We love this place! Our experience with Josh Heald at Volcano Harley-Davidson was, without a doubt, the best we've ever had at any Harley dealership. From the moment we walked in, Josh made us feel welcome and genuinely cared about making sure we found exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and seamless. His professionalism, friendlimess and attention to detail made buying our 2026 Harley Trike an enjoyable experience from start to finish. What truly stood out is that Josh didn't just help us purchase a bike--he made a lasting impression and what feels like a lifelong friendship in the process (and gratefully continues to check in with us). If you're looking for someone who truly puts the customer first, ask for Josh Heald. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend both Josh and Volcano Harley-Davidson. We will definitely be back! - Reggie & Jelynda

If you find yourself in the business of looking for a bike, Colton Danton is the guy to see. He's a great guy that's been riding Harley's his whole life, and it shows in his knowledge of the bikes. He helped my wife and I purchase our last 3 Harley's, and we wouldn't buy from anyone else. Colton takes a no- pressure approach to helping you find the right bike for you. In buying my last bike, he listened to what I was looking for and suggested test rides on a couple of bikes to see which one was a better fit. He was an advocate for us with Harley management to help get the price within our budget, and we bought the nicest bike I've ever owned. It's no overstatement to say that Colton single handedly made me a loyal Harley customer. Thanks, brother, for all your help.

Volcano Harley is easy to find and access. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. They were gracious enough to host an arm wrestling tournament. You couldn't ask for a cooler venue. This was an awesome experience.

I went with my cousin to look at bikes. And Nate did really well entertaining us through the process. Tarryn also did what he can with the papers too I was told. Ended up trading up to a street glide and man that thing is awesome. Good store to work with can't wait for bike nights.

Truly enjoyed the buying process...my salesman Gary, the sales manager, the negotiation process...no complaints there at all. The following info is why this is a 1 star rating. I was an out of town buyer (Las Vegas) and cash purchased this bike on a business trip. I told EVERYONE that I came into contact with during the sale that I would be back in one month to pick it up and ride it back from Portland to Las Vegas with my wife on the back. I contacted them again the week leading up to my arrival confirming day/time that I would be there...going straight from the airport to the dealership. The bike is a 2024 RG with 1460 miles on it at purchase (It was traded in 8 months prior with 1437 miles). One of the "benefits" claimed for this bike 1460 miles was that it had undergone the 5k service. 1. DELIVERY AND PAPERWORK ISSUES - Picking up a bike that had been paid for a month prior, shouldn't take over two hours to get the bike on the road. It seemed to be a surprise that the bike had already been paid for and the title should have been part of the paperwork packet. NOPE! It seems that having all the conversations of my Saturday arrival, a cash purchase a month earlier was not enough information for them to have the title available and get me on my way. The business office staff doesn't work weekends and the GM didn't seem that he was in charge to be able to make something happen with his staff to be able to get the title to me on delivery (again, not a local buyer but a long distance buyer with a several day trip home planned) so they had to FedEx it to me at one of the hotels I was staying at along my planned route home. Side point to that is that they weren't able to get it out on Monday so I had to drive the information bus on this as well and they finally got it out on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery to the next hotel. 2. MECHANICAL ISSUE - Remember...this bike supposedly had been "gone through" and the 5k service performed...this is the dealer having the bike for 8 months, one of those months the bike paid for and waiting on delivery to me. My wife and I were 250 miles from Portland taking the scenic routes south when we pulled off to see some falls. I noticed in my mirror that the bike started to blow an extreme amount of white smoke. We stopped for about 10 minutes to assess the situation. White smoke not terrible but something wrong...NO CELL SERVICE! How far are we going to have to walk, leaving the bike and our gear to get a signal?? You can imagine the rest of the questions going through our heads. I started the bike back up and no smoke. We rode to where we could get a signal and called Volcano. Service told us that it was a common experience with these engines with condensation in the oil (verified this in online forums). I wanted to take it to the next dealer along our route but was told they couldn't help with that as they were not part of their dealer group. So we kept going, no issues. 3. MECHANICAL ISSUES AGAIN - So the next night we stay in Napa with apparently no issues, feeling good. The next morning we pull out of the hotel and it immediately goes into limp mode...not good. Got it back into the hotel lot, put my wife in an uber to SFO and called a tow company (this is where knowing that I had a HOG membership with the purchase of the bike would have been helpful) $469 and 3 hours later I am finally at a HD dealer to have it looked at. (NOTE: The servicing dealer was amazing. I know that many dealers make traveling riders a priority but they definitely made this event way less painful than it could have been) 4. PRETTY SURE I WAS OUTRIGHT LIED TO - Was told that they were going through the bike before delivery...that the 5k service was done on this bike. Also the recall I asked about was going to be addressed when "they would go through the entire bike". I would say that both of these things are definitely not true. I have a copy of the bikes service history and the 5k service is not listed...the 1k service is but not the 5k. The last service prior to my emergency work was December 11th, 2025 and it was an oil change. The emergency service found 3 service codes that needed two updates and a cam sensor replaced. The air cleaner housing had oil both pooled at the bottom and coating the inside of the housing. So my experience was that they are on top of making the sale happen and once that is done, you are on your own.

I'm interested in getting a bike so I went down to this location to talk to someone. Nicole helped me and was absolutely amazing. She gave me great info and made me feel really comfortable. I loved her vibe. I will definitely be back to buy my first bike through her. Here's some of the bikes she showed me, both great choices! Thanks Nicole, will be seeing you soon

I recently purchased a 2026 Harley Davidson Nightster and worked with Aj. My first experience getting there was very welcoming. Aj was very pleasant to work with. He went through options with me and took his time to understand what I was looking for. He worked with Mr during the whole process. It was awesome to have someone be personable. He made me feel like I was part of the Harley family as soon as we connected. Will definitely be requesting Aj for another bike.

