Standing room only unless you pay for a table. In addition to paying for a table, you are required to order a minimum of $250 for table for 2 and more $$ for larger tables. The cheapest item is $300. They automatically charge a "fee" which is a percentage but they don't explain how much the fee is and I didn't notice until we got our bill. Ours was $75 plus $28 tax and they asked first additional tip. When asked about the $75 fee, they said it was for the servers and staff. Isn't that what a tip is for?!!! Christina Aguilar was great but all "artist" come on after 11pm which is after the venue's show. It's really late and Christina and other artist only perform for an hour. read more

Had the best time at this show! The venue is so beautiful and in a great location to have dinner on restaurant row before it starts. We went in a group of couples and everyone loved it. The performers were excellent and the whole vibe felt sexy and fun from start to finish! My favorite were two dancers who did pole dancing together (!) on a pole that didn't connect to the ground (!) and then lifted off into the sky during their performance! It was incredible; I've never seen anything like it. We went on a night without the headliner and it was still fantastic. Definitely made me want to check it out on a night when they have someone like Kylie or Christina! read more

Absolutely the worst concert entry experience ever. Don't worry about arriving early to the show. You'll stand in line for over an hour. Didn't get your tickets from Voltaire? No worries, they'll let you in and heard you into GA despite having a reserved table because "Ticketmaster doesn't communicate with us until 10:30." Sounds great, however, you still have to meet your $650 minimum at the table you CANT sit at for an entire hour. Not to mention your shit site couldn't handle the volume so the even worse Ticketmaster had to step in. A heads up prior to arrival would have been helpful. Literally over two hours later and we still don't have access to our PURCHASED table. Updated at 11:15, we were told that any Ticketmaster purchases were oversold by Voltaire and that we would not be seated at a table and offered GA instead. Absolutely not. What a total clusterf*ck joke of a venue with no manager in sight. Ticketmaster said if there are issues go to the box office (where there was literally no one working). read more

Im surprised there aren't more people reporting the outrageous prices and experience for this venue. I echo the other reviews, Pros -The venue is stunning- unique and intimate! -It's a vibe. -When Christina is on she is on the top of her game. Cons -No one scanned our ticket when we entered so we didn't need to spend the money to get in. -The seated tables "don't serve cocktails" and only have "bottle service." (Ie $500 for a bottle of wine, $600 for tequila) -The only mixers that come with the bottle are orange juice and cranberry juice. Everything else including Soda Water is a "Premium Mixer" and is a la carte. Absurd! -Food options include caviar, cookies ($25 per cookie) and ice cream ($50 for a tiny can of ice cream). -When I asked the server if the Service Charge was gratuity she said "yes but I only get 10%." -Christina pays for 70 minutes, it's too short and not worth it. We came to Vegas right after Christmas to see a specific artist on a Saturday Night. That particular artist decided to cancel his show due to an illness. Our tickets along with everyone else were moved to Sunday Night, knowing the position the venue would be in due to not being able to sell the same seats twice I knew there was going to be issues. Low and behold, we were told we would not have our same seats. This was very disheartening to my wife who purchased those particular seats months and months in advance. Jonathan the manager took quick action and made sure he made the situation right. He offered nearly the same seats along with some other perks at no additional charge. He checked on us frequently and made sure we happy throughout the show and even the next day. The venue is amazing and the artist did put on a great show. Some of the reviews I have read are very negative, Jonathan is doing everything he can to change that image and I personally feel like he did everything to make our experience a memorable one. Thank you to Jonathan and the entire Voltaire staff for giving my wife and unforgettable experience and making the best out of a bad situation. read more

Voltaire is host for the Backstreet Boys after party. The entrance/crowd control of this event could not have been run more poorly. While waiting for entry, general admission ticket holders were sent up an escalator to wait in a long hallway. A security member would send people down the escalator to the GA line in front of Voltaire where another Security member was supposed to be monitoring. The security guard in front of Voltaire was distracted or disinterested in doing his job, so much so, that many people jumped the line. I personally witnessed at least 16 people walk up & into the line while there were hundreds of people waiting upstairs in the GA overflow. Once at the front of the line, there was ONE Backstreet Boy employee scanning tickets. She was clearly overwhelmed and communication between her & Voltaire security was nonexistent. She kept reassuring we would get in, but Voltaire staff stated they were at capacity. Once we had waited in line for an hour & were told that they were at capacity, we opted for a refund & left very frustrated. Voltaire is clearly not equipped to handle this after party event. Backstreet Boy's management team would be disappointed to know this is the experience their fans are ending their night on. read more

