I came here shortly after COVID allowed them to open up. They checked my temperature. Cleaned the bottom of my shoes. Made me sign a waiver that included my name and phone number. The service was great but the precautions they're taking are even better. Shield for protection. On top of the fact that they have a mask and also glasses and a plastic face shield. I was very happy to see everything they're doing to protect themselves and the clients. Everything was clean. They seat every other pedicure chair. I'd definitely return. Oh yeah I liked my pedicure they did a great job. I was able to get a same day appointment as well. read more

Been here twice already, first time was a hit with Wyn. 2nd time was kind of a miss with another male technician. Their card reader or system was down and they were still taking people in even though they clearly could and should not. They told me 20 minute wait and I ended up waiting more than an hour. I deducted one star for that. Another star was deducted on top of that one because he left my hands soaking in chemicals in order to remove the powder from before which left a rash and I remarked that I was experiencing a burning sensation while this was happening. Usually technicians wrap the nails in foil with the chemicals added to each nail so that there is less skin contact but guess he didn't have time for that. He only changed the color of the powder, but I was charged for a manicure (didn't even cut or clean my nails). I called again today to make an appointment to give them another chance since the nails were great the first time and I could tell the man who answered is also the one who did my nails the last time. He's always rushing when talking to customers and I hate that. Do not rush your customers it's rude! He asked me what day can you come? I said " Can we do Saturday with-" I couldn't even finish my sentence before he started saying "ok your name? Your name? Your name?! Your name?!! Your Name?!!" Im not lying when I say he repeated this 5 times so fast I felt like I was being chased over the phone, and he cut me off too, and I'm thinking is someone choking over there that you need to rush this conversation and get off the phone without even hearing who I want to schedule with or what I want? I might edit this review but that depends on how things go during my appointment this Saturday. Wyn is pretty good though so who knows. Update: Got Christmas nails, and the guy who did my manicure rushed at the last minute while filing my nails (because people walked in) and he started filing into my skin making no contact with the nail what so ever, he used a lot of force too like he was trying to start a fire in the wilderness or something. Jerked my hand back and he ignored the blood and just kept working. Apologized after I pointed out and sent me on my way and after couple days my nail got infected. Funny part is they charged me $5 per nail for nail art when all they did was put a sticker on it. One tiny sticker $5! Lol read more

Came here cause it's open and close to my house. Not a very good experience. Had an appointment still had to wait about 40 min before someone came over and started working on my pedicure. My manicure ok I get it your busy but don't rush so much that you literally cut every single one of my cuticles and no my skin feels like it's on fire. They didn't buff my nails at all, and my nails are uneven. Had to use a file when I got hot to try and fix the edges that were ruff and bumpy. For $101 I expect a lot more. Love going here, it's always empty! No wait, I usually call before anyway. They offer a ton of dip powders and gel colors. It's clean, conversation is great. It's always a relaxing experience when I go, which I value bc I don't get a lot of time to myself as a mom of 2toddlers. There was one time that I felt pain I told the nail tech and the owner didn't hesitate to take over. I went today to get classic lashes done with Lisa and I am sorry I did. As you can see the lashes are already falling off which I am not surprised considering she only took 30 min for a full set and she did not isolate at all. She placed lashes on top of multiple lashes and did not place lashes on each individual lash. This would definitely damage a customers natural lash. This was a TOTAL waste of money. I walked in had been wanting to try this place for a while due to positive reviews I had to wait for about 20 minutes not a problem since I had no appointment and I was sitting next to a lovely lady and had a great conversation with her. I asked for a mani/pedi I didn't get an option for the mani it was pretty much take off polish and re-polish I paid $40 just for something I could have done myself I lotion no massage no cuticle treatment just took polish off and put new polish a poor job at that. For my pedi they did ask me what treatment I wanted so I did get exactly what I needed and service provided was fine-not exceptional but fine. I HAD SUCH AN AMAZING TIME HERE. I noticed their grand opening sign after dropping by Auto Zone. So glad I decided to treat myself. And what a treat it was. 1. Their grand opening was on my birthday. So they helped me celebrate with a bubbly. 2. The owner, Tony, showed me a before photo of the unit since I was curious as to what it was prior. It was an eyelash studio but they left the unit BARE after leaving. So VS Nails did an extraordinary job with the interior! 3. The massage chairs are super comfy. And the iridescent bowls are mesmerizing. 4. There was a little girl waiting for her mom to get her nails done. She took such a liking to the staff since they were are so friendly and good with her! 5. It's sparkling clean in here. I watched Tony pick up crumbs after the little girl and constantly wipe everything down. He said cleanliness and sanitation is their number one priority. 6. They used hot stones to massage my feet and legs! I've never been to a nail salon where they did this. Also, the lady doing my pedicure noticed my dry heels/legs, so she did a scrub and heel treatment for me. Their attention to detail, friendly customer service, and overall skills + quality when doing my nails, were greatly appreciated. They definitely set the bar high. I can't go back to another salon after this! Another cool fact: The initials in VS stands for the owner, Stephanie's, kid's names. Love that. Can't wait to be back! This was sadly the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The male nail tech cut me several times. The power file tool also nicked my skin and left me bleeding. The other techs saw me visibly in pain and upset. I also told the guy that he was hurting me. I showed him a picture of a very basic style which he was unable to do. My pedicure was lackluster. No where near a good scrub. I asked the owner reshape my nails. Never going back here. I did not want to make a scene so I called back the next day to speak to the owner and he wasn't available. my nail tech, Lanie, came up to me with a clip board with names and numbers (I wasn't told what it was for but I wrote down my name anyway out of nervousness ??). She checked my temperature. Then she directed me to the seat and we got started. The water wasn't warm for my pedi. I requested a square nail shape When I asked Lanie to fix the shape of one of my toe nails she just laughed at me and said "you wanted square!". She then went in to make an adjustment with the file but scratched my skin in the process (I didn't get a cut but it hurt). The rest of pedi was just fine. I didn't feel very welcomed by my nail tech or like she was accommodating to my request to fix my nail shape. I felt like she was in a rush to be done with my service. Went in for a manicure and pedicure and had one of the worst experiences EVER! I've been there a few times before so not sure what happened this time. I ask for warmer water for my pedicure the lady says she can't. I tell her I want my nails round and she clips them and doesn't even file them! They had absolutely no shape! She barely removes any of my cuticle and tries to polish them when I clearly told her I didn't want polish. Another lady tries to make it better and she did remove lost of the cuticle but completely screwed up the shape. I first got there at 9:30am, since I had a busy day I planned to be there right when they open, except they opened late! I called at 10am, still no answer. Went die. The street to finish errands and called again around 10:15 to make an appointment at 10:30. Arrived at 10:28 just to wait AN HOUR TO FINALLY have someone start working on my toes. They were apologetic and I understood and they said we'll give you free gel, nice of them, but when I went to pay she tried to charge me for the gel, mentioned it to the owner so he took it off but still charged for the gel removal ( something they don't charge for if you get gel again!!!) so disappointing!!! read more

Found this place on Yelp, and it had decent reviews, so I decided to stop by for a quick gel manicure. I wish I had gotten the lady's name who did my manicure, but she did not seem like she knew what she was doing. She took forever, and to top it off, and she cut me.
