I went to her for skin treatment a few years ago when I still lived in Cali and she was very caring and thorough. She noticed I had some scaring (my body scars very easily) from the last time I visited her so she fixed those areas and made sure I wouldn't scar this time around. I recommend going to her even if you have to travel a bit out of your way, it will be worth it.

We then booked the appointment and I immediately paid for the service because Amanda said that the discount would not last long, so I made sure to book it so that I wouldn't miss out on the discount. Anyways, a few days went by, which allowed me some time to think about the purchase, and that's when I realized that I should call to cancel the service for right now and request a refund. I get work done at LaserAway all of the time, so I could come back at a later time to book something else if I choose to. Anyways, I spoke with a representative about canceling my appointment and to request a refund. The rep. reassured me that a refund was possible as well since I did not use the service at all, but she told me that I would need to speak with Amanda since it was her that scheduled the appointment. I then spoke with Amanda to cancel the appointment and to request a refund. Amanda told me that she can give me store credit, but not a refund. I asked why she didn't tell me about the no refund policy before charging my card and she really had nothing to say about it. Overall, this is horrible customer service! Be aware of this place and of people like her because they're incredibly desperate for money and will scam you for anything.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I was more than happy to discover it. The spa is very nice and clean, people working there are very nice and listening to what I wanted/needed for my reshaping after my first pregnancy. I saw the results before my combined treatment of velashape and LPG were over. Under their advises I did as well 2 sessions of micro-needling for my acne scars and wrinkles and the results are already great, and I expect to get rid of these deep scars after few sessions. Mary was absolutely amazing! She took the time to have a personalized consultation specific to my skin type. I have more dry skin so we did the hydrating DermalInfusion treatment. She explained in detail how the treatment worked - it exfoliates the dry skins cells, removes them, and replenishes with a moisturizing serum. The treatment was completely painless and quick! I literally drive 2 hours away to come here every month (I live in calabasas!). I love Mary and her entire staff. They have done such a good job that I make the drive here every couple months. As a registered nurse with 25 years of experience, including working alongside plastic surgeons, I consulted colleagues and did my own research after these issues arose. It's well-documented that spasms can be a side effect of Botox, and the doctors I consulted confirmed this as well. I've also personally had Botox from a physician for six years without any complications, which in my opinion based on my prior experinece and post-treatment consultation, appeared morr related to her injection technique rather than the Botox itself. Despite this, the NP dismissed my concerns and suggested I must have a neurological issue instead of acknowledging any treatment-related side effect. Moreover, she offered no resolution or refund and simply denied any responsibility for what happened. I'm sharing this review to help others be fully informed before considering this provider. Of course, nothing might happen, but if there's even a 1% chance of a side effect, you may not get any help from her!
