Studio 12 has a group of devoted pros and novices, all there to have fun and work out, so I did not feel out of place even as a first timer. The music was great, and one of my favorite features was that the class was taught in very dim disco/club like lighting - perfect for getting your dance and sweat on! I've been consistently going here for a few weeks now (because they have an amazing introductory offer) and have thoroughly enjoyed the classes. I've only taken the hot power yoga classes, but have taken it with several different instructors and liked all of them. Each instructor is unique in their approach and the poses they have us go through, but for the most part they are pretty similar and have all been great. They always stick around at the end if you have any questions. I also took a private yoga session here with Caitlyn where I was able to meet with her one on one. I am still very new to yoga and wanted to know if I had the correct form for some of the poses and Caitlyn was really great in helping me through that. They offer other yoga courses too like restorative yoga and hip & back yoga, but I haven't gotten a chance to try those yet. I've had a couple of questions since joining and have reached out to the studio via email and they are always quick to respond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and all the people who work here. Yoga has been my new outlet and this studio has been really good to me. Their prices are very reasonable for boutique fitness which is much appreciated. I usually go to the 6am class, so parking is very easy on Main Street then. There is also a paid lot right across the street. I've only been to Heather's classes (she is the owner) and they have been lovely (well, I feel lovely afterwards, but die internally during the whole class while giving myself pep talks that I can do it). I've tried the Heated Power Yoga and the Heated Sculpt and Flow. Both challenging! I would say there is differently a variety of levels in the class.To me it feels welcoming to beginners as long as you know the base queues for each of the poses. If you are more of a yoga pro, you will definitely love the class as well. Very happy to have Vibe On Main so close by!

This place is located around the side and underneath a building that houses a hair salon. Not very visible from the road. I opted for the So Mix class - 1/2 spin and 1/2 weights. It was everything I like in a spin class - dark room, loud music, bike dancing. There were clearly a lot of regulars in the room...if you're nervous about "keeping up," maybe don't opt for the front row. The weights session was a nice mix of exercises with 5-10 lb weights. Also, they have SPD shoes to borrow. Apparently no one else uses the little lockers in the lobby. Overall a great class - would definitely come back!