Voltaire uses a very deceptive practice of selling premier tickets through Ticketmaster without adequate notice that when you arrive at the venue you'll be forced to pay an additional charge ($250 per person for our concert.) I stood in love either over 50 people who were completely confused and upset. No one was aware. Staff wasn't upfront about what was happening and belittled any questions regarding what was going on. Went last night. The venue is gorgeous. The staff polite. Restrooms are clean. The show itself was creative with stunning costumes. However the prices are outrageous and the food choices are strange. This might have been one of the most violating experiences I've ever encountered in Las Vegas. Here are the only positives: the venue aesthetic was nice and the staff was nice. That's it. The forced $250 per seat table minimum was violating, the 300% markup on average spirits was abusive, the sound was not good, the headliner went on stage 110 minutes late (advertised as a 9:45 show that started at 11:35), and the worst part was that the venue refuses to serve water to patrons that are being forced to buy alcohol for the "table minimums" - they charge $10 per bottle of water, so it feels like they're encoring the audience to over serve themselves. Overall, this was an overpriced, awful experience. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend any shows at this venue read more

Saw Kylie on 12/8. First of all she was phenomenal and the venue was nice. The staff was so disorganized. They had four lines going in and none of them knew which line was which. It was ridiculous. They didn't scan tickets so you could walk in to GA without buying a ticket. Feels like a rip off for everyone who bought a ticket. Came here to see xtina! She was amazing but this venue and their price gauging is insane!!! First doors are 9pm and show time is supposed to be 9:45 - but apparently it doesn't really start until 11:30 - no transparency! I feel so bad for all those standing so long. They are disorganized with getting you in and there's no free water available - so they want you to get wrecked on bottle service requirements but won't offer you water? Disgusting. This is a stunning show of classic dance mixed with a modern edge of circus acrobatics. The venue feels like you are in a magical underwater purple cave. My favorite acts were the duo aerial pole act and then there was this insane live video act that is hard to explain but super trippy. The emcee was a bit corny but ended up being an incredible break dancer. read more

We purchased premium VIP tickets for $965.00 per person and arrived at 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to get seated, causing us to miss the entire pre-show. Upon entering, we were shown to our table, which we shared with five other women. While this was a surprise, they were wonderful, and we got along well. Later, another single guest joined us, and he was also great company. However, the service left much to be desired. We waited 30 minutes just to order a drink. I had to stand in front of the server entrance to get the attention of a server. With a $250.00 per person minimum spend (on top of the ticket price--another surprise!), we finally ordered a bottle and requested four mixers: cranberry, orange juice, soda water, and pineapple juice. The server only brought cranberry and orange juice, along with four small bottles of Fever-Tree soda water, stating there would be an extra charge for the soda water. I asked for a carafe of soda water from the gun instead, considering the inconveniences we'd already faced, and requested not to be charged for it. Despite this, the bill came to $550.00 for the bottle, plus $30.00 for the soda water, a service charge of $139.20, and tax of $51.49, totaling $770.69. I also asked for extra glasses to share our bottle with the table (5 more ppl) since there was no way 2 ppl could finish a bottle in 40 minutes. They brought out 2 glasses!!! I asked for more that never came. So I dumped out the lemons and limes to gain some more cups. In the end, the grand total for two people came to $2,700.00. For this price, I expected impeccable service. While the show itself was good, it was quite short. Based on other reviews, it seems this experience is not uncommon. I would not recommend going until they can significantly improve their service and overall customer experience. read more

