All they had was cracked corn as far as I could see and Leslie the floor person says oh we're not gonna have any till tomorrow. I then could see it in the back through the window in stock she says I'll have to get the manager seven minutes later the manager Lindsay comes out and says oh yeah we can't take them from there because of inventory and then she points out that there were some on the floor and Leslie obviously didn't see it. I can't believe they were gonna make me come back because they were in an inventory count. What kind of silliness is that? I found them to be rude and dismissive and just obviously just quick to tell me that they couldn't meet my needs without really doing any work. Terrible service uncaring. I don't know if that's a blatant lie to not touch anything in the back because they were doing inventory and it was recently counted. Just weird thing that they would make somebody come back the next day if they had the product in stock. it's weird I've been here at least four times for the same product and this is the second time I was told it was out of stock. I'm not even sure if they were telling me the truth the first time at this point. Everyone else was super nice to me. before I don't know what's going on with the staff today. Leslie definitely had a "I don't really care" attitude and Lindsay was kind of so so/ luke warm.

We had just obtained our first farm animals and wanted adequate shelter. We were very happy with the cost and service. About a year later due to high winds, we issue with the enclosure and they quickly came out to fix it. Fast forward to 2024, many, many farm animals later and we wanted a bigger, nicer area since we had acquired mini horse, mini donkeys, pigs. I had reached out to a few companties, with what I wanted the lowest quote I recieved was 55k. I ended up working with Debbie and her husband Steve (he is not part of Rarin however is amazing with the installation aspect, highly recommend). We took a concept that Rarin has on their site and changed it up to make it what I was looking for. It came out amazing!!!. When we first installed we had neighbors come over and everyone loved how great it looks. Fast forward 6 mths later and my animals & I greatly appreciate the service & cost. Highly recommend, great communication. Overall very quick. Within 4 weeks we had planned our bigger installation and had it installed.
