    Waffle and bacon.

A small and lovely place with a simple filling plate. I had the cinnamon waffle and bacon which helped me get through the morning. A few comments for the place to reach 5 stars. Don't use microwave bacon. It's very crowded inside The area could be more friendly and clean/organized.

Waffle Cabin is a nice option after a day of skiing. Hell, you don't even need to ski to enjoy them. I got the chocolate waffle for my son. He loved. My wife and I got a few bites. It was very good. Nice and warm - perfect for a cold afternoon. Staff was polite and the waffle was served quickly. In addition to the location in the Village, they have a small hut in front of the Gemini ski lift, which is next to the Ski School area. Convenient for a nice snack between runs or a nice treat for the kids after their lessons.

Go... Just go. These were the best waffles I have ever had. Fresh, hot, and perfect texture. The cinnamon one had the right amount of sugar cinnamon. The chocolate was a little messy but very good. Service was fast and the inside is cozy. Would 100% recommend if in the area.

You need this! I seriously can't think of a better mid day ski snack than this waffle. It hit the spot big time and we were all raving about how yummy it was! Fresh out of the waffle press and sprinkled with cinnamon. *chef's kiss* Super fast turnaround time - like 2-3 minutes, so it's not going to hold you up on the slopes or on your way home. They had 3-4 different locations at the winter park resort to choose from too.

These waffles were so yummy I wish I would've went back and got seconds and great service too and the best hot chocolate 10/10

The waffle I got was very good. I hadn't looked this place up before we decided to drive there. It is very very small and they only serve.... You guessed it, waffles. But, that being said, would I go back, yes.

A waffle made quick and hot when you are skiing- sign me up! I love going here mid-morning or mid-afternoon to get me a carb pick-me-up without having to go all the way into the resort. They taste great and I love that you have the option to get chocolate drizzled on top. There is a little picnic bench if you want to stay a minute, but you can also keep your skis on and continue on with your day. Good price. Great idea. Tasty!

My lanta, talk about yummy! My husband and I ordered 2 cinnamon waffles! No syrup, what I've never had no syrup on my waffles, well not needed on these ones. We ate them up in no time and it was so good. Left and came back before leaving town to grab a couple more to go! I was actually craving a cinnamon roll and this cured that craving right up.

Oh my goodness!!!!!! What a treat! Ice cream on waffles! I was today years old when I tried my first scoop of ice cream on a warm waffle! It's a must! Wow!!

The waffle cabin is one of my favorite spots. The man behind the counter made my daughter feel extra special just by being friendly. Thank you, sir! Ps: she loved her strawberry ice cream!

We initially went there to get my son a vegan donut but since it was made of almond flour, he could…read morenot eat it. I ordered myself a lavender matcha. It was not too sweet but nothing extraordinary for a matcha latte. Second visit, I ordered the Nutella chimney. I am not into extremely sweet pastries so I asked for easy Nutella spread. Anyway, it was delicious! The cinnamon sugar dough (chimney) was fresh and light! The bakery is small and cute. They hear ice cream and other sweets along with sweet and savory chimneys.

This was a nice surprise for lunch. We did not have any of the specialty beverages or ice cream,…read morejust some chimneys. Overall, a good lunch with a few small issues. I had the turkey chimney and I found it very good. Lots of meat and vegetables. The bread felt very fresh. Though plentiful, the turkey felt a bit basic (compared to the ham). I also sampled the caprese sandwich (which is split open--not a chimney, but the same bread). Once again, the veggies really shown through here. Next time, we would have the basalmic glaze on the side as it was a bit heavy for our tastes and soaked through a bit. The cheese was hearty. There was a slight miscommunication about our two other meals, for kids. One was correct (the PB&J). However, I think they toasted the bread? It was a bit more crunchy than we would have expected instead of soft. This, unfortunately, made it unpalatable for one kid. I thought it tasted good, but the toasting (or stale bread?) wasn't the best choice. The other was supposed to be a ham sandwich, plain. But instead we got a ham, havarti, and egg chimney (which, looking over the receipt, I was charged for). That one is on me for not correcting the order. This change also made it undesirable for kid #2. Upon my trying it, the bread, a chimney, was equally as good. The ham here was better than my turkey. There was a lot of egg. This was not so good if you're my kid, but probably very good if that's the actual sandwich you want. We had a sweet chimney with nutella. It was very good! Seating is very limited. They have a small-ish space next door. The table we were at was broken, but others looked to be in better shape.
