At the conclusion of the appt, the doctor's assistant placed the wrong prescription order with Walgreens. They apologized for the error, however did not offer any compensation for their prescription mistake leaving me to bear the cost of their error. I've never had either of these issue happen before. I'd recommend another provider that respects and values patients time and shows financial accountability and ownership for expense errors they cause their customers.

I had been unaware of the change in hours, and was frustrated because now I'd have to wait until Tuesday since this was Memorial Day weekend, and my symptoms were getting worse. I decided to call and try to get it transferred to a 24 hour Walgreens. I was put into queue, and a few minutes later, a woman named Charanjit answered. I explained my situation, and said because my pain was becoming worse since it was delayed, I was hoping to call it into a Walgreens that was not only open 24 hours, but had it in stock. Instead of transferring me and making me go through that process, Charanjit not only stayed on the phone and helped me, but, after asking if I was still in the parking lot, said she would open the drive through back up and help me out herself. More grateful than I've ever been, I pulled up and she got a pharmacist who was still there to answer my questions for the medication. If it weren't for Charanjit, I might not have gotten my needed medication since it seems to be rare that it is in stock anywhere, and would have had to wait for other pharmacies to get it in before I could take it. Knowing I had already waited days due to the initial delay, she went out of her way to help me, which made me feel cared about and valued. Not only will I continue to use Walgreens because of the exceptional care from Charanjit and that pharmacist (I forgot her name), but I will spread the word and recommend this particular location to anyone in need of excellent customer service and staff who genuinely care about customers. He was friendly and had a very contagious positive personality about him. His nurse helper was very friendly as well. Everything happened so fast when they shaved off the growth, as well as a mole on my back they wanted to biopsy. Usually getting these procedures done freak me out but I didn't even have the time to freak out bc of how fast and efficiently it was done, lol. I also even briefly inquired about filler injection estimates and he was able to give me an estimate window right on the spot. They called me the following week with the results, and also sent me the results for my records when I asked. I liked this practice and my doc and I would go again :)

Before anyone had thoroughly assessed my skin or understood my skin type, I was encouraged to sign up for their $300/month membership, which included Botox and a monthly treatment (chemical peel, facial, or skin tightening laser). Looking back, I believe the focus was on selling a membership rather than creating a treatment plan that was actually appropriate for my skin. After my chemical peel and facial, my skin had the worst reaction I've ever experienced. I trusted their recommendations and purchased over $300 worth of skincare products they suggested, but my skin only continued to worsen. What was most concerning was that, despite my skin barrier already being compromised, I was advised to continue receiving laser treatments and was told they would help improve my skin. Instead, my skin continued to worsen. Looking back, I felt there was a greater emphasis on continuing treatments and maintaining my membership than on reevaluating whether the treatment plan was right for me. This experience has been both physically and emotionally devastating. I was, and still am, embarrassed by how my skin looks. I eventually had to repeatedly ask for my membership to be canceled. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. I deeply regret walking through their doors. See photos below of immediately after chemical peel where my skin had zero acne. The other photos are after receiving various treatments recommended by its a secret staff. Since then, I've spent hundreds of dollars trying to repair the damage. I'm now under the care of a dermatologist, taking prescription medication, and seeing a new aesthetician every two weeks just to get my skin back to a healthy baseline. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend It's a Secret Med Spa. I hope others carefully consider their options and make sure they feel confident that any recommended treatments are truly tailored to their skin before committing to a membership or treatment plan.

She cut my finger and filed my nails so roughly. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, and wasn't consistent between each hand. And the manicure just looked like doo-doo when it was all said and done. I don't know why she was so rushed, since the place was empty and all the nail techs were sitting around chatting. I would avoid this place if possible. I like how close it is to my home, but the inconsistency among the nail techs is not worth it.

