So I have a model Y on order, and purchased the Tesla Wall Connector. I was going to install myself but the wife had concerns lol. At any rate I turned to Yelp and just looked for local electricians. Unfortunately the install for Level 2 EV charging: Nema 14-50 was complicated due to panel upstairs and garage not directly below the panel in the condominium complex. I got quotes from 5 electricians in about the same ball park (2-3k). Main reason I went with Volt tech was because Ben explained things very well + he himself would get the drywall fixed(unfortunately they didn't color it, will need to do that separately) After some scheduling issues with Ben having some emergency, on install day Austin and Edwardo came and they did an amazing job as can be seen from the pics. They even cleaned up after, and now I have fast charging for my daily commutes. Next day Jose came to fix the drywall, and he too did an amazing job. Ben and Austin even followed up after the job, and gave a 1 year warranty for piece of mind. Overall amazing job. Wish they had agreed to do the painting so I didn't have to worry about that, but that's okay. I now never have to go to the gas station again :) read more

It was determined that a crew needed to walk through the property for a more accurate assessment. Manny and a Freddy were just awesome. Plenty of thought went into each decision. They invited me to be an active participant in the decision making process by inquiring how high, how far away from the wall,etc. I also made an error by purchasing a standard chandelier for the entryway instead.
