I just used this lot for the second time. Again, the shuttle was waiting for me the second I parked my car. And when I returned to BUR, it was there waiting in the shuttle zone outside of the airport. I asked him how it was that there was always a shuttle waiting? He said, "We send one out every 3 mintues." What that also means is that as soon as you board the shuttle and put your bags down, it drives off. Impressive! You'll be spoiled rotten when using VSP! Burbank is an awesome airport - it's small, clean, very easy to get around in, and VSP is merely blocks away. They are soooo much cheaper than on-site parking. From the time I pulled into VSP until I was entering the terminal was less than 15 minutes - incredible. On my return (on a Sun night), I was picked up about 5 min after walking outside with my bag and back in my vehicle 10 min later. Wow, this place is the best parking garage I've ever been to. It's clear that customer service is the most important thing to them. Everyone was friendly, everyone was helpful, and they got us parked and over to the airport in a matter of minutes. And they're very reasonably priced. It makes me want to fly out of Burbank more often. read more

arrived 7pm on Wednesday without a reservation and there were plenty of spots available. Easy 5-10 min trip along sidewalk to terminal....couldn't ask for more @ $6/day. read more

Very easy to get in and out of, timely shuttles, secure parking lot, and extremely close to airport.

I was blown away with what they did for me!!! When I pulled my truck into their parking lot it didn't trigger the gate arm correctly so as I pulled through it came down on the side of my truck and left a small ding. They couldn't have been nicer. They offered to have it repaired while I was out of town but I was concerned the repair would actually make it worse, plus I already had a couple of small dents in that area so I told them not to worry about it. The manager said he would have my truck washed for free and I was fine with that. When I returned 36 hours later I couldn't believe what I saw. Not only had they removed the ding they caused but they also removed the other two dings which they knew they hadn't caused. In addition they had my truck completely detailed. Wow! First time using this service instead of the airport parking. They are pleasant, friendly, polite, and efficient. I had to step out of my car and they picked up me and placed my suitcase in the shuttle. Upon returning to Burbank, the shuttle was waiting, no long wait for the airport shuttle. The driver was smiling and drove me to my car and put my suitcase in the trunk. Simply wonderful! read more

I can't say enough good things about this company and it's employees. They are all so friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for traveling to and from the Burbank Airport and the price is reasonable. The shuttle runs constantly and you never have to wait more than a few minutes. The shuttle takes you directly to your car and your bags are unloaded for you. Upon returning from a very long day on a delayed flight, my battery was dead. Within 10 minutes, an employee was there to jump start my car.... free of charge. You might be able to find cheaper parking but you won't find the professionalism like this company has. I will park elsewhere at Burbank Airport. VSP is a rip off. It looks like $13 or $14 a day to park outside and be shuttled to a single location on the airport driveway.... BUT.... If you punch in at 12 noon on a Wednesday and punch out at 1:30 pm on Friday - you get ripped off for 3 full 24 hour days parking. The semi-bright kid at the check-out kiosk could barely explain why I was getting so ripped off. Amazing... probably some out-of-state vacant owner that has lucrative parking lots in various medium size markets and rips off the customers for a full day rate for parking 2 days and 1 and a half hour! It's a flagrant rip-off! Don't park there! read more

Showed up Friday around 12:45 for a 12:30 reservation. The man who helped me was very friendly. I parked and the shuttle was right behind me. I felt bad making him wait while I got my things situated. The driver was friendly and funny. On the return, the shuttle driver was nice as was the attendant who processes you on the way out. The only reason that it's not a 5 star review is that they don't count in 24 hour periods of days. Showing up late in the day still counts as a full day. No biggie. Service was great, my car looked good. I'll be back next month for sure! read more

I have always known that VSP is a convenient and well-priced solution for parking at BUR, but last night they really sealed the deal. When I got to my car the battery was dead. Within 3 minutes they brought a cart over to my car, jump-started it, and sent me only way, with no extra charge. I'm not sure why anyone would park anywhere else. read more

I have really low expectations as far as parking companies go. So I was shocked when on Thanksgiving day, the service was immediate and with a smile, the lot was full but they had a space big enough for my car reserved as promised (I had made a reservation), and we didn't have to wait for a shuttle to OR from the airport when we returned. AND with a coupon parking outside for 3 days was only $30. Can't beat it. read more

Offsite parking right across from Burbank airport. This place is the best - the guys here ALWAYS hustle and are friendly to deal with. Offer both inside and outside parking options. Also offer wash & detailing services. This is the only place I park when on overnight trips out of Burbank. read more
