The highlight of my day was sitting on Santa's lap, something I had never done as a kid! Next to that would be the amazing performances! This was a really fun 2-day event for the community. The best part was, it was free! They have a theater where you can purchase tickets to attend musicals such as The Nutcracker. I'll have to check them out one of these days. There's a large private parking lot with free parking, which makes it very convenient to attend events here.

When I explained all of his training and then tasks they said he was not "acting like a service dog" and they said they watched footage of us waiting for a minute while they were coming and that he was "pulling on his lead" and "not patting attention" I said I take an accusation like this very seriously and that if they are truly claiming that I want all of this is writing and documentation of him "not acting like a service dog" as well as that video evidence of him not acting like a service dog. I then unfortunately had an episode due to the drama of it all to which my dog tasked and my husband stepped up and took over. They then realized they had messed up, changed their mind and said "we will allow it just this time" Absolutely ridiculous. My dog has gone through extensive training, been certified through two trainers, has passed his CGC and public access and the audacity for a security guard to say he wasn't acting like a service dog because he wasn't looking up at me every single second is ridiculous. They are not robots, he can get stepped on if not careful, he checks in every 10-15 seconds and alerts just fine. They would not show us footage of him "not acting like a service dog" which makes me think they were just lying to try and not allow us entry. I'm only writing this review so others don't feel absolutely awful since the valley view security treats people as the service dog police. I understand people abuse and lie about service animals, but it was quite obvious my dog is trained. To be questioned like a that was awful and just sad. Just be for warned you're going to be questioned like a criminal and may or may not be allowed entry with a service animal.

So, if you are out of luck on those options above, you have to call EV Go customer service to get authorization for charging via live agent. And the bummer is since these stations are antiquated, you are pulling power only at 50KW power whereas the newer stations start from 150KW to 250KW. It looks like an abandoned shopping plaza besides the equinox at the entrance of the unnamed road and the wine and cheese place at the end. We came when the sun was setting and even though there were plenty of chargers open on the second level, it gave me a spooky feeling. We ended up walking around the entire plaza before finding the restroom lol and the restroom entrance ended up being to slight left from the second level location where we were parked at. I attached a photo of it. I remembered the code probably until half way around the block and by the time I found it, I had forgotten it and the husband had to retrieve the code in the car I was joking with him saying if I was trying to get away from a bad guy, I'd end up dying at the restroom door from not remembering the code. I was expecting the bathroom entrance to lead directly into a restroom stall. Nope, there's a small entrance, down a few steps followed by a small hallway and the restroom was at the end of the hall. Though very "temporary" in appearance, I was very thankful to even have a restroom to use while I charged. The forests and shrubbery surrounding the charging station is also kind of spooky. Needless to say, I am a city girl. Very used to having charging stations in the middle of malls and shopping plazas. Nice pit stop but... I wouldn't wanna come alone when the sun goes down.

I'd come back but I'd make sure to ask for the same room we had in the north tower. Prices for a room were a bit ridiculous (high) and we couldn't "modify" our reservation. There was no term or condition saying we couldn't change from 2 to 1 night. However, a band is in town and it's comic con weekend. Place was completely full. That's the last thing you expect to experience. Waking up the next day with bugs crawling next to your head. Not only that, more throughout the sheets. Even with pictures and videos, yes they're alive. I would say something like this is major. From the bugs, what else could this room be hiding. Was it not cleaned. Was sheets not checked and just dusted over. The last thing you want to do is be in your room let alone knowing that you are more than likely going to have to get rid of everything. Apparently all the rooms are sold out as I was informed at the front desk. They could get me a suite but that wouldn't be for hours. With a massive chains like this, you know spare rooms are often saved for an incident. Last thing I want to do is head back to my bug infested room. Decided to ad a carwash after I fueled my car. You press the preferred option, and I selected the…read more$20 option- Gold Wash. The receipt didn't come through, so I had to go to the store to retrieve it- pretty inconvenient! The entrance to the carwash required two employees- one to punch in the numbers on the machine, the other to guide you into the wash- while she sprayed som soapy liquid on my windshield. The wash itself went quick- it wash pretty rough sounds from the brushes and the drying was effective, because my car shook. I drive a 4 Runner so a pretty sturdy SUV. Got home, parked in the garage and HAD A SHOCK WHEN I SAW THE OIL SPLATTER ON MY CAR (it is white) My car wash dirty prior, but this was unbelievably. I had to hand wash my car afterwards! Seriously not happy with the result and will never go back to the Horizon Carwash. I do NOT recommend this business.
