Incredibly slow, waited 45 minutes to pick up my call-in order and finally got it after several mistakes. No one cooking/preparing the food was wearing a mask or gloves and watched a cook wipe her mouth with her hand. Employees put on masks when they walked out front but wore them pulled down. This place has really great reviews, but keep in mind, almost all of them are from "uncultured" people. This review is from someone who is pretty well familiar with the other pho restaurants down in SE Portland. So for me this place was very underwhelming. First off, the place is pretty small, there was only about 4 separate dining tables. 2 small ones and 2 big ones. We had two babies, but they only have 1 high chair and 1 booster seat. So one of the babies had to sit in the booster. I can see why they have great reviews though being that there isn't really any other pho place around in Gresham. Customer service was pretty good. The owner and the other servers were very friendly. However they did forget one of our dishes and they were very slow. Every time they brought someone their dish, that person almost finished their bowl before the next bowl came out. Which is weird bc we all ordered the same thing. Food itself. Beef pho was on the very sweet side, it was sweet and bland. The noodles were very soft. Sadly.. for me the portion was pretty small too. They did have a lot of tender meat in the pho, but not so much noodles. Pho itself I give 2.5 stars. My brother ordered Bun Bo Hue.. and this one was the one that was forgotten. It sadly was not worth the wait. My brother didn't even finish his bowl.. The flavor was alright, just not very impactful like how other BBH places tastes like. And also, they used thin vermicelli noodles for this dish, which is very odd and gave it a weird texture. BBH here is a 1 star. Salad rolls are good, standard. Just a little messy wrapped, but nothing we couldn't handle. I'd give the salad rolls a 4 star. As for condiments and toppings, they didn't give enough of limes, which I noticed for every table they kept giving out like only 1 or 2 slices of limes. Everyone kept asking for more. So I think they should be more generous with their toppings, for that they also didn't really have much veggies to give as well. They also don't have many condiments. They don't have fish sauce or soy sauce. It's a little pricey compared to other great Pho places in SE Portland. But out of all the pho places here in Gresham, I believe they are the cheapest. Overall, I think I'd rather take the extra drive to 82nd and get my pho elsewhere.. I'll be back to update maybe a couple months later. read more

If you come here make sure you calculate your tab first. They charged me $5 extra for no reason! I did the math in front of them 3 times and they still argued they were right. Then they began to get rude. The prices they have do not match the menu but even so they still overcharged me. Never coming back here. Don't trust restaurants that add extra money to your bill for no reason. read more

Good meatball Pho soup. Huge bowl! In my opinion better than Pho Van's. Steak Bites are good too.

YESSSSS!! There is less than a handful of restaurants we frequent in Gresham, finally..one to add to that list! The calamari was my favorite thing we ordered but everything was excellent (salad rolls , barbecued pork, shirt ribs , teriyaki chicken, pho broth ). What makes this place truly great though ? Good food but very unreliable hours. I've come here multiple times long before the posted closing time and they are closed. I went in once and walked in with people behind the bar and open sign on and they asked if I was Uber eats so I said no and they just said "oh sorry were closed".. So make sure you call ahead i guess if it's anywhere near closing time. read more

This is a small restaurant on the corner if a Gresham strip mall. The owners are super friendly. I ordered a couple of appetizers of calamari with a side of peanut sauce and the carmelized chicken wings and my wife and I ordered both meatball and the special banh mi sandwiches. There was a problem with the order, in that the calamari had been erroneously omitted but they quickly completed that part and bagged everything to go. When we got home, we discovered the peanut sauce had not been put in the bag. The chicken wings were badly overcooked which made them kind of leathery but the sauce was amazing! Kind of sweet with a fish sauce funk. The calamari was perfectly prepared and crispy outside without making the squid chewy. The bread for the sandwiches was great and I love the house sauce with the lightly pickled vegies. The special banh mi was the tastier of the two. The meatballs needed something, maybe more fish sauce, but still good. I gave it 3 stars due to the inconsistency and lack of attention to detail but will go back to try the pho and other dishes. read more

This is a go to spot for my family. My husband absolutely loves the beef pho with extra noodles. The broth has depth and isn't as salty as other places. My go to is the full size calamari. I like it spicy so they add some heat to it. It's sooo flavorful. Not just your typical salt and pepper. They even have a kid size pho as well. My sons absolutely love the yakisoba noodles with extra sauce. The happy hour menu has a large food and drink selection as well. They always are willing to customize our orders which is helpful since we have a very picky due to sensory issues. This is a great family owned restaurant that has now become one of our regular spots to eat at. My son left his toy truck there and they saved it for over a month until we came back. It's a small restaurant so seating can be limited but always worth the wait. Parking can be tough as well because it's located in a small shopping center. read more
