happy to say they were a hit! If you like a spicy jelly, then you must pick up their Ojai habanero jelly. This pairs well with any cheese! It has a little kick to it but not so much where it burns your tongue. My other purchase was the ever so popular Truff hot sauce. They have 2 choices of the black truffle; hot & hotter ($17), and white truffle, but the white truff is pretty expensive at $34! I purchased the regular hot Truff with the black label. The reviews on this are mixed, but in my opinion this is a unique hot sauce that has a very subtle hint of truffle so it's not overpowering. There is a slight sweetness due to the agave, and the heat level is very mild. I used this for a shrimp batter, put it on potato chips and mixed it with ranch dip. The possibilities are endless on how to use this. There are so many good options here to support local businesses. Olive oil, chocolate, balsamic vinaigrette's, olives, handcrafted wooden utensils, jellies, pistachios, and much much more. I also, bought some cute wooden serving spoons. Looking forward to to going back for more goodies.

Years ago I bought a bottle of 18 year Viva Oliva 18 year old Balsamic Vinegar. In my life o hav never had anything so beautiful!!! I used it sparingly because I wasn't sure if the company was still around. Upon the last drop I searched the web and found them. They never left! I promptly ordered the largest bottle of their Traditional (which is 18 year) and then sesame oil, olive oil and a bottle of #101 Noble bourbon barrel matured maple syrup. Literally within a few days I received my order. Their products are amazing and their customer service goes above and beyond. (I had a few questions and they answered them immediately via email). I am so excited! Fresh Mozzarella, basil and tomato. A splash of Viva Oliva Olive oil and a dash of Viva Oliva Traditional Balsamic and viola...I'll look like I know what I'm doing! Thank you Viva Oliva! The next time I'm in Santa Barbara I'll zip in!

Our happy hour cooking with Viva Oliva's utensils canister and balsamic vinegar.

We recently discovered Le Sorelle at the Santa Barbara Night market (a temporary holiday pop-up…read moreshop through December) as we were doing some light holiday gift shopping. Donatella invited us up to her shop to try some samples, and we were sold - literally. We ended up buying a couple of bottles for our family and a couple of bottles for ourselves, along with some incredible olive tapenade (she threw in an extra treat, which was very kind). Of the oils, the pure virgin olive oil was the cleanest and most applicable to diverse uses. The mandarino was incredible and so unique...we'll try it on some baked squash or beets or carrots. The limone was super interesting as well, and I think Donatella suggested trying it on salmon. So we'll take her word for it and try that! These are authentic olive oils with very unique flavor profiles. Worth your business this holiday season and beyond! Visit them online or at the Night Market.

The Adamo Extra Virgin Olive Oil transforms a simple salad of mixed greens with a few fresh vegetables into a bold and spicy treat. "Le Sorelle" translates to "the sisters" and is aptly named as its founders, Anna and Donatella, are sisters whose family originates from Puglia. These two dynamic women are passionate about providing the highest quality products to consumers and they have completely hit the mark! I seriously hope more restaurants start using their products. They will compliment just about any dish and take your palate to new heights! Delicious!

Wow. This is my 1,000th Yelp Review, and what a great choice for my 1,000th!…read more We visited Manifattura with an 8:30pm reservation on 05/23/2026 for 2 people. We thought this was all around a 5 star experience. Let me tell you a little bit about it. First of all, much earlier in the day, I had texted the restaurant and asked if they had a slightly earlier reservation than 8:30pm. They promptly responded to me and said they did not; however, they claimed they would keep me on a list and notify me if an earlier time became available Now, most restaurants would tell you this and then forgot about it. To my surprise at 7:30pm, (nearly 6 hours after my initial inquiry), I got a text from the restaurant telling me that they would have a table available for us in 10 to 15 minutes. We responded with a yes, and made our way over to the restaurant. I am very impressed that they held to there promise of notifying us. Once we arrived, you are welcome into a very intimate space. We had a high top table for two near the back of the restaurant. It is a tight squeeze, but you forget all about that after you start eating. Wow! 5 star food. The menu is not big, and a lot of times that indicates high quality, because you know they do a few things very well. We had a great server by the name of Carly. She checked in when appropriate, and was always present when we needed her to be. We started with a Blood Orange Soda and a Spritz Emiliano. Both were delicious. We then shared four additional items for the evening. This included the "Pizza" Bianca, which is essentially Focaccia, along with an order of the Burratta. The Focaccia was excellent, and it paired really well with the Burratta. We then continued our sharing with the Fiori De Zucca, which is essentially squash blossoms. They were really yummy. We then moved on to the Sacchetti, which is a pasta dish that is filled with pork sausage and ricotta with some cherries, brown butter, sage and hazelnuts. Everything this evening was absolutely delicious, and we would definitely return again in the future.

Fortunately with our group we were able to try the various Spritzers. Our favorite being the Manifattura Spritzer. And such a hearty selection of Italian Wines. With each one pairing nicely with our dishes. I highly recommend starting out your meal with a nice glass of the Falanghina, and then pairing with the Barolo and Chianti Classico. For the table we started the evening with their Zucchini Blossoms and house made Focaccia Romana, and dove into the Antipasti and Pasti dishes. Each dish more delicious than the next. Highly recommend making reservations, it's still such a hot spot there in downtown Santa Barbara.

The pizza slices arrived promptly with a fresh basil leaf on top. We started with a slice of the pepperoni and sausage #1, which had amazingly crispy/chewy crusts, and a garlic knot which was perfectly garlicky with a pillowy interior. Later we also shared a figgy piggy, which was probably our favorite slice. The fig matched the bacon flavor with perfect balance. Finally we got a cookie to go. Amazingly crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, with pools of bittersweet chocolate, butterscotch chips and a dash of flaky sea salt. We literally walked away in a haze. We are still wondering if that pizza experience truly happened to us. We are out of towners, and even if we never get to experience that again, I'll die happy knowing that I had the honor of consuming this absolutely phenomenal pizza, cookie and knot.
