Customer service is awful. Contacted their corporate office waiting on a return phone call. Let's see how this goes. They will only let you buy 1 happy hour special. Where does it state that at on the advertisement. 11/7/2025 It's disappointing that a major corporation like Waba Grill disregards its customers by failing to respond when concerns or issues are raised. Instead, I had to leave a review on Yelp before being asked to contact Waba Grill directly. I did reach out, and now I'm being asked to follow up again. This process is completely unreasonable and reflects poorly on the company. Based on this experience, I will not be patronizing this establishment again. I will not accept being treated this way as a customer, and I will take my business elsewhere. First time at this location. Just made quick order of the dumplings . It's flavorful and could chew on the crunchiness of the fillings but wonton wrapper was not as crispy as imagined it would be. When i got home i pan fried it again. The cashier was not happy to be working tonight. She wasn't giving me the vibes to order more. Restaurant has limited dine in area. This is the best WaBa grill location I've ever been too. The service was prompt and courteous. The portions were great as well. I've been to locations in the past where my chicken bowl was not filled with rice and barley any meat. This location filled the bowl up and everything was fresh. Also the drive thru is very convenient. read more

I asked for extra green onions they gave me no green onions, had to go in from leaving the drive thru and he didn't seem to happy about giving me a pack of green onions. He slid them on the counter. Ummm ok let's not be rude because you forgot my green onions. read more

The food is ok. Rice was a little undercooked. Sweet chili sauce should be labeled as "spicy as fuck chili sauce with one grain of sugar in it". My advice: order all sauces on the side and test to see what you like because there aren't any good descriptions of what each sauce is. I would not recommend ordering veggies because it's mostly just steamed cabbage BUT do order the jalapeño and carrots if you like spicy stuff- my hubs loved those. The service was unremarkable, not rude or anything but also nobody wowed me or anything which is fine. Not sure about the odd response from business. It is true that all Waba grills are not created equal. This Waba grill, however, is one of the best I've tasted. The flavors in the food is on point, presentation is great and they serve the food pretty quick I was in and out of there in less than five minutes on my 30 mins lunch break from Arrowhead regional hospital. service is not the greatest , but very disappointing that they are doing something wrong with their food. I got food poisoning from the food they serve Along with my siblings whom experience the same issue. They are either not being clean with their hands, cleaning their grill or objects to cook the food with. I don't doubt they serve food that has been sitting for plenty of hours or possibly even days before. Of course they don't care since they're not the ones consuming it. First time trying this Waba Grill. Was not disappointed. Had the Waba Plate with Steak, Chicken and brown rice. The plate also came with salad and some fresh fruit (3 decent sized chunks). Having a drive-thru is a major plus. I highly recommend it. read more

Oh man! Not again! I came to WaBa Grill a because my kids wanted something "healthy". I realize that their take on healthy is not really healthy, but beats McDonalds...but wait! WaBa does not beat McDonald's nor any other fast food joint. My perspective is that these rice bowls are overpriced for what you get. Poor customer service and management. I came in for an online order pickup/dine in, I ordered a family meal and a plate to eat there as I was pulling out my items to eat my protein to my family meal spilled all over the floor due to them not sealing the containers properly. Smh I told the lady who handed me my order and instead of trying to make it right she kept insisting it was my fault and they couldn't do nothing about it not even a refund...she kept going back and restating that she doesn't know and she was the one who packed it.
