There's nearly nothing good about needing a body shop. Usually, there's been the stress and upset of a collision and insurance companies and all of that. But with VMS, their customer service is so amazing that needing a body shop becomes something to look forward to. Almost. They recently repaired some rear-end damage on my car. They had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car. They kept me informed every step along the way with phone calls and text messages. They did beautiful work. And they had my car ready BEFORE the day they'd originally told me. They even took my car to get smogged because the deadline for my registration was looming, and we weren't sure the repairs would be done before I needed to send the smog check results to the DMV. All in all, they were amazing. I've never had an accident repair go so smoothly from start to finish. In fact, I had a friend with me when I went for the original estimate. She was so impressed that when her husband had an auto accident a few days later, her first thought was that she could take it to VMS, too! I don't want to need a body shop any time soon. My car was rear-ended and I unfortunately got damage in the front and back of my car. It was horrible, especially this being my first accident, I was confused as to what the next steps were. Luckily I was referred to VMS Auto Body Collision Center Center. I spoke over the phone with Vicky and she always reassured me that they would handle it, and they did! They handled EVERYTHING, when it came to communicating with the insurances and it made it so easy on me. When calling about the update on my car, I spoke to the person working on it, his name was KoKo. He was very professional and told me exactly what was going on. Lastly when my car was all done, I went to go pick it up and my experience was beyond more than I could ask for. I came to this place to have my car fixed after I dented and scratched the side of it on a pole, as I was backing out of a parking spot at nighttime. Koko worked with my husband and I and got us a good deal on my repairs without jeopardizing the quality of the work. A couple weeks ago, maneuvering out of a ridiculously small parking area at my aunt's assisted living facility, I was carefully watching the car parked next to me so I wouldn't hit it with the front of my car as I backed out but missed the big yellow post hiding in my right rear blind spot. I've carelessly damaged my front bumper, and avoid getting it fixed for a couple of weeks. Since, I thought it would be too costly. Unfortunately, it kept popping off everytime I push it back on. I found VMS on yelp, and saw that they had excellent reviews. I'm typically a bit skeptical when a business scores so well... "when it seems too good to be true, it likely is". Well, not in this particular case. Unlike, many auto shops I've gone to where I find the staffs/mechanics to not be quite forthright, Kevin at VMS didn't try to push additional services on and was upfront with the pricing. The pricing was very reasonable. He finished my car within a few hours as promised and it looked great. He even had some of the scratches buffed out for me. Hope I wouldn't need any body work done to my car anytime soon, but if I ever do VMS will be my go to. read more

My car was in a pretty bad accident and everyone told me it was going to be totaled but I explained to the workers at VMS that I loved my car and wanted to keep it AND THEY MADE THAT HAPPEN. In two short weeks they were able to fix the entire drivers side of my car including my bumper that they didn't have to fix because it wasn't part of the accident BUT THEY DID ANYWAYS. Had a dent on my fender and hood, fender needed to be replaced. Went in to get a quote and Vicky helped me from beginning to end. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get in for my appointment and VMS understood. I was able to reschedule my appointment a couple weeks later. I liked their text messaging feature which gave updates on where they were in the repair process and when I could expect the repair to be complete. They got my car in and out in a week, a day earlier than expected. My repair occurred during the stay at home order and I appreciated that they're taking precautions on their end by cleaning and sanitizing the car. As for the final product, I am truly impressed with their work, it looked great and brand new!
