We setup a time and they arrived on time and presented a very professional approach. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish and instead of trying to steer me in different directions, they just answered my questions which I really appreciated. I evaluate proposals for a living, so i have an odd way of gathering data to make a decision....and honest, simple answers are the key. Their pricing was very competitive, but most important for me, they are locally owned Frisco business and they live in Frisco. This is always my first choice. I joke that working with people I am likely to run into at the grocery store, gives me a better feeling. We worked through terms and pricing...it was very simple and straight forward . Nothing confusing. No shell game. We scheduled the service. Again, on time and ready to work. The work (new hot water heater) was done very quickly and professionally. They were working just outside my home office and hardly noticed them. Because this is a family business I got to talk to a couple of different people and everyone was awesome to work with, and the very reason I try and work with local companies. Then the next morning we saw that the situation has deteriorated and it was actually something affecting two separate units. This was on Saturday night and Sunday morning-- Dave was over in 20 minutes immediately on both days helping us mitigate the damage which was considerable but could've been much much worse. so now we're here on Sunday afternoon, Dave is replacing a water heater, mitigating water damage with eight fans running ... diagnosed the original source of the problem and documented it all on an SD card for us. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. It's been leaking for months after the repair and since this is a rental house and we had Christmas in between, the tenant informed me about 2.5 months later that there was still a leak. I had to dig some of the pipe to find that 5 inches below the faucet there was a fitting that was still loose and leaking. When called the company to come over and take care of the leak they wanted another ~$500 to take care of ~1ft of copper. Even the manager over the phone said and I quote "Even if you had called me the next day after the repair, we will still had to invoice you for the fix" WHAT?? What kind of licensed plumbers are this guys that won't stand behind their work? I just hope they take care of the customers going forward, remember the market has ups and downs and although you are enjoying a never ending supply of customers that will not last forever. One of the worst companies I ever deal with.