I have a total of 4 years coming to Mindy and Jimmy , Ever since their other location and now that they moved to this location. If they move again I would go to where they moved. I already drive 20 min from my house to them I wouldn't mind driving a bit more if it meant having my nails look perfect and my eyebrows on point! Honestly you won't go wrong with this place. If you are going to spend your money at least make sure you are investing into a good set of nails. Where you will be sure their quality of product is awesome and MOST important of all the sanitation is done properly. Also, the owners are always keeping up with the new trends and are always updating everything from their products to the check out system. After giving it some thought, I do believe I clearly communicated what I wanted, and I ultimately feel that I may have been overcharged. To start with the positives, I called ahead to see if they had availability for a walk-in. They told me it would be about 30 minutes, but I was welcome to come early and sit in one of the massage chairs while I waited. I appreciated that and did exactly that. It was relaxing to sit in the chair while they finished with other clients. Once they were ready, my pedicure began. I originally selected a lower-tier service, but the technician explained the Detox Pedicure very well and suggested upgrading. I agreed, and overall the pedicure experience itself was pleasant. While the pedicure was being done, another technician started on my hands with the manicure, but when another walk-in client arrived, that technician left to start a pedicure for the new client. The technician finishing my pedicure then move to her station and continued with my manicure and applied the clear dip. It was a seamless transition and excellent team work. I will say that I did like the quality of her work on my manicure and the dip. However, I did notice something with my pedicure. I had asked for clear polish on my toenails, and while it was drying it looked like some white dust had settled on the polish. I was trying to figure out how to mention it, but when the technician later applied oil to my toenails, the white appearance seemed to disappear and the nails looked glossy, so I assumed it had just needed to be brushed off. When I took a shower later that day my nails looked like I originally saw with a white dusty and matte look to it with some spot shiny. When I went to the register, I was surprised that the total was $130 before tip. I had calculated the $55 Detox Pedicure plus the $45 dip manicure, which I thought would be around $100. I assumed I may have miscalculated and didn't question it at the time, so I paid and left a 20% tip ($26) for a total of $156. When I got to my car and reviewed the receipt, I noticed there was an additional $10 charge listed for a "Cuticle Trim", along with a $20 "Additional Charge". $30 extra on to the bill. At most salons I've been to, the price of a dip manicure already includes the basic manicure prep such as cuticle trimming and nail shaping before the dip is applied. I get my nails done fairly regularly, and this is the first time I've ever been charged a separate and unclear $10 cuticle trim and $20 additional charge fee on top of the dip manicure price. The menu did not clearly indicate this additional charge, and it was never communicated to me beforehand. While I did enjoy the service quality of the manicure and the overall pedicure experience, I was not happy with the final finish of my toenails and was especially disappointed by the lack of transparency in pricing. This experience left me feeling unsettled. Clear communication about pricing, especially additional fees, is important so clients can make informed decisions before services are performed. Unfortunately, I don't feel that happened here. For that I don't plan on returning.

Pedicure used classpass credits but for the fresh acrylics and tip I paid $80. Ly is incredibly detail oriented. She was so meticulous about my nails and took the time to make sure I liked them throughout the process. I struggle with acrylics because techs I've used in the past have been aggresive and my nails/cuticles are sore for the first couple of days, but Ly is so talented and I didn't have this issue at all. It is clear that this family cares about their work and they take the time to make sure everyone leaves satisfied and I noticed this in their treatment of other clients there at the time as well. Because it is just the three of them, be prepared to spend some time there especially if its busy and for a fresh set of acrylics. Their teamwork is seamless and efficient, and their service is very personalized and throrough. Thank you Ly for being patient with me when I had to run out to catch a movie in time! I was quoted $65. That should have been straightforward -- but nothing about this visit was. First, the service itself was shockingly poor. My manicurist didn't bother to trim or clean the cuticles -- something every standard refill includes -- especially when using a drill. The salon is bare-bones already, but skipping basic steps is unacceptable. Then I was told to come back the next day with my blue, yet they still intended to charge me more. Suddenly the price jumped by another $20. That was never discussed or agreed to. When I expressed (rightfully) that the experience didn't match the quoted price or standard service, one of the employees began screaming, panicking, and making unintelligible noises while threatening to call the police -- over what, I still don't know. I never refused payment; in fact, I paid and even tipped. But the behavior was bizarre, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, explain the price changes, or provide adequate service. The work itself was mediocre at best -- you can get better quality for a lower price at the nicer salons literally one mall down. Avoid this place at all costs -- poor technique, inconsistent pricing, zero communication, and the worst customer service I've experienced at any nail salon.
