It was our first time visiting today. It was an average experience, but no WOW/standout factor. My son got a lychee slush with boba and I ordered the Q drink with boba, grass jelly and pudding. My son really enjoyed his drink. The toppings were fine in my drink but I was not expecting an earl gray tea-like base. That was a disappointment to me as I was expecting a black tea flavor. Glad you can customize ice and sweetness levels. Nice selection of dairy, non-dairy and kid-friendly/non-tea drinks in two sizes. This shop and their staff/owners are SO nice! They've won me over as a customer from now on. I had an issue with delivery of our boba drinks. The driver apparently decided to take off with our drinks and not deliver them. I called DoorDash who put me on a really long wait, and called Vivi bubble tea. Even though they had already closed up shop for the night, they offered to remake my drinks for me and would wait til I could get them. How sweet is that! The drinks were awesome, and they even included a sweet note with them inviting us back so they could make it up to us, even though the delivery issue wasn't their fault at ALL. Now that is awesome customer service! The way customers are treated says a lot about a business, and this place really nailed it! Went in today since I was nearby. I always have the tea from here. Last week I order from the delivery system through yelp. I had my original grapefruit pineapple jelly. I notice there wasn't any jelly on my drink. I ask the front girl wearing gray shirt if it sometines doesn't come with jelly. She said it did. I then told her that I placed an order last week and it didn't had jelly on both my teas. She then proceeds to tll me that she doesn't recall it. How can she? I never told her the specific day and time for my order. Also I told her if I can have less sugar and she said she couldn't for that drink. That it was standard. I just got back home from picking up two drinks. Taro Creme Brulee and Oreo Creme Brulee, and I honestly got to say it isn't worth the money, it was mostly milk. I tipped cuz it was my first time there, but these drinks don't have the flavor I was looking for. I've tried many places and this one is not it. I tried both flavors and they both were mostly milk. The first time we went, my mom and I ordered a Strawberry Yakult, Garlic Popcorn Chicken and a ton of other drinks, after all we just wanted to try something new! So happy there is a bubble tea shop near us. The family who owns the shop is super sweet too. Horrible service. They got my order wrong and customer service was bad. Didn't fix my order nor offer to do so. Too overpriced doesn't even taste good the only good thing is the boba pearls are chewy. I have definitely had better and the cashier was literally a child. I do not recommend this place. My boyfriend and I got done with a long hike, were craving something cold and refreshing so we came here to try somewhere new for boba. we heard this place just opened recently and figured we would give it a try. The menu is a little overwhelming when it comes to the foreign writing I'm not used to seeing, and it was evident they were still trying to learn how to run everything because it wasn't busy and took a little more time than anticipated. However the woman who rang us up was very polite, we sat and waited for our orders for a couple minutes, but were unfortunately very disappointed in our drinks :(. Taro is my favorite and I am always very happy with it everywhere I have gotten it from, so I was bummed to find that it was a bust here. I'm not sure, but it tasted as if they forgot to put the entire amount of Taro in it because it was very bland and very light purple instead of the strong flavor and deep purple it usually is. The Thai Tea didn't taste as sweet as it normally does, but it looked more true to color than my Taro did. Cute little place, maybe its just not for me though. read more

This is our new go to place for bubble tea and Taiwanese snacks! Here are my recommendations - passion fruit Yakult w boba, popcorn chicken w basil, and Taiwanese sausage. I really like the boba texture with just the right amount of chewiness. I've gone to other places for popcorn chicken and this one has the best meat to coating ratio. Every time we order the popcorn chicken, it tastes like it's right out of the fryer. Yum! The Taiwanese sausage is sweet with just the right amount of juicy fattiness. I was tired after a long day at Legoland, so I went to Vivi boba with my friends. We were not experienced with boba, but the workers were very nice and explained everything to us multiple times. We got our drinks quickly and they were nice and cool, very refreshing after a long day in the park. Everyone loved the boba they got and we happily finished them. The chubby kid with the long hair is a excellent worker he's very fast and quick and helps you out if you have any question about the boba or items on the menu I never really have had boba since I was a teenager so decided to give it a try again . I remember boba being cold and refreshing and hitting the spot. I received my drink slightly cold not even enjoyable . I would give this place a try again paid almost 6 bucks for a large boba .