The weather forecast was perfect, all of my gear easily fit into the big touring cases, and Joel from Eagle Rider helped me sync the bike to my phone to enable the on-bike GPS. As I prepared to head out Joel told me to give him a call if I needed anything. I've rented from this location numerous times over the years, and several other locations as well, and have never had any issues with the bikes while on my little tours. Unfortunately, on the first day I noticed that the throttle response didn't feel right, particularly at higher rev rates. The bike just seemed sluggish to respond, if at all, when I needed a little extra power and I started to feel hesitant and unsure about the bike's ability to maneuver out of dangerous situations. I called Joel the morning of my second day, a Saturday, and told him what was going on. Without hesitation he offered to trailer a second Pan America to my location three hours south of Portland on his day off the following day. The next day Joel showed up bright and early to McKenzie Bridge with a new HD Pan America in tow. The replacement bike was perfect, and my trip was saved by Joel's incredible service. Can't wait to rent from him and the Portland Eagle Rider team again!

THIS IS EAGLERIDER AS A COMPANY, NOTING TO DO WITH GLADSTONE.... AT ALL…read more EAGLERIDER -- A MEMBERSHIP THAT YOU CAN PAY FOR, BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO USE. I have been an EagleRider member and have faithfully paid approximately $55 per month, building a membership value of roughly $3,500. The problem? EagleRider continues to collect my $55 every month while the availability of locations where I can actually use the membership has been shrinking. In Oregon, there are currently no EagleRider locations available to me that allow me to reasonably use the membership I have been paying into. When I asked EagleRider to cancel my membership because the service I purchased is no longer meaningfully available to me, their response was essentially: "You should have read the agreement." Seriously? That response says a great deal about the company's attitude toward its customers. I understand contracts. I understand terms and conditions. I also understand that businesses have contractual rights. But a contract should not become a shield against fundamental changes in the availability, accessibility, or practical value of the service being purchased. EagleRider's own current membership information says that Club benefits are available at "Participating Locations" and that members can use their credits at participating locations worldwide. So here is my question: What exactly is a customer supposed to do when the locations needed to use the membership disappear, but the monthly charges continue? I am not asking for something unreasonable. I am asking EagleRider to recognize that I have paid thousands of dollars into a membership that has lost significant practical value because of the reduction in available locations. Instead, EagleRider's position appears to be: "Keep paying us $55 a month. Whether you can actually use what you're paying for is your problem." That is an extraordinarily poor way to treat a loyal customer. There are legitimate legal and consumer-protection concepts that may be relevant here, including material change in circumstances, failure of consideration, unconscionability, good-faith performance of contracts, and potentially unfair or deceptive business practices, depending upon the actual membership agreement, representations made when I enrolled, and the circumstances surrounding the reduction in available locations. I am not claiming that EagleRider has necessarily violated the law. I am saying that "you should have read the agreement" is not an adequate answer to a legitimate customer complaint involving thousands of dollars of paid membership value and a significant reduction in the ability to use the service. A company that values its customers would look at the situation and say: "We understand that the service has become substantially less useful to you. Let's find a reasonable solution." Instead, EagleRider appears to be hiding behind the fine print. That's not customer service. That's not loyalty. And frankly, that's not the EagleRider experience I thought I was buying. If EagleRider wants to continue charging me $55 every month, I expect them to provide a meaningful opportunity to use the membership I have paid for. If they cannot do that, then I believe the reasonable and ethical solution is to allow me to terminate the membership and provide an appropriate resolution for the approximately $3,500 in membership value I have accumulated. I would strongly encourage anyone considering an EagleRider membership to look beyond the monthly price and ask a much more important question: "Where, exactly, can I use this membership--and what happens to my money if those locations disappear?" Because apparently, according to EagleRider, the answer is: You keep paying. They keep collecting. And you should have read the agreement.

I decided to drop by fairview yamaha motor sports and show him the deal the Washington dealer tried to pull on me. He also had a loaded 2025 matching the Washington one in Washington but out the door it was priced $2000 cheaper and also both 2025 were brand new. I didnt know Dan's name at the time the owner but he had always given me a veterans discount on parts and I knew I was in the right place I told him I would be buying my stuff there and some service on the new one when I needed thier expertise he gave me $500 more on my trade in than any of the other dealers had. I thought on his offer over night and took the deal on the grizzly camo 700. He saw a picture of my quad only at that time I called him the following day as they were closed Monday. I told him I was on my way from yamhill to fairview to trade in my quad, it would take me 1 1/2 hours to get there. When I drove into thier lot I noticed the 2026 grizzly 700 camo was in the service bay Dan came out while I was unloading my kodiak had a service guy test ride my old quad. Bought a lot of motorcycles and cars in 60 years but never had a more pleasurable no bull crap deal than with Dan at Yamaha Sports Plaza in Fairview skip the other dealers in Oregon and Wasington. His quads are each priced on thier tags and it is out the door no bull trap . Plus around $350 incidental registration and title fees taxes. I had forgotten to take off a wire harness called Dan the following TuesdaY mentioned it to him told him I had left a phone message with the company to buy a new one but wasn't sure I could still buy one for my dump trailer. Told him I would call him back if I needed to make arrangements to recover my old one. A day later I bought a new one but forgot to call Dan I didnt need to get the old one but Dan in the mean time had his service man take my glove box and plastics off and remove my cable and up and down button off the handle bars and battery and I could come pick it up no charge. Who in this world still gives this kind of service need I say it Fairview Yamaha Sports Plaza and Dan the owner AAA Plus Operation!!!!!!! over at least 8 or 9 years the cost of repairs were reasonable as well.
