Good good at a decent price. I recently relocated to the area. Today I gave the Redrun deli a try. There were a lot of open parking spaces in the shared lot. No waiting when we got inside. Placed my order with the friendly lady behind the counter then waited at one of the tables inside. It's a little dated inside but has that old school deli feel. Came with the my dad. He got the waffle breakfast platter and I went for a scrapple egg sandwich. Food smelled great and looked just as good. My dad said his waffles were filling. My sandwich was delicious as well. Only drawback is that they don't have decaf coffee and that's all my dad can drink. read more

We just had a major church event catered by Red Run Deli and it was awesome. Many trays of different kinds of sandwiches including turkey wraps, pastrami, roast beef, tuna salad with avocado, cold cuts, and more not to mention, a couple trays of pickles. I wasn't able to sample everything, but I had the pastrami, roast beef, and tuna salad with avocado and several pickles. I can't begin to describe how delicious everything was and most of all, how the sandwiches were stacked with meat. Everything was so fresh. I would've taken pictures, but everybody ate it so quickly that I wasn't able to before it was all gone. Nice little hidden gem tucked up in Owings Mills, I'm a native New Yorker and going in here always takes me back to the corner deli's I grew up in. The menu has a very decent variety, it's always neat & clean. Has tables should you choose to eat in, but they are also fast when you need to just grab-n-go but it hasn't compromised the quality /taste of the food. It's typical corner deli food, like when you don't want to spend $20 on breakfast or lunch but you also don't want to reduce yourself to McDonalds either. Prices are decent and the food is good. First let me start by saying that this is the only place in the area that delivers breakfast. So it is a go to when I am at work. The downside is the grease. I'm convinced that everything is doused in greased and/or butter before it leaves the kitchen. So your tummy will hate you. But standard greasy spoon fare with a side of indigestion never hurt anyone. Just don't make it a habit. Another downside prices change without notification and fees for cc use. Nice little restaurant in a small shopping center in Owings Mills MD. The people here are friendly and provide extremely fast service. This is a great spot for breakfast on the run in the area. Definitely beats the quality of breakfast from the royal farms across the street. The coffee isn't the greatest, could be a little better. The home fries are tasty compared to other breakfast spots. I haven't tried anything on the lunch menu, but I hear it's pretty good also. If you're in the area and looking for a quick bite, don't hesitate to give this spot a try. read more

Food is pretty good. Deli style food, burgers, salad, etc. I am fortunate that this place is right near my work, so at least a couple times a month, I am normally there. The staff is extremely very polite. If you order it there, you may be waiting a couple minutes. I just call my order in and it is normally ready when I am there. Parking may be an issue, but not always. Worse case, you can parking behind the building and just take the steps up. read more

When I think deli, I think of a shop with clear shelves that show meat and cheese and all that stuff you want at the grocery store, but better because it's in actually deli. Anyway, I ordered a chicken salad and again, I say it was ok. Maybe my expectations are just too high. The chicken salad came on wheat bread with iceberg lettuce. While the chicken salad, in general, tasted ok, the iceberg lettuce killed the flavor. Again, my brain keeps thinking of the cute little delis that I see on TV. So when I get Giant wheat bread instead of thick hearty multigrain bread and iceberg in place of romaine, I don't think deli. I think they should change their name personally because they are not a deli. They sell too many items other than sandwiches to be considered that. Stopped in with my husband and kid after a visit to My Gym nearby. We didn't realize until we were leaving 40 minutes later that we had arrived at closing time. Not only did they accommodate our eat-in order without a word, but they made a little plate of fries for my 4-year-old, gratis. The egg salad and cheesesteak were both excellent. Had a business meeting nearby that went through lunch so stopped on my way out at about 2:30 in the afternoon. THE WORST hot pastrami on planet earth. I did not look at it until I was down the road or would have taken it back. Small meat content. Dried, brittle pieces of pastrami that lacked any trace of moisture. Thick VERY COLD rye bread with a speck of mustard. If I wasn't starving I would have tossed it. Thank goodness I had a small bag of Utz chips. Never again. read more
