After giving it some thought, I do believe I clearly communicated what I wanted, and I ultimately feel that I may have been overcharged. To start with the positives, I called ahead to see if they had availability for a walk-in. They told me it would be about 30 minutes, but I was welcome to come early and sit in one of the massage chairs while I waited. I appreciated that and did exactly that. It was relaxing to sit in the chair while they finished with other clients. Once they were ready, my pedicure began. I originally selected a lower-tier service, but the technician explained the Detox Pedicure very well and suggested upgrading. I agreed, and overall the pedicure experience itself was pleasant. While the pedicure was being done, another technician started on my hands with the manicure, but when another walk-in client arrived, that technician left to start a pedicure for the new client. The technician finishing my pedicure then move to her station and continued with my manicure and applied the clear dip. It was a seamless transition and excellent team work. I will say that I did like the quality of her work on my manicure and the dip. However, I did notice something with my pedicure. I had asked for clear polish on my toenails, and while it was drying it looked like some white dust had settled on the polish. I was trying to figure out how to mention it, but when the technician later applied oil to my toenails, the white appearance seemed to disappear and the nails looked glossy, so I assumed it had just needed to be brushed off. When I took a shower later that day my nails looked like I originally saw with a white dusty and matte look to it with some spot shiny. When I went to the register, I was surprised that the total was $130 before tip. I had calculated the $55 Detox Pedicure plus the $45 dip manicure, which I thought would be around $100. I assumed I may have miscalculated and didn't question it at the time, so I paid and left a 20% tip ($26) for a total of $156. When I got to my car and reviewed the receipt, I noticed there was an additional $10 charge listed for a "Cuticle Trim", along with a $20 "Additional Charge". $30 extra on to the bill. At most salons I've been to, the price of a dip manicure already includes the basic manicure prep such as cuticle trimming and nail shaping before the dip is applied. I get my nails done fairly regularly, and this is the first time I've ever been charged a separate and unclear $10 cuticle trim and $20 additional charge fee on top of the dip manicure price. The menu did not clearly indicate this additional charge, and it was never communicated to me beforehand. While I did enjoy the service quality of the manicure and the overall pedicure experience, I was not happy with the final finish of my toenails and was especially disappointed by the lack of transparency in pricing. This experience left me feeling unsettled. Clear communication about pricing, especially additional fees, is important so clients can make informed decisions before services are performed. Unfortunately, I don't feel that happened here. For that I don't plan on returning.

Halfway through my pedicure (I came for a pedi and refill with a Valentine's design) a customer came on that had an appointment while I was in the chair...I felt awkward and told her after she finished my feet she could just take care of her and I'll wait....speaking of feet! I've never had anyone use a drill on my toes for a basic pedicure and I know my toes and that damn bad lol!! 3. After running errands; against my better judgment I returned...mind you I need a refill, we'll she said fuck that part and proceeded to do the sns powder dip stuffsomething in my soul that it wouldn't go well; but I didn't wanna fuss. .....needless to say, my index finger nail broke off that day while typing at work, and within a week I was missing 7 nails‍ if they didn't charge as much as other places I wouldn't even trip; but for this price I should've went to my normal spot where I get what I pay for, it's clean and all the instruments are fresh, I watched her take the same tools she used on me and used on the chick with the appointment Yep I won't be back...the lady was super sweet; but I work to hard for my coins to waste like that. They're a charming, family-run salon that offers a wonderful customer experience. I received a gel pedicure and full set of acrylics this last visit. Pedicure used classpass credits but for the fresh acrylics and tip I paid $80. Ly is incredibly detail oriented. She was so meticulous about my nails and took the time to make sure I liked them throughout the process. I struggle with acrylics because techs I've used in the past have been aggresive and my nails/cuticles are sore for the first couple of days, but Ly is so talented and I didn't have this issue at all. It is clear that this family cares about their work and they take the time to make sure everyone leaves satisfied and I noticed this in their treatment of other clients there at the time as well. Because it is just the three of them, be prepared to spend some time there especially if its busy and for a fresh set of acrylics. Their teamwork is seamless and efficient, and their service is very personalized and throrough. Thank you Ly for being patient with me when I had to run out to catch a movie in time! All in all, if you're looking for exceptional service and beautiful nails, this is where you need to go!

i've been coming here since i was 15 in 2021. the service is always amazing. i usually get a female…read morenail tech but have had two male techs. everyone is so hard working! e'shee is a bit on the pricier side, but my nails always last so long. the good service, conversation, and safe location also make up for the price! they even offer you refreshments and have a lot to choose from. btw pay in cash for a discount! i've gotten acrylic and gel done for my manicures. recently, i got the deluxe 1 and classic 1 pedicures. for the classic 1, i got a french pedicure done and it lasted almost 2 months before it started chipping. (see picture for how it looked at 6-7 weeks, before i cut it.) they always give a relaxing foot and leg massage!

I was quoted $65. That should have been straightforward -- but nothing about this visit was. First, the service itself was shockingly poor. My manicurist didn't bother to trim or clean the cuticles -- something every standard refill includes -- especially when using a drill. The salon is bare-bones already, but skipping basic steps is unacceptable. Then I was told to come back the next day with my blue, yet they still intended to charge me more. Suddenly the price jumped by another $20. That was never discussed or agreed to. When I expressed (rightfully) that the experience didn't match the quoted price or standard service, one of the employees began screaming, panicking, and making unintelligible noises while threatening to call the police -- over what, I still don't know. I never refused payment; in fact, I paid and even tipped. But the behavior was bizarre, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, explain the price changes, or provide adequate service. The work itself was mediocre at best -- you can get better quality for a lower price at the nicer salons literally one mall down. Avoid this place at all costs -- poor technique, inconsistent pricing, zero communication, and the worst customer service I've experienced at any nail salon.
