Our orders were taken right away, the food came out pretty quick, and we were brought our check (which is payable via phone) as soon as we finished eating. Our spread included both styles of deviled eggs, one with pimento cheese and the other with lump crab, hash browns with salmon caviar, waffle fry brunch poutine, and of course the Bougie Clique and Caviar shot with Veuve Clicquot champagne and a paddlefish caviar chaser. We also went through several rounds of cocktails, with our favorites being the Cotton Candy Spritz and the Cedar and Cider. The spritz comes with a big piece of cotton candy on the rim that dissolves into the vodka and prosecco, while the Cedar and Cider is a smoked tableside old fashioned with salted caramel sugar.
