This place is s joke. They all stand around and don't know what they are doing. Van took 20 minutes to show up Terminal 2 at Burbank Airport. We waited and waited as Lot C and Lot A vans came. Then they damaged our car with their car wash. They damaged the paint job. Then they had the audacity to charge us for the parking.! No discount just a bunch of weak apologies. Skip this parking lot and go to Lot A or C. read more

This place was very convenient. It is directly across the street from Burbank airport, and signage to get to it is clear from either direction on Hollywood Way. They ran a May special where indoor "padded" parking was reduced from $22 a day to $18 a day. They have a convenient bus that rolls out regularly to the airport and back; it took me only 2 minutes of waiting at 8:30am on a Sunday morning, even with the airport being almost empty. The "padded parking" is a bit funny though. It is actually gym mats hanging from cables in between the spaces so your car doesn't get dinged. Simple, but still awkward-looking. The staff is helpful and fast. I will definitely be parking here again. read more

My first business trip out of Burbank airport & I needed a reliable place to park my car. Luckily Yelp came to the rescue once again. I pulled up to the parking lot, & this nice guy walks out of booth, greets me, dispenses a ticket, & tells me to park my car anywhere I want and the shuttle will pick me up at my car (after he asked if it was my first time parking there...it was). I was shocked. He was so nice. The shuttle driver was even nicer. He sees me pulling my stuff out of my car, waits for me, & then gets out to help me with my suitcase. Assures me that my car will be safe for the duration of my trip. Wow, this is definitely the best airport parking experience ever!! $13/day, apparently pricey, but a good deal compared to LAX parking. I've parked here once for a business trip. Thankfully, parking was reserved and paid for by work because this parking lot if expensive! I don't see how they compete with surrounding parking lots/airport economy lots. However, I must say their customer service was excellent. They picked you up directly from where you parked your car in a shuttle and take you across the street to the airport. They'll help with your luggage too. read more

I would give 5 stars, but I don't know what happens if you go over your time. I recommend pre-paying online. It is comparable to the airport lots when you do that. I only got it for 2 days outdoor parking for about $18. I loved how fast the shuttle picks you up at your vehicle and drops you right back at your car when you come back. The service I got from here was exceptional. It is $15/day (might be more depending on where you park and what services you want while you're travelling - car wash, detailing, padded "ding proof" parking stalls, dent removal, etc). It includes a courtesy shuttle service to -and- from the airport .. From Where You Parked. Now that's service! (we really need bold here, all caps just means yelling). The staff are extremely friendly, fast, observant, and service oriented. Side Note: On the flier, it says "Club V.S.P.". We arrived at VSP on a Thursday morning at 5:15 am and parked in their open-air section. There were 2 shuttles waiting there and the first shuttle pulled up and the driver helped load our luggage. Then we were off and we arrived at the United terminal 4 minutes later! We used to park in one of Burbank Airport's parking lots and we would have to wait a long time, especially at that time of the morning, for a shuttle to show up. Then we would have to make the rounds of all the shuttle stops before getting to the terminal. It was a hassle and a waste of time. Plus, their drivers never helped load our luggage. For the minimal extra cost, we will always park at VSP. It is convenient and the staff are always courteous and helpful. We have also parked in their covered structure and it is very nice. The perks include free water and the anti-ding dividers between stalls, but it costs $22 per day, so we opted for the open-air section at $13 per day for this trip. read more

Been parking here in the mid-90's when I traveled up to the Bay area frequently for business. Things haven't changed (except that the prices have gone up a bit) and their excellent service (both shuttle and staff employee) is still around. Shuttles are frequent and there is a covered parking lot option. I can arrive at this lot about 60 minutes from fight departure and be at the gate and ready to fly! read more

Amazing service! I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them (3 days in the covered lot). The shuttle from the airport to the lot literally comes every couple of minutes - it was practically a private shuttle just for me. I especially loved the padded parking stalls. I should have reviewed these guys earlier, but my experience tonight was the icing on the cake. I always park at VSP and they are a gem when it comes to customer service. This evening after a very long day of traveling, I found that my car battery had somehow died. I walked to the front to ask if they jumped batteries and before I had even gotten back to my car, a guy in a golf cart rolled up with jumping equipment and within 5 minutes I was on my way home. I travel weekly for my job and have been parking with VSP for 2 years now. I can't tell you how amazing they are to their customers. Never had a bad experience here. I either pay $15 a day and park in the backlot or go to the rooftop and pay $13 a day. They immediately provide you with a shuttle (included in fee) which drops you off near your airline. You can also use them if you are using jetsuite, just let them know when you pull in. Their shuttle is also super easy to locate when you walk out of baggage claim. Sure, you can probably find a cheaper way to park but I am willing to pay a little more for good, reliable service, and the convenience. read more

Thanks to Yelp, I found this place for a recent trip to/from Burbank airport. I never drive my car to the airport as I prefer not to worry about potential issues. But after paying so much in taxi fares to LAX, i have changed my mind! So lo and behold, I checked it out here, drove there about 45 minutes before my flight and everything went smooth. Parked my car on the roof and paid $13 a day. Shuttle picked me up to the airport less than 5 minutes. I was impressed at the efficiency and the warmness of the staff. When i got back, it took me about 7 minutes from when I left baggage claim to find the shuttle and pick up my car. Unbelievably fast. I will use them again if I use Burbank again read more
