    Christmas morning breakfast
    Dara S.

Did you know Waffle House is open Christmas Day? Well they are and it has become our tradition to go for Christmas morning breakfast. It is normally my parents and my family. Well this year we invited friends to come with us. There was 10 of us and it worked out perfectly. We sat at two booths with a chair on the end of each. Everyone ordered what they wanted and there was no clean up for us. When we arrived there were a few patrons in eating and the staff was dancing with the jukebox playing. There were some Christmas decorations. Just a bit to be festive. The food was Waffle House food. Always the same. It severs it purpose to fill you up. I probably won't be back until next Christmas but that's okay they will be there when we wanna go.

Open on Christmas!!! Staff was friendly food was decent. The bacon needed to be crispy and maybe have larger portions. Price was decent. As with all locations it was small on the inside and the place could use some cleaning up.

Oh Waffle House how long it has been since I have came to one of your establishments. When I say long I mean decades. This used to be my jam. Ate here nearly everyday before school as a youngster. I opted for the $7.99 special. 2 eggs, hash browns, toast, waffle and sausage. The waffle was great bc it was a skinny waffle so you could actually eat it all. The restaurant felt and looked clean. In fact the staff was cleaning as we were eating. It is small in there blue they still had it at 50% capacity. They don't mess around. Your food gets out fresh and hot. Great service.

Excellent hot food and always cooked fresh to order. Best service in town. I enjoy having fast food cooked fresh and on top of that the sweet tea here taste just like back home in Georgia. Love this place!

I've been meaning to get up early to visit this WH on my way to work (which hasn't happened, and not sure it will, haha!), but finally visited after a hectic few days of travel and conference. I was craving comfort food and waffles sounded like the cure. Thankfully, this visit hit the spot. It was ~6 pm and was pretty quiet, just a couple other parties visited while I was there. I decided to sit at the lower bar seating, and a server came right to me to take my order. I asked for hot chocolate and was told it was recently taken off the menu (WH decision-makers, if you're reading this, BRING BACK THE HOT CHOC). I went for a hot tea instead and ordered one of combos featured on the menu. Pecan pancakes with the nuts cooked in (not sprinkled on top), sausage patties, wheat toast, over-easy eggs, and hash browns. I had somehow missed breakfast and lunch, and am not ashamed to say I ate all but a couple bites of sausage. I may have felt a bit uncomfortable, but it was so satisfying. Service was good, food was good. Hopefully one day I'll finally get myself up early enough to stop by for (a smaller) breakfast.

We came inside and were greeted by the host and seated. It took a little while for our server to come over. The restaurant didn't look that busy, so I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what was going on, but it was a little disappointing. Once our server came over, we were able to order our waters and food. She brought the waters out fairly quickly, but our food took some time since everything is made fresh. I ordered the MAD Platter because it included everything from the eggs to protein and potatoes, and I really liked it! It came with two pancakes, and the pancakes were really good. I also really enjoyed the potatoes. They were crispy on the outside but light, fluffy, and airy on the inside. It also came with a bread choice, I got a blueberry muffin, took it to go, and it was delightful the next day. The service wasn't the best, and this is definitely a pretty pricey place for breakfast/brunch. I really wanted to try the fresh squeezed orange juice, but I opted for water instead to help save on the cost. The food was good, especially the pancakes and potatoes, but the higher prices and slower service are things to keep in mind.

This time with my husband and told him it was pretty good. We were seated very quick, it was around 11 am and it's a Thursday. The server took our order but forgot to bring my water. I got the "Mad Platter" which comes with three eggs, three meats, fried potato's (or grits), toast, and a pancake or French toast. I asked for well done eggs, which means the top part is cooked, which I explained to the server. When I got my eggs back they were completely runny. I just ate them as was because I don't mind runny eggs, I just wasn't particularly in the mood for them. It came with a ton of sausage. The toast came out cold but everything else was okay. I asked again for my water. She didn't bring it out when she came to give us something but got it afterwards. We were a party of 5 so we had some dishes and cups piling up. The server NEVER picked up anything from the table. Leaving it cluttered. Then, before asking if we were done or if we had anything we needed she brought us the check. And then just told us we didn't have to rush. You should always make sure your patrons are done before giving them the check, it's just common courtesy. She never returned to our table. My husband complained the syrup was runny. And the biscuits and the gravy was dry. Overall mid food, not sure if they got a new cook but it wasn't anything to write home about. The service was blah and definitely needs improvement. The first server I had when I first visited was really nice and attentive. I would say it's a place to visit at least once but we will not be returning. I hope you have a better experience!

My visit to The Green Room Cafe was nothing short of a caffeinated revelation…read more From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere that felt like a secret garden had collided with an artist's dream -- warm, inviting, and humming with just the right kind of energy. The service was absolutely impeccable: attentive without hovering, warm without pretense, and delivered with the sort of genuine hospitality that makes you feel less like a customer and more like an honored guest at an impossibly chic gathering. And then came the drinks. The pistachio latte was a masterpiece of balance and indulgence -- velvety, nutty, and luxuriously smooth, as though a pistachio grove had somehow been distilled into liquid silk. Each sip unfolded like a sonnet. The wildflower latte, meanwhile, was pure poetry in a cup. Delicately floral without being overpowering, it carried an almost ethereal sweetness, like spring itself had been persuaded to dissolve into espresso. It was whimsical, elegant, and astonishingly memorable. The Green Room Cafe has achieved what so many coffee shops aspire to but few truly accomplish: creating not just beverages, but an experience -- one steeped in artistry, comfort, and just the right amount of enchantment. A triumph. Five stars scarcely feels sufficient. Oh, and parking was mindlessly easy, the owner was present, the bathrooms impeccable, nursing mother's room near restrooms and high ceilings to dissipate the hum.

There is plenty of parking and many other restaurants shops nearby. The inside is clean and modern. There are roughly 10 tables, a comfy couch and chairs, and a small bar area. I HAD to try the Beach Day Latte. The latte was made perfectly. The icing on the cake was the house made coconut cold foam! Ohmygoodness- it was delicious. The breakfast sandwich was standard. I will say they did cook my egg to my liking. The bacon was good but still had grease on the two pieces. Our order taker was friendly and extremely helpful with the explaining the menu. I will definitely go back further the lattes!
