Thanks to the Yelp reviews we decided to try this place. Staff was extremely friendly but we felt very rushed, having to chase our waiter down when we needed something. My partner and I had the combo rice plate and the pad Thai chicken. The meat on hers was flavorless and my dish the chicken was old and chewy. We both left feeling unsatisfied. They cost $7.50 per sandwich for a really sad, small-sized French bread, soft and chewy bread (versus toasty and crunchy which I like), and barely any veggies or meat inside. I ordered 2 pho over the phone for pick up. One was supposed to be well done brisket and flank, the other was supposed to be the special that had everything in it. When I got home, they gave me well done brisket and rare steak and the special was missing a few of the meats. also there was very little meat in a huge pile of noodles. I called The restaurant about the meat and sent him text pictures. The person was actually trying to tell me that this red uncooked meat was flank and that they did the order correctly. After a few text back-and-forth text I just gave up and this is why you have this review. If you are in the area, I would recommend going to.Pho Le or pho saigon vs pho vivo. Glad my husband and I decided to try out this restaurant because it was really good. The pho is one of the best and I've had pho all over the U.S. The vermicelli noodle bowls were huge and tasty. The grilled meats were flavorful, you can taste all of the marinade and lemongrass. I included a picture of my bowl half eaten lol We dined-in during lunch on a Friday and the tables were well spaced and clean. Each table had a hand sanitizer bottle which I appreciate, and it shows how important safety is to the owner. The food and service were great that we decided to return the next day for lunch again since the snowy weather called out "pho!" And it was just as good. My deprivation of delicious Vietnamese food was satisfied through the devouring of ViVi Pho Arapahoe's authentic cuisines! To drink, my boyfriend tried Green Thai Tea with boba for the first time while I got a very refreshing Coconut Juice (Dua Tuoi). I love how they put the right amount of ice in each of the beverages (because we all know how much of the drink we actuallyyyy get when there's TOO much ice!) and how my coconut juice came in a mason jar mug with big chunks of coconut pieces! As for appetizers, we got the summer rolls with grilled pork (Goi Cuon Thit Nuong), Pork Dumplings, and Chicken Wings. The summer rolls at ViVi Pho Arapahoe had an acceptable amount of meat, vermicelli noodles, and vegetables. After having been to too many restaurants where they disproportionately give more vegetables and vermicelli noodles and barely any meat, I appreciate it even more because that's how spring and summer rolls should be! I personally would have liked some pickled daikon and carrots in the Hoisin Peanut Sauce, but I ain't mad because it was very delicious and a sauce that complimented the spring rolls very well. As for the dumplings, they were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside where it became more easily absorbent for the dipping sauce that made it extraordinary! They were so good, I was speechless because I loved how meaty with a subtle hint of ginger taste it had. The Chicken Wings were my least favorite because I wasn't as impressed nor did it meet our expectation. They were just typical fried bone-in wings with a SIDE of sweet chili sauce to dip in a small bowl. On the menu, it was described as "traditional bone-in fried wings stir-fried with sweet chili sauce." So initially upon ordering, my boyfriend and I thought they were going to be wet wings soaked in sauce. But despite not meeting our expectation (or the description), the wings were perfectly fried and the sauce had a powerful emphasis on the sweet chili. Last but not least, I got a bowl of Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Vietnamese Pork and Beef Noodle Soup) and my boyfriend got a Banh Mi Thit Nuong (Vietnamese Grilled Pork Sandwich) as our main entrees. We tried each other's food and absolutely loved the flavor of both! The umami taste of the Bun Bo Hue we agreed was bomb! Aside from Pho Le in Aurora on Parker Road, I haven't been able to find delicious specialty dishes like Bun Bo Hue outside of restaurants on Federal Blvd. Overall, it's my new favorite local Vietnamese restaurant! I loved the aesthetic of the restaurant and what sold me on top of the delicious food was the cute pho pun canvases they had. I however noticed unlike other restaurants that they didn't have music playing in the background or any fish sauce (Nuoc Mam) at our table with the condiments. I'm sure if we requested both they would have provided them. As for the customer service, there were a few times our waitress checked up on us where the timing wasn't ideal because both times we had food in our mouths when she asked if we'd like more water or how our food was, but that's okay! I loved how I was able to communicate with her in Vietnamese and how she told us we got the Green Thai Tea for free because our total purchase was over $30. We loved the food, atmosphere, and experience so much that we tipped over 20% to show our appreciation. read more

We ordered takeout yesterday (now that inside dining isn't allowed) and were very impressed! We ordered Bun Thit Nuong with pork, banh mi with beef, and the vegetable/tofu lemongrass noodle bowl. The egg roll that came with the bun thit nuong was very flavorful and overall this was my favorite dish. The noodles didn't stick together, there were lots of fresh toppings, and the pork was delicious. The banh mi was also very good--so good I only got a bite before my husband finished it off. Of the three, the lemongrass veggie dish was my least favorite because I was hoping for a stronger lemongrass flavor but it was still very good.
