    Margherita and Lemon Mushroom slices
    Yun C.

Saint Bibiana Came back here after a few years, and somehow it was exactly the same in the best way. The first time, we stopped in because my daughter was hungry--one bite of the pizza and I remember thinking, "wait... this is actually really good." Fast forward to now, same situation, same reaction. Still memorable. The crust is nicely thin with that perfect balance--crispy but not dry. The margherita was cheesy, flavorful, and super well-balanced (not overly salty or greasy, which is rare). Just clean, simple, done right. My husband tried the lemon mushroom, and that was surprisingly good too--bright, a little different, but still comforting. I also love how easy it is here--you can grab a single slice or go all in on a full pie. They've got beer on tap, and there's even a free old-school arcade game, which made it extra fun for the family. Laid-back vibe, great pizza, and one of those places that sticks in your memory. Easily my favorite pizza spot in Santa Barbara lately.

We loved this place! We were only popping in for a quick snack but that left us craving this pizza later. We grabbed a couple of slices and a salad. The pizza was amazing. We both loved the lemon mushroom! We also had the cauliflower salad, which was also fantastic! Seating is limited but we found a spot.

Came on a Saturday night. They have about 5 tables inside. Just enough for our group of four to grab a table. Service was great all around. We got the Hawaiin and margarita. Both were great. Taste was unique, couldn't describe but something was different about it. Bathroom in the back. There's street parking around the residential streets. Might have to walk a bit but no issue.

Saint Bibiana is a delicious pizza spot! We ordered the Hawaiian pizza and it was perfect!

Called ahead to order my food and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. So many choices and I decided on just a basic pepperoni pizza with hot honey. Mastering a basic pepperoni pizza is the baseline -- if that's off, the specialty pizzas won't stand a chance. Pizza had the perfect amount of sauce, cheese and loved the pepperoni! The crust was absolutely perfect. Very airy light and had the perfect amount of crisp to it. Loved that each slice is garnished with fresh basil to add the perfect pop of color and burst of flavor! I don't live in the area I was just up visiting family, however I cannot wait to go back and try something else. I love that they also sell pizza by the slice. Small little quaint establishment and nearby parking is very limited unless you are willing to walk a little. Pizza is my guilty pleasure and I can't wait to go back!

Chicken, pepperoni, and basil pizza, my favorite!

First time here! The pizza was very fresh savory, crispy, crunchy, flavorful, and delicious. Also, the people were super nice and friendly, and gave me a shark, great atmosphere with pretty music, and I had such a wonderful experience tonight.

Saint Bibiana pizza on West Ortega Street in Santa Barbara is a nice local restaurant serving up fresh delicious pizza. Service is friendly and welcoming. The interior of the restaurant is clean and well lit. I think the pizza was very good and I plan on returning soon.

Hands down the best pizza in Santa Barbara. Their sausage pizza had all fresh ingredients and didn't feel heavy at all. Service was amazing, our server gave us an extra dough knot even though I had only ordered one for the two of us. While the amenities say that dogs are allowed, this is further from the case. Our server had let us know that while they were previously allowed, the city didn't let the business place tables in front of the restaurant. It's not the business's fault, but please change the amenities description.

Came to Saint Bibiana because we were craving pizza and heard it was good. We ordered half pepperoni, half mushroom and olive, and we ate it all. Just two of us. So yes, very good pizza!!! They do have a few beers on tap, and a wine fridge with more bottled beer and wine. Cute little restaurant, small, with a few tables lined up against the wall. Super happy we came here for pizza. The only thing that I was disappointed about is that they don't have ranch. They do have a homemade dill ranch, which I think they called green ranch, it was very good as well but still wanted the option for regular ranch too. They did have red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese on the table. Seems like a popular place for pick up as I saw quite a few people come in and pick up their order!

My sister-in-law visited this establishment 4 years ago and had been craving the mushroom pizza and cauliflower salad ever since. She talked us into trying out her craving. Boy was she right. Excellent does not cover this pizza joint. And it is a joint the you will want to visit each time you are in Santa Barbara. The food. The staff. The small town feels. Give it a try.

For my entree, I ordered the Costolette d'Angello alla Griglia, the grilled lamb chops served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. The lamb was okay, but it arrived more warm than hot and the accompanying mashed potatoes were a disappointment. They arrived noticeably cold in the center, giving the impression that they had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. Unfortunately, those temperature inconsistencies distracted from the dish and even made me question whether everything had been plated and served at its best. The lamb chops were okay overall, but the execution left something to be desired. I also tried the Linguine con Vongole (clam pasta). The flavors were fine and the dish was enjoyable enough, but diners should be aware that there were some broken shell fragments and bits of sand mixed in with the clams. While that can occasionally happen with shellfish dishes, it was noticeable enough that I found myself eating a little more cautiously than I would have liked. One aspect of the restaurant that stood out was the atmosphere. The environment has a distinctive character and personality that makes it feel different from many of the other dining options in SB. It certainly adds to the overall experience. The service was somewhat slow during my visit, though the staff remained friendly and courteous throughout the evening. Overall, this place offered an interesting atmosphere and friendly service, but the food execution felt inconsistent. Between the warm lamb, cold mashed potatoes, and shell fragments in the linguine, the meal didn't quite meet expectations. There's potential here, but a little more attention to detail in the kitchen would go a long way.

The cocktail menu had some clever mixes, and the wine menu offered plenty (maybe even too many) suggestions. SERVICE - Overall service was attentive and effective. The staff worked with our needs and handled a couple of unexpected situations (a couple in our party unexpectedly showing up with their kids in tow) with aplomb. AMBIANCE - While you can't really see much of the ocean, the front windows face it from across the closest street, and the sense of it being there (especially with the windows open) counts for a lot. The house itself is upscale decorated and set. VALUE - Upscale and food and service matches the upscale prices, but it felt like we got worth for what what paid. We paid a bit over $100 a person -- but that included cocktails and wine (and the two kids, who got plates of their own). NET-NET - We're not locals, but Toma is definitely going on our list for any future visits we make to Santa Barbara.

I don't come very often but was shocked how much prices have gone up since last time here. Appetizers $18 to $25 +. Pasta's $27 to $39+ and anything with meat $36 to $55+. Add a couple drinks and you better contact your banker. The food quality does not match the price hike. The food is just okay and some dishes lack flavor, (pretty bland). Only one of our pasta dishes out of six had a great flavor with a little pizzass. We really enjoyed the special caparelli pasta. The sauce had great flavor and a little kick. Now if they could add a little flavor to the rest of the entrees. As far as service: friendly service and quite attentive with a few hiccups. Brought our bread, drinks and in timely manner but we had no table wear, napkins or sharing plates available. They never did bring any spoons even when served a saucy appetizer, or spaghetti. We had to request these items. Four at our table were served their entree but two of us had to finally ask for our entree after waiting quite awhile. Even though they did come and ask if there was anything else when we asked for crushed red peppers and olive oil it took a substantial time to bring them. This always makes the experience less enjoyable. Not sure if I could recommend coming here again. However the ambience is pleasing and they can accommodate large groups, which is nice. A 5 star for environment. Just wish the food was better quality, then the price would be worth it. Also I do need to add 5 stars for the dessert. Our granddaughters chose Arnoldi's version of spumoni dessert and it was a hit. Awesome appearance and plating with a delicious mix of flavors. The chocolate coating was excellent. Highly recommended.
