I was in an accident a few months ago. Because my car is nearly 20 years old, my insurance was reluctant to help me find a reputable repair shop. I went to a large chain repair shop, where the manager immediately looked at my car and told me there was nothing they could do for me. On a whim, I went over to VMS for an assessment. Not only were they very friendly and accommodating but they were able to fix my car in a very timely manner. They were thorough, unlike the franchise shop I went to. They were transparent about what repairs were being made in real time and what to expect, which was incredibly refreshing. Since my car is almost 20 years old, it has some wear. took my 2023 mercedes cls to repair the front bumper. the whole front bumper with the grill and headlights were damaged. i have to admit they did an excellent job. from kevin the owner, rick the manager, vicky office manager and even the father who gave me a ride home when i dropped my car off. they were all very professional and knowledgeable in what they did. the car was left perfect. they even went beyond of what i expected. the grill was carbon fiber wrapped. they had it re-wrapped which they did not have to because it did not come wrapped originally by the dealer. they took it upon themselve in having it done which i did not expect. i would highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs work done. my car is very complicated with all the code and sensors it has to be perfect. it was done as if the dealer did it. aaa+++ for their work and professionalism. read more

The front of my car was severely damaged in an accident, it was operational but unsafe to drive with bumper/ lights parts ready to fall off! I previously had a maintenance appointment scheduled with Honda Covina so I went to it thinking they could fix the damage to my car. Instead they referred me to the collusion company in Covina they send all their customers to. I had the worse interaction with the "Honda expert " at that collusion company they sent me to. No way I was going to leave my car with him and his negative vibes! He hadn't even lifted the hood on my car and was running all types of scenarios of what could be wrong! I just wanted it fixed!! I decided instead to try one of the recommendations from Yelp who had bothered to respond to my query, and I'm so happy I went with my intuition because it brought me to VMS Auto. I was immediately contacted by Vicky and sent an estimate based on the pictures I had uploaded. I took the car to the shop for an inspection and was given an updated quote which was very reasonable. I was promised it would be ready in 5 working days and it was actually ready in 4 working days! I was sent daily text messages updating me on the status of repairs. The quality of work on my car was outstanding! They stand by their work as they give a lifetime warranty too! Everything was simple, straightforward and smooth from beginning to end. A stressful situation was handled in a professional timely manner. I handed my car over to VMS auto who performed at very high standard. The reason for my visit was due to a minor fender bender on my front passenger-side bumper. I was recommended by another business called, "Huntington Tires" from a guy named Jim. I have never had any collision damage (even minor events such as this one) in all my legal years of driving - thank goodness. It is obvious that I was pretty clueless. However, that's where Vicki comes along. She was very helpful, great attitude, & exemplified professionalism. Vicki explained how to upload photos onto their server so they're able to view the damage & assess the cost. The estimate ended up being the final invoice amount I was charged. My car was taken in on a Monday to physically assess the damage; but taken back the next day for it to be worked on. The ordered part took only 1 day to arrive. I was immediately notified about the progress & sure enough within the same day I took my car in to be worked on, it drove out looking newly exceptional condition! VMS took one day of prepping & painting (not cheap paint) to have the ordered part match the rest of the car. I was informed by the owner that this is an official Lexus part & that there wouldn't be any problems. Their work does come with a lifetime warranty fix so that's a bonus for anyone out there.