What a shit show. We had a table for NYE to see Christina Aguilera. The table was in the bronze section. The table was way too small to accommodate four people. Things didn't fit, we had to send mixers back to make room for caviar and alcohol. It was clearly made for two people max. They oversold that night which forced them to add extra tables, so, there was barely any room for servers to move. We were constantly interrupted by staff and patrons walking past which blocked our view of the stage. It was extremely irritating. We paid $3k for the table but the whole experience, aside from Christina, was not worth it. Do yourself a favor and get GA if you go, get there early and enjoy the show. read more

If i'd seen the review i'm about to give below, I would have cancelled my tickets and not have attended. Pretty consistent experience with the reviews here. The venue is gorgeous, but layout and customer experience is horrific. Ultimately really spoiled the experience we had been waiting months for and were using as a celebration for birthdays etc. We went for Kylie and purchased a specific type of table in an attempt to be sat as close as possible to the stage. We'd planned this for months, we're big Kylie fans and decided that we'd save up the large expense. The venue moved us to a lower tier table which was further back, basically in the GA standing area, without communication and while it took forever to get them to admit we werent sitting at the correct table they have continued to deny that they've done anything wrong. Attempts to be compensated for this were abysmal, we missed the entire pre-show, and the host was flat out rude when we were simply trying to understand what had happened and figure out a possible solution. We had to pry a 2 seat table out of them for free, closer to the stage, but this ultimately left our group split for the night. The host also kept gaslighting us he was "reducing our table spend" when in reality the reduced amount was just the amount for the table we had actually been sat at. The host mentioned that Ticketmaster had oversold the tables for the event and that we were the unlucky party to get booted from our table because "He didn't know who we were". I had asked the Host to email me that in writing so I could request compensation from Ticketmaster if it truly was their fault and further spoke and emailed the Managing Partner Shantal the same. I've yet to hear anything from either them or the venue, many days after the event. The sad thing is that if they had just communicated ahead of time and we could have worked out a resolution, that would have been fine. The lack of customer empathy, coupled with an insufficient resolution really spoiled what was a night we were looking forward to for 8 months. Saw Kylie and she was delightful as always but that's about the only good one can say. General admission is horrible. You end up standing for 3 hours before Kylie comes out and if not in the front, you won't see anything. They start their Belle de Nuit show about 9:30.....it is a mess of a show. I'm not sure what they are going for but it looks like a high school production. It's mainly just performers on stage walking in circles in different color wigs. There's no style, no grace, no wow factor. I assume this will be very short lived. It looks like they started practicing last week. Then there's the prices. Now I may be dumb but this is just plain stupid. $45 for a glass of wine. $500 for a bottle of vodka that doesn't come with mixers. I expect Vegas to be expensive, but there needs to be a better way. Worst event venue I've ever been to. Belle de Nuit and Christina Aguilera were phenomenal but the staff completely ruined our experience. The check in was incredibly long and disorganized and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We had to stand an wait for our table for over 2 hours because they messed up the reservation name and didn't even bother to investigate the issue or do anything to accomplish us or the other 6 gentlemen whose reservations they messed up as well. Additionally, the minimum required bottle service was increased to $650 without warning. I certainly hope they never book anyone else I want to see at the Voltaire because I don't want to give this business another penny. read more

Went for a second time to see Kylie and while she's great, everything else was worse than it was three months ago. (Note: $30 cocktails being made by literal "this is my first night bartending" bartender is insane at these prices. A "premium" experience should include professionals, not newbies.) Belle de Nuit was not appreciated by the audience, as no one knew how long we had to watch them before the concert (I was telling everyone around me the timing of the night because *everyone* was on their phone checking the time waiting for Belle de Nuit to go away) and they added an Emcee (horrible Emcee, zero charm, no reason for his to exist, he detracts). The Belle de Nothankyou killed so much momentum Kylie had to mention how late it was before she started. The DJ somehow got worse in three months?? Not remotely worth the cost even if you have money to burn for super special events like I do. UPDATE: Voltaire is a lying entity that will never get my money again. We bought four GA tickets each time we went because the website literally promised the ability to return the tickets (not transfer, only refund). Yet they "denied" my refund on two tickets. Submitted for refund within the refund window and Voltaire delayed WEEKS before..."denying" the refund. They CHANGED THE WORDING. My screenshots (yes, my paranoid self takes screen shots of all ticketing promises) of when I bought the tickets...AND THE ACTUAL TICKET ITSELF...both say instantly refundable, but NOW the website says you can "submit" for a refund. They allowed me to purchase "refundable" tickets in November but then gaslit me pretending the new wording was always the case. I am literally sending an intent to sue them to get it back now out of principle. They will lose $600 paying someone to reply if they won't refund what they promised. Worst venue I have ever had to deal with. Never. Again. UPDATE 2: *The morning after I emailed a digital version of the intent to sue that I was mailing through USPS VOLTAIRE CHANGED THEIR MIND. WOW. Las Vegas has a new show that combines circus acts, acrobatics, and dance in an amazing way. I've seen it three times already. The solo pole artist is really skilled and stunning to watch. She performs with such elegance and strength. Another one of my favorite acts is the flying pole duo. They're perfectly timed acrobatics on a moving pole is one of the best parts of the show. If you're looking for something new and exciting to watch, this show in Vegas is definitely worth it. Every time I go back, I'm impressed all over again by how good it is. read more

