I asked if I could just pay as I go, like every other normal laser clinic, and they flat-out said no. They bragged about me being "approved for a good loan" and acted like $400 a month for laser is somehow normal. On top of that, they made an awkward comment about how high my credit score is, which was unprofessional and honestly just weird. And let's talk about the "free treatment" I chose for my underarms -- complete trash. I've had to shave three times since, including the same day I got home, because they missed so many hairs. Zero attention to detail. The free session with consultation was worth exactly that. Everyone I know pays under $200 for full-body laser and actually gets results. Milan Laser is overpriced, sloppy, and more focused on selling loans than doing their job. Honestly, you'd get better results buying a $10 razor at CVS.

We didn't make an appointment, or call ahead - we simply walked in and were immediately greeted by staff. My sister explained what she wanted and they were able to squeeze her into an appointment right then and there, which was great. Once we checked in, we sat down in the lobby and a few minutes later were called to walk back to one of their treatment rooms. We then waited for someone to come in to start the process, which included asking questions about various fillers, the process, the lip club package and get her before photographs taken... this process took about 15 minutes total, and varies per consultation based on the questions you have. Next, the provider came in and went into depth answering questions about how long the filler lasts and what to expect, which all questions were thoroughly answered. My sister had the option to get them done right then and there but opted to schedule an appointment a little further out in Spring to be summer ready. From the amazing customer service from everyone we encountered, to the in depth explanations of the process - to two people that have no idea how it works, I definitely recommend Allure!

ALSO the process to get your procedure is most strange - i did not meet my surgeon at consultation only 5 minutes before my surgery and he DID not give me what i asked for either. I returned to the clinic looking for a solution, but unfortunately, the person who assisted me gave many excuses and, to make matters worse, wanted to charge me for additional injections to correct a problem caused by the original procedure. I scheduled and confirmed a Botox appointment for 5:00 PM. I have also made it clear to the staff during past visits--including as recently as November 2025--that I specifically prefer Botox because other injectable products do not work well for me and have caused adverse reactions in the past. At this appointment, I was not informed that a different product would be used. The injector proceeded with the treatment, and only after the injections were completed did I learn--when reviewing the receipt emailed to me while still at the center--that I had been charged $728 for Letybo, not Botox. I was never asked for consent to use Letybo, did not sign any treatment or product authorization forms, and did not sign a credit card receipt for the service. When I questioned the receptionist, I was told that Letybo was "the same thing," which is misleading. Botox and Letybo are different products with different formulations and dosing. After the treatment, I experienced facial pain and migraine symptoms that I have never experienced with Botox. Because of the lack of transparency and informed consent, I canceled my membership the same day and will not be returning. My concern is simple: I did not receive the service I scheduled or agreed to, and the product used was substituted without my knowledge or approval. I hope the business improves its communication and consent practices so this does not happen to other clients.

Twice a month I get a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, and time under a skin light. It's $49 a month, but it's been my cure for cystic acne and not having to take oral medication. It's well worth the money. The Sterling Heights office is nicer than the Garden City location. It's decorated nicely and larger. My complaint is if you're booked for a regular appointment the wait time can be awful. I highly recommend booking early appointments and towards the end of the week. The employees are friendly and I enjoy chit chatting with them every other week.

Further to the last post where I detailed how Holly (a registered nurse and the owner) left me with…read moresecond degree burns from the laser treatment, I have now had to be on antibiotics for some of the burn wounds becoming infected, was on prescription pain killers, had to get a tetanus shot, have been both to urgent care and the family doctor multiple times to deal with the second degree burns. And, according to the family doctor will almost certainly have permanent scars from the laser burns Holly inflicted. My lawyers have reached out to Holly to obtain her insurance info, which she is refusing to provide. Further, Holly had promised to refund the $200 gift card I had with her. She has not. And has kept an additional $50 she charged to my credit card that she was never entitled to. (Which I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company over.) Do not get treated at Reawaken Spa. Not only did Holly leave me with documented (by her, me, and multiple sets of doctors) second degree burns, but she is not professional enough to take responsibility for them by letting her insurance company and my lawyers properly settle the matter. Based on this action of her, I fear the only remedy is going to court (vice settling it between the lawyers and her insurance, since she refused that option) and filing a report with her RN licensing board because I genuinely fear what she will do to her patients, especially as a nurse.

Urgent Care also had to put me on prescription pain killer as it was painful to sit, sleep, put on or take off pants, shower, etc. I now have medical appointments to deal with the burns well into next week. On top of all this, I drove back to the med spa an hour after the appointment to show Holly the burns (which she photographed for her own records) and she took no accountability in an email she sent hours later despite initially sending in a prescription for antibiotic ointment to my pharmacy.

I never left a review at the time,…read morebut now that I'm going to get filler and have to have everything dissolved and redone since it was so poorly placed and overfilled- Im more than a little annoyed and deciding to do so. The injector I went to ended up totally botching and unevenly placing my lip filler here. I reminded her multiple times at the consult that I didn't want the keyhole look because I saw she did that with some clients- she still gave me a keyhole (lol). Also, the top lip was bigger than the bottom and wayyy too much filler was placed on one side, so it was bigger than the other side and lumpy. She said this is how her clients "naturally swell" because of the technique she uses, and to give it a few weeks. After a few weeks, you can see in the picture that the upper left side on my lip was obviously still bigger than the right side. I went back to have it fixed and she ended up having to put more filler in the other side of my lip to even it out (yes I paid for another syringe to do this). When I mentioned how the top lip was still bigger than the bottom lip, she said that we would wait to put more in the bottom lip because she thought the top lip would even out to be proportionate as the swelling subsided (I still had half a syringe left). After a couple more weeks, I called to confirm that I wanted to come in and use the last half of my syringe that I had remaining to fill out the bottom lip to make it even since it was in fact NOT proportionate. The front desk told me that I had no remaining filler left. I reached out to the injector directly about this since she said I could come back, and she ignored me (lol). I don't mind that she messed up, we're all human and that's going to happen. I just didn't care for how instead of owning up to it, she kept gaslighting me saying it wasn't messed up and that it "looked good" and then acted like I was an inconvenience for coming in to get it fixed. Never once did I act rude or upset, and I tipped every time I went for injections and to get it fixed. (This is the first medspa that has also ever asked me to tip for Injectables). Overall, vibes were not good here and I would avoid if you're expecting professional & reliable treatment
