We've been coming to this Waffle House for years, and it used to be reliable -- good food, friendly staff. Something has changed. The last three visits, my order came out wrong. My wife's omelet had eggshells in it. Mine was overcooked. And they've apparently stopped dicing the jalapeños -- you now get huge chunks that water out the eggs and turn the whole plate into a soggy mess. Three strikes. Eggs Breakfast and hash browns of Course! We were greeted with a warm welcome and got a table by the window. They were busy and everyone was "on it!" The servers were working so hard! We ordered right away and the service was great! Remi came back multiple times to check on us. Food was good! Chicken sausage was really good! Hash browns of course were spot on diced and smothered! opted for biscuit which was a good call! hubby ordered bacon medium which was perfect. Food hot, flavorful and friendly service! We doubled our tip! Thanks for a great breakfast Next time I will ask for the waffle to be delayed a little so we can enjoy it hot! read more

Went on a Friday morning and it was lovely. Our server Abram was amazing, will definitely come here again. Awesome!

I went in there for a late night snack and sat at the counter. I watched the chef take a raw country ham steak out f the freezer with his gloves hand and put it into a pan. Then he touched ( with the same gloves hand) other peoples bread and waffles and plates. He did not change the glove nor did he rinse it off he touched the silver ware and pans as well. When I saw this I asked him to come over and I told him to cancel my order and why. I said you are cross contaminating food and plates. He kind of liked at me and realized what he did and then went on about his cooking stay away from this Waffle House. They are going to make someone extremely sick or dead. And most of the pictures on their yelp site are stock photos from corporate. Avoid this place ! read more

I took my father out for breakfast this morning. When we walked in, we noticed that the restaurant was half full, very cold and the juke box was blasting "Friends in Low Places". We've had an enjoyable breakfast here many times, but this morning was just terrible. I asked our waitress nicely to turn the music down. She said "What?"... because she couldn't hear me over the music. Then she did nothing, disappeared, and someone else took over our table. The music stopped. About 10 minutes later, the jukebox blasted us again with "Friends in Low Places", then "Fat Bottomed Girls", "Livin' on a Prayer"... all at an unacceptable level for any restaurant. When I went to pay, I said something to our waiter. Other patrons heard me and voiced their displeasure with the music volume too. The funny thing is that I'm a rocker. I play in loud rock bands. I love music, but this was even too loud for me! We will not be back to this Waffle House. Good food, but the staff just doesn't care. read more

This is My FAVORITE *Waffle House* EVER! The food is ALWAYS So Good, it's a Clean place, I see the SAME EMPLOYEES (During The 1st shift, and most of 2nd & 3rd Shifts) This means A Lot to Me.. WOW! A super clean Waffle House in Canton! My son and I opted for a cheesy, cheat breakfast while over on the other side of town. Brandon was our server. What a sweetie! The first thing I noticed was how clean this place was! Waffle Houses kinda get the reputation of being a "off the highway, truck stop breakfast joint". This one clearly is not! We ordered the norm. Cheesy hash browns with an even cheesier omelet. That omelet tho!! There is something that they do to the eggs to make them SUPER fluffy. YUM! Worst Waffle House experience ever. I ordered a waffle & hashbrowns with a side of sausage and my Dad ordered a triple order of hashbrowns (only). My waffle was way overcooked along with his hashbrowns. I asked for them both to be redone. The food finally came out good, but when I went to the register, the bill was over $32!!! I should have reviewed the bill before I got the the register but have never has issues before so... Also, the atmosphere was terrible. I've been going to Waffle House 2-3 times a week my whole life. Most of the time they say "good morning" or speak when you some in. Not 1 person did. When I asked the waitress how she was all we got was a grunt. The waitstaff argued over which tables belonged to who and finally had to get the head cook to resolve the issue. This is after we had been seated for a while and not one word spoken. Don't know what the problems are over there, but they are huge. Warning!! Stay away from this location. I know I will. read more