Kylie was absolutely amazing. But the management of this venue needs to be replaced immediately. First, it took entirely way too long to get to our table. We were assured in our welcome email that there was no need to arrive early because we are "VIP" since we have a table. However, we wound up missing part of the opening acts even though we still arrived 30min early. Second, upon sitting at our table we were told they are not serving cocktails to the tables because it was "too busy". That's not my problem, the menu shows I can order cocktails. But they essentially forced us to buy a bottle. On top of this, it took 45 minutes to get that bottle which is appalling. People in GA had drinks long before our bottle ever arrived. There were a multitude of other issues the entire night - including taking 30min to get our cookies which we were told were "baking" but turned out they were prepackaged room temp cookies. I deserved better for the price. Kylie deserved better since management's failures reflect on her. The creative team deserved better since this distracted from their beautiful vision. And most of all - the staff deserved better because they were not properly prepared, which is not their fault. read more

Saw Kylie on 1.26.24 and the show was amazing-like a big party instead of a concert. The venue is beautiful and intimate but check in for the table took way too long but we knew Kylie came on late, so, OK. We had preordered Caviar and wine as we were told we had to do-fine. It took us an hour to get water after we sat down and were told they were out of caviar. WTF did we preorder then? Knowing we had a $1,000 for the table of four I ordered 2 extra bottles of wine pn top of what we preordered that were $250 a bottle on the menu emailed to us several days before the concert and some waters. The total bill was over $1,700. I didn't notice the wine increased $50 per bottle and the water was $100 (not on the menu) plus over $300 service fee. Service is a mess here and while Kylie was great, the venue is shady and we all felt ripped off. Unfortunate. read more

I went to see Kylie and just wanted to see this show. i have seen her mantimes live she is phenomenal live absolutely perfection, gorgeous, fun, the ultimate showgirl. she is fantastic every song is amazing its incredible. you leave a kylie show feeling happy. was definately concerned going to vegas and standing at a venue i didnt know. whenever i saw kylie in large venues never had issue getting ticket and paid maybe $100-150 for a seat but i have my seat. here i was general admission so standing in back and cost $350. tickets were almost impossible to get and then as always its disgusting resellers have tons of tickets. why they dont do a better job of letting people buy tickets who want to go to the show. adele did it in la you had to show your id and credit card used to buy ticket eliminating scalpers. this reselling tickets should be illegal and its disgusting. next up i wrote voltaire was told no t shirts dress code blah blah. so many people had t shirts, cut off shirts, lame dress tennis shoes jeans there was no dress code. would be nicer to dress comfortable having to stand for hours. another guy at voltaire ticketing lied to me told me noone comes early to line up. said just come like 845 for 930 show. i went at 800 was hundreds of people in line. and rude people trying to cut line etc. no security doing anything about it. i guess any behavior is tolerated. rudest people. luckily i got a spot without people in front of me in general admission but of course was a psychotic maniac girl throwing arms all over in front of people no sense of personal space. rudest people and noone says anything or does anything that is disgusting. shouldnt be okay to ruin paying guests show. noone said where merch was after show i found it. i mean give people accurate information. only good thing was security wanding you at entrance were fast and very nice. usually security are not friendly and have attitudes. kylie show was flawless absolutely so much fun like a dance party, she is classy, beautiful, so fun, and so energetic, every song is a smash just the ultimate showgirl. still prefer to see her in big venues like O2 where they treat you well even upgrade your tickets for free. Voltaire club was gorgeous beautiful inside wish i had a seat to be able to walk around, get a drink, go to bathroom, check out merch. but standing for hours was not fun though the show was great and glad i went. just sad you have to deal with ognoxious rude people at concerts. also of course in front of stage ramp kylie comes down the tallest giraffe in room blocking kylie from our views. paying $350 to see arms and heads in the way. figure out a way people can see the show they are here for. not going for liquor caviar and cookies or interaction with these awful people. read more

