Came here while visiting south maui gardens. This sushi was amazing. So fresh!! The presentation was everything! We were trying diff things from other food trucks or else we would have ordered more! One of our favorites! Service was so good! I wish I remembered our servers name she was so sweet and had locks in her hair!

The only Japanese sushi food truck in this complex. Obviously this is in the great Neighbourhood. You would find plenty of other food options to choose from a lot of cuisines, but this place has its own uniqueness because he has specialized in Japanese sushi sashimi Nigiri no doubt they have great chef inside who's working tremendously and doing creative sushi. I understand that it's Hawaii but a simple role you can be charging me 25 bucks. The service is great. We got the food in like 15 minutes. The ambience is outstanding. Don't go there any time, but I plan to bring my own food and drinks in this complex rather than buying food there because they are ripping off your pockets.

Eating area and solid sushi! Try the truffle miso soup!

This place is amazing. I'm not sure you could find better sushi on Maui, and we have tried! Located amongst the Kihei food trucks. Worth the voyage to this place. We were talking to the chef, Brandon, who opened this place up after 15 years as a top sushi chef here on Maui. Top tier. Recommend for sure.

My favorite thing to get would be the Haleakala roll! They've had a few specials here and there, but if you should try anything from the menu, it'd definitely be that one! - Miguel Morales Photography

First time at the Kihei location and food was soooo delicious!! Had the ginger scallion poke bowl and chef Brandon really showed up with freshness and flavors as always. Last time I visited was the Waikiki location. Had the spicy ginger shrimp, extra spicy and that was so good as well! No matter your order, sushi or Chinese, you will leave with a happy belly!! Go support this amazing local family business.

Another of the Shiso roll because- look at the beauty!!

Voyage Maui in South Maui Gardens is the spot that hits! Sushi and authentic Pacific Rim Cuisine you would expect in a 5 star restaurant, with the beautiful, relaxed ambiance that south Maui Gardens provides. Brandon and Caroline were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our group. Often coming out and checking in on how everything was. The Ahi and Hamachi sashimi was the best I've ever had. Superior quality to what we have had in other fancier restaurants. Whenever fried Hamachi Kama is on the menu, you know we are ordering that! This collar was HUGE- and so ono! Served with a delicious green salad topped with delicately shredded raw beets and carrots was a great compliment to this dish- and don't even get me started on the dipping sauce. All dipping sauces are curated to the flavors of each specific dish and made from scratch. We continued to order the Hawaiian Rainbow, Shiso, Caterpillar, and Thai Chee Roll. Each one with a unique flavor profile that is like a voyage for your taste buds!! It's hard to pick a favorite, but the sauce for the Shiso roll made me think wake up thinking about going back today! We also orders some Poke- not sure which one, but just like everything else we ordered- it was amazing! Usually in poke you get some stringy pieces--- I had not one string! The sauce was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Again served with rice and a side salad. I will picking one of these up on the way to the beach next time. Lastly, our younger, less sushi inclined family members devoured the Chicken Katsu Curry and Crab and Cheese Wontons before I could snap a pictures. This place sure exceeded my expectations! Thank you Brandon and Caroline for a memorable evening!

Excellent sushi truck! Firecracker had a lil kick but it was delicious! The rainbow roll was very refreshing and service was quick. Cute food truck area in Kehei, came back to this area a few times this week to try others

    California roll and firecracker roll

The jalapeño crab rangoons were so good! The firecracker and Haleakala rolls were also delicious, the hamachi nigiri tasted really fresh, so worth the stop

Voyage is a new sushi and Chinese/Taiwanese food truck located at the Wailuku food trucks at 1960 Main Street. The service and food are excellent. I was glad to see a well known Taiwanese comfort dish like Lu Rou Fan which is braised pork belly over rice being featured as well as 3 cup chicken. I look forward to seeing what else they have to offer!

    Poke bowl

Yummy and fresh! Got the poke bowl but will be back for the creative sushi rolls and nigiri! Only downside is $25 for single scoop of ahi

    Ginger Scallion Relish Poke Roll

Fresh! Fresh! Fresh! This amazing truck relocated to Kihei from Wailuku. It was highly recommended by my husband's employee. And it did not disappoint! We tried 5 things- Fire Cracker Roll Hawaiian Rainbow Roll Ginger Scallion Relish Poke Roll Torched Salmon Belly Nigiri Ora King Salmon Sashimi They were all delicious and impossible to pick a favorite! Will definitely be back to try more

Great place to have lunch in Wailuku town on top of that fresh ono sushi from a food truck. Will be making this a regular stop on the way home.

All the tables were full of tourist families - it was good vibes, the tables separated by white sheer curtains giving it a little elegance. There was a lot of mahi on the menu! Their liquor selection was more limited than I'd think - so I skipped a cocktail. I got the Mac crusted mahi - sadly it was flavorless and the sauce was cold. I had to modify a reservation due to jet lag, and the woman who handled the entire 15 person dining room, knew exactly who I was when i walked in, even though I had never been there! It's literally only the husband behind the counter and the woman taking care of taking orders, serving, and checking in on every diner. The small decorations are fun and whimsical, especially if you sit at the sushi bar. Prices are very fair for the quality of the fish and although they do have set combinations, I preferred to create my own. I got the miso soup, albacore, yellowtail, Maguro, shrimp tempura roll, vegetable roll, and negihama. I ended up ordering enough for 3 people, but since I was staying in a condo, they graciously packed leftovers to go with condiments! Count on about $100 per person if you have a drink and a hearty appetite. A beautiful gesture upon leaving was being gifted a fresh flower!

Traditionally, sushi chef put soy sauce and wasabi in the between the fish and rice, and it's part of the flavor. I don't remember how it was done last time, but that was not the case this time. I had to awkwardly flip the nigiri pieces and dip the fish side in soy sauce, and then they fall apart. Ugh. Also, I didn't appreciate the size of the rice. It was impossible for me to eat the whole piece in one bite, but it's kind of rude not to under the traditional Japanese etiquette. The fish quality was.....okay. TBH, I had better in Sacramento/Roseville for way cheaper. I had more elegant, delicious, and satisfying omakase in San Diego, New York, Shanghai....you name it. For the price (even adjusted for the Maui premium) and the capability of the owners, I truly believe they could do better. Sending love!
