My go to menu item is always the cherry crepes; however, today I noticed they were offering a fresh fruit crepe on their summer menu and decided to try it. The crepe itself is that same papery thin and buttery they regularly serve but filled with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries inside and on top along with whipped cream inside. There was a fruit syrup on the side but it was almost not even needed. I left wondering if I just had dessert for breakfast or the other way around. In any case it was a very savory satisfying meal. I hope this seasonal entree becomes permanent.

An old original favorite that never goes out of style. Not a lot of fluff, but I love the consistency of the food and prices. Service is fast and always a good experience.

The food was very huge portions and filling and hot. The waiter was very friendly, a little slow on some items but we were happy. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere warm and friendly.

I absolutely LOVED feasting at this restaurant! I live all the way out in Fishers and it was 100% worth the drive. This specific Original Pancake House is my mom and her husband's "go-to breakfast spot", and I completely understand why! The location and ambiance were great. My partner, mama, and grandpa visited on a Sunday morning. There was plenty of room for all of us to park and no wait to be seated. The inside was very family friendly and reminiscent of a classic pancake house type of restaurant/diner. The service was impressive. Our waitress was very skilled, pleasant, and had a great memory. She even informed us that if I went up to pay for our table's bill that we would get 20% off because I was wearing a Pacers shirt (YES 'CERS!). Also, the food came out fairly quick. The Food- I would rate the food a 9.8 out of 10. My food was amazing. The menu had so many tasty sounding and looking options that I can't wait to try during my future visits. I ordered pancakes, chicken sausage patties, and scrambled eggs. The pancakes were some of the best pancakes that I've ever had at a restaurant. I've been dreaming about them ever since. My chicken sausage patties were alright, and I didn't care for my eggs at all. I wouldn't order the scrambled eggs again. Now... I don't usually eat pork except on occasion. My mom had talked about the bacon before, but when her and my partner's orders came out!?... I was in awe. Rarely do you see such gorgeous bacon being served. I HAD TO TRY IT! It was so fulfilling. Perfect, even. I loved it so much that I will be ordering some every time I go. Period. I loved everything about this place. So, if you're thinking about going... run don't walk!

Wonderful restaurant for breakfast. The pancakes are awesome, portions plentiful and the wait staff does a great job. The ambiance is very nice quiet enough for small convos and also large enough for big families. Plus great outdoor seating

This place has been open since 1953. I have been coming here since the 80's. I love that they have fresh-squeezed orange juice. I tried their Danish Kinafa cherry crepes which were delicious. They coffee is good but it doesn't stay hot very long but their cups are neat.

The original pancake house is a chain but great options and super unique with the apple pancake and German pancake. The apple pancake is almost like an apple pie - super rich, huge, sugary. You must share it or else def go home with leftovers. Like most diners, good service and quick to get food and pay to leave.

In my first experience they wouldn't allow me to change the chocolate from milk to dark in the dubai cup, but this time they allowed it. I shared the dubai cup and triple chocolate crepe with a friend. The price is $$ in my opinion but I feel like you are paying for the experience. The menu is extensive so there are a lot of options, one might even say, too many options. Since we visited around 8:45 pm there was no line and we had a lot of time to ask about their offerings. The person working the register was kind and handled our questions with ease. We sat at a table with our number stand and then we were served. It wasn't that our desserts were bad they just were a lot for two people. Talk about sugar rush!! What we did end up eating was tasty and seemed very fresh. I love this concept and hope more people venture out to check it out. The vibe is very chill and there a chairs and tables plus couches if you want a different experience. Be warned you will be filled to the brim with chocolate but who says that's a bad thing.

Pros: - Large and tasty crepes - Quick service - Neat packaging Cons: - Would love to see more savory options - More filling inside savory crepes - A bit pricy (two crepes at Gallery are $16 and here it'd be $18-$23 unless you choose two sweet crepes at $7 each) - Carry out only (not a deal breaker for me) I'd say the place has a great potential and just needs a couple of tweaks. But if you like boba, Youmi offers a wide variety of flavored tea and bubble combinations that are sure to quench your boba thirst. The staff, I admit, are almost always young and have a disaffected youth thing going on. But I've never known them to be rude. You do need to have an idea of what you want, though, as they aren't great with recommendations. I also would suggest that Youmi should get some hot boba tea cups. Currently they don't offer hot boba because they don't have the cups for it, which is easy enough to fix! Hot boba is pretty common, and the cups are readily available. If you want a good, cold boba, this place will hit the spot!

Always excited to try…read morea #NewToMe place and also one that is gluten free, as my dining companions need that for medical reasons. The inside is bright and comfortable. There are a variety of tables, also some comfy corner chairs. You order at the counter then they'll bring food to you. We all got (plain) coffee. There's a small sugar station on the end of the counter, but you have to ask for cream. I also told a staff member none of us had been there before, and asked were there coffee refills (since the rest was specialty coffee drinks) or do we pay? She said we can have one refill if we come up. My friends got gluten free egg/biscuit sandwiches. The hubs got a crepe with strawberries, bananas and more in it. I ordered the Galette Bretonne - which is described as "a savory light Buckwheat crepe with City ham, Gruyere cheese, with sunny side up egg" and also comes with a side salad. Our food came fairly quickly. The crepe was visually pretty. The biscuit sandwiches looked like they had nice fluffy biscuits (and, gluten free!) - but they were on the small side (smaller than an egg mcmuffin). My galette looked nice but not like the photo (see pics of mine & one from their web) - and the egg inside was well done, definitely not sunny side up or even medium. I don't mind harder cooked eggs, but the whole effect was very dry, so I went to the counter to ask for some syrup. The server told me that he would have to charge me for it. I said fine, yes please, because my dish is so dry it's unedible without it. So he went back in the kitchen and did bring me out a small side dish of syrup (see also pic of that, for size). I had my credit card ready, but he said "this one's on me." I thanked him and sat down to eat. ... and yes, that syrup was just the trick to make the dish delicious! So this is the thing that makes a whole experience "meh" as opposed to "really nice": Between me & my hubs, our food and plain coffees were $42. (My friends paid separately for theirs.) For that price and just counter service, if a guest asks for a small side of syrup for the food, there should not be a side charge. I think the server who gave it to me realized that (but I would have paid it anyway because the meal was just too dry without it) ... But here's the thing - there was another staff member at the counter when my server gave me that little side of syrup. She heard him say "no charge this time," and her expression absolutely changed, and she looked mad that he did not charge me, and like she was about to say something (but didn't). Guess what? I absolutely saw that. And I totally feel like she was not only mad, but also that he might get reprimanded for it. (Might I add, we were also there when it was NOT busy at all, so there was nothing about the atmosphere that was rushed or hectic - although that souldn't matter, either.) And yes, of course when I went back to the table, I relayed that story to my other 3 companions. A little (little!) customer service goes a long way. And also is easily a deciding factor of whether or not a place gets a revisit. There are so many other places to try. #ReviewsByRL
