He's a puppy who was abused and scared of people and just needed some pets, and comforting. They could not spend 20 minutes to gain his trust, make him feel comfortable, so suggested I SEDATE him for future visits, because they're too lazy to spend 20 minutes with a new patient for their $100 visit. They also prescribed a medicine for deworming, which Amazon sells for $16~ (Panacur-C) they wanted $64! 400% markup? So hard to find a caring and honest vet! I will never go back there.

She wrote out every test she thought we might need and circled the ones we could do that day. I never felt like they left me in the room for too long. They also had a calming diffuser on. They never man handled my dog. She answered all of my questions. Although we think differently about what the issue is with my dog, I know she just has to rule things out to be sure. And the diet change we do agree on has already helped. The front desk also double checked the total cost and corrected it and she helped me to my car. Compared to my other dogs previous vet at Twin Lakes: they left me with more questions or feeling like we weren't doing enough. That vet would leave the room before answering my questions and was very passive about the issues I was coming in for, offering no advice. The place was very outdated and wouldn't call back about questions. So you get what you pay for. Right now I'm happy with healthy paws.

I particularly appreciate how accommodating with scheduling they are. I took my dog to get his boosters and they were also able to schedule him with the groomer the same day. It's very convenient to drop off my baby in the morning and pick him up after work. This establishment is pretty pricey but again, I trust them and to me it's worth paying for. Thanks, All Care!

I mentioned it three times to his previous vet but she overlooked it and paid no attention to it telling me "eh he's probably fine." When the gunk became more apparent and my poor baby could barely open his eye, I called some clinics. Thankfully Dr. Patty Weber took him in the same day! I had to do a drop off (which was totally fine.) I used to work at another clinic and they would take 4-5 hours for a drop off patient. I was prepared for it to be all day. But nope! She called within 45 min of me dropping him off telling me his prognosis! Unfortunately he is on eye drops but within 12 hours you could see his beautiful green eyes again! When we picked him up, the cute receptionist ran out and told us how sweet and loving he was! (I was so nervous he would be bad for them since it's a new place) Dr. Weber your calming tone and warm personality gained you a new client and patient! Thank you thank you thank you! Proceed with caution…read more We adopted a dog from this rescue in September. He started showing aggression towards our daughter shortly after. We did everything we knew to do to change this behavior. We thought we had it under control and then one day while I was in the restroom, he snapped at her. We decided to give it one more try, sought advice from our vet and changed a few more things. A week later, my husband was playing with him in the back yard and the dog bit his thigh, ripped his pants and almost pulled him to the ground. We decided then it was no longer safe to keep the dog and did what we were supposed to do according to our adoption agreement... we called the rescue to surrender him. They told us that they were looking for a foster and after 10 days, my husband reached back out and told them they needed to pick him up asap. After receiving that email, this is what was posted about us and our dog. I was appalled at the fact that they would slander us in this way. Not only that, they never mention anything about him not being left alone with children. As far as us moving, this was known prior to the adoption. He was coming with us and they knew it. For them to turn that into a lie is disgusting. We truly loved our dog and took very good care of him, trying to give him the best life we could. If you adopt from this organization and find yourself with aggressive behavior, be sure to document all of it with videos and text messages. I only wish we would have.