Saw Kylie on 11/10 ,She was amazing, loved everything about the show except for the required bottle service with tables . That was a ridiculous waste of money- $350.00 for a small bottle of Belvedere plus you have to pay for mixers and there's an 800.00 minimum spend for a table of 4... I would love to go back to see a show but not paying for bottle service again. The other thing that was annoying was bathroom attendants handing you towels and expecting a tip, another totally unnecessary money grab. But aside from that, the show itself was awesome, we were 10 feet from the stage and the venue was beautiful, just way too much overpriced and unnecessary crap. It was $50 for 4 cookies I mean come on! Voltaire was such an incredible venue! So much thought and attention was put into every detail of the space. Belle de Nuit was spectacular and a MUST see! Their talent and skill level put many of the shows on the strip to shame. I was floored by all of the performers! I think Jake Dupree stole the show for me, but every act was so much fun. If I could I would give no stars. Bought VIP tickets (table for 4) to see Christina Aguilera $2,700 +. Had to get 4 seats to get the table in the first place. Planned a trip to Vegas from AZ to see Christina for my husbands birthday. When he was much younger he was at the event where Sony introduced her as a recording artist. He said it was incredible; she sang with only a piano and he said she was the one of the most talented artist. So, couldn't think of anything better for a bday present and the reason to by the four top close to the stage. So when we showed up and checked in the VIP line and were then corralled with all the other VIP ticket buyers to wait in a second line we were confused. In fact, everyone around us where confused as well stating can't we just walk to our table, why are we standing her for another hour. Well, as we got closer to the front of the corral we found out one by one they told people they had to spend an additional $250 a person to access the table they already bought at ticket master. This was extremely deceitful, distasteful and disheartening. One by one VIP ticket purchasers showed they had bought the table and argued they should not have to pay more and were told either pay more or go into general admission; which was fill by now because general admission was seated immediately while we waited in the VIP line to learn unless we pay and additional $1000 dollars we would not be aloud to access our table. I believe if Christina knew how her fans where being exploited by this venue she would not approve. Truly upset we were not able to see Christina perform especially since we planned our trip to Vegas to do this and maybe I should have just paid the additional $1000... However, sometimes you have to stand up for yourself even when it sucks. Heard he show was incredible sorry we couldn't make it..... read more

What a terrible experience. The Voltaire's stuff are mostly young kids who are confused with what their job is. We purchased general admission with table for two for $600. Once seated, we had to spent $200 per person. Conservatively, this would have been a $1,000 evening. The ticket said show starts at 9:45 pm. We arrived at 9:05 pm. Their website stated if you paid for table to go to VIP line. We stood at VIP line for an hour. Did anyone hear about VIP line were you treated like cattle? Once they let us inside, they told us to wait by the wall with other VIPs... at 10:15 pm I lost my patience and asked for refund. I thank Carlos Navarro for his amazing personality and for informing me and guiding me about this amazing gem of a show, literally the show/performances of Belle De Nuit are one of the best experiences I want to remember forever. The creativity and talent from start to finish had me in actual tears because not only was I inspired as an aerial artist, but also the fact that this show took me somewhere I've never been to before was so worth coming to and I think about each performance every other day so I'm looking forward to bringing my pole trainer and team mates as well as my family which are going through grieving right now so this show I know will lift their spirits as planned.
