Not only was our technician friendly and professional... they diagnosed the entire microwave and found a deeper issue that couldn't be resolved with replacing another fuse. Because of its wifi and the only model DC it is expensive (used one sell on eBay for over $150). My amateur diagnosis with a multimeter and I thought a capacitor was bad. No other place in town even does capacitor/circuit board repairs. But it gets better! I told the owner the capacitor was bad. He said he would confirm and repair for $20. I provided him with just 30 minutes and returned to find the device repaired. He even diagnosed the part (yes I was wrong!) and showed me the varistor was bad. Part worked as promised. I'm especially pleased as I gave him a bad diagnosis to work with. Yes he has tons of electronics in his place, but those all provide parts, don't let that scare you. I'm sure my replaced varistor (a very uncommon part to have on hand) came from some of those electronics. A real mom and pop feel, quality workmanship and now my fan works, saving me over $130. A+

Its been 12 days now (Nov 24).... the night before Thanksgiving and my refrigerator is still not fixed. The freezer compartment doesn't freeze and here we are... Likely waiting until the holiday weekend passes to get a technician out to complete the repairs. I'll update this review if the issue will ever get resolved. Visits are always later in the day, so if any new issues are discovered it doesn't get addressed until the following day or the next business day, which could mean a few days. It's been miserable working with these guys and I hope the next customer doesn't have to go through the same things we went through. UPDATE 11/30: the refrigerator is finally working. I had a talk with the office staff and they explained the issues and delays with their business along with most small businesses trying to survive in this economy - okay makes some sense......... MORE UPDATE 12/4: Refrigerator failed again and I'm told the compressor and inverter board needs to be replaced. I was told they'll order the parts and it should arrive by next week. Days and weeks go by with very little contacts and updates. ANOTHER UPDATE 12/22: Still no parts. Still no updates. Refrigerator is still not working. I had to move my Thanksgiving to another home with the first failure, now Christmas approaches and I'll be out of a refrigerator still. Now the celebration gets moved to another family members' home... Tired of these guys and I went through Samsung directly. They sent a repair tech from Tetkniton to inspect my refrigerator. This technician said that my compressor and inverter was not the problem......!

The tech let us know that it was a bad control board and that would be what he would report to AHS. Long story short, we were informed the tech reported a completely different issue. If they are willing to provide a dishonest service for the benefit of a large ins company, imagine how dishonest they could be with anyone seeking their services. Terrible experience, and if I didn't have to select a star to post this review, they would've received no stars.