So it would have been Zero stars if left solo to the experience of our first server who technically quit twice during our stay. He attempted to leave as we have him out drink ordered but came back and told us he was under a lot of stress and the cook had just cussed him out. We get it, folks have bad days and it was a holiday. We ordered for our toddler first as he was highest priority (no one wants upset toddler especially autistic one screaming for long periods of time). The gentleman finally got drinks to table after leaving us mid drink order to quite because I asked to put the food ordered in with drink order. We patiently have him our food order which was both basic and simply for 5 folks... he was ok till I reminded him we still needed the milk for Bentley. He fora bit agitated and brought a glass with not lid, setting it down right in from of our little guy. First of all every server know you don't sit a very full glass of anything in front of a toddler (2 1/2) without lid unless you want to clean up a mess quickly. We rescued the glass and I put it into a sippy cup we got from our Jeep. Crisis averted we wait on our foot and try to track him down for refills. The food starts coming out kind of haphazard and somewhat right for the most part but the Boys food is no where in sight. It takes about 10 minutes from when the 1st plate shows up to when my husbands light waffles arrive (still no plate for the boy) and that's when my husband about his food and let's they know his order was first for a reason and we are all feeding the boy from our own plates at this point because he has nothing yet. The dude turns around without a word and walks out. About 5 mins pass and we start trying to get some assistance. They put in another server who saved the day with his humor and the cook even stepped up to chat with us. We did get a discount on our meal but I am hesitant to go back at this point. We are long time WH folks, and it's a tradition to end our night at one. We just moved to the area and this was not a great impression. Yes the second server saved the night.... but we were very fortunate the toddler was in a very good mood and content with our food when his failed to arrive. It could have been a lot worse. Poor management and poor service. They are more concerned with socializing amongst themselves than the service or food they provide. Sad sad sad... We love Waffle House and I would normally not write a review but this experience was awful. My hash browns were not cooked right so they redid them and then the new ones were raw and then they asked if they were good even though I hadn't even touched them due to them being not cooked. The table I was at was not cleaned from the last customer and when I got my utensils they were dirty and had to clean them myself. The waiter also kept forgetting my order and what he did get right forgot to bring to me.he also added up my ticket wrong and tried to charge me more. Unsatisfactory. read more

I read Kellie's review, and I guess in a year's time this Waffle House has gone way downhill. The service was poor. Both the men and women's restrooms were very dirty. There was mold and gunk around the faucets. After seeing that, I can only imagine the cleanliness of the food preparation and cooking area. I will not be going back to this waffle house, even though I love Waffle House. Something definitely needs to be done at this location. read more

Under new management for about a year now the place is cleaned up and a wonderful family environment. With the new cooks the good is absolutely wonderful and service is the best I've ever had!! I definitely recommend this waffle house to anyone in the area. Best waffle house around!! read more

This buisness deserves attention. I stop in frequently as im heading down the main highway 20 that its located off of on my way to swaunee ga. The food is exceptional what really stands out is the customer service. One night at about 12:30 I stoped to add power stering fluid to my car because the wheel started grinding unexpectedly. Wile i was adding fluid the manager recognized me and brought out a coffee because it was cold out. Being that its located next to kroger on one side and the highway twenty to the other its next to impossible to enjoy a meal on the inside without watching trash roll across the parking lot outside. Its literally to hard for 1 person to manage and I think a community effort to clean up all around the place would be ideal. Great food, great service, and if your like me and prefer coffee over anything else this is where you wanna come. Just keep in mind not to glare out the window because its a constant reminder that some people would rather litter then protect our environment. read more

Served my order right, then we got into a conversation about black people somehow. I asked for decaf coffee, they didn't have any but were willing to make a fresh pot - the waitress seemed rushed to take my order but I asked for a few minutes because I wanted to be sure to get my coffee with my lunch. I ordered steak, eggs and hash browns scattered, covered, well. A few minutes later my food arrived - still no coffee - the eggs were a dried up mess, the steak was okay, and the hash browns were undercooked and not covered. I pointed the hash browns out to the waitress and she took them to the cook - he dumped them back on the grill with some cheese - still no coffee. By the time the waitress came back with the hash browns which now looked even worse, my steak and eggs were cold as ice - still no coffee.
