The FreeBird Benedict was great! It came with 2 chicken strips and sausage gravy with 2 poached eggs on a fluffy biscuit and a side of potatoes. The chicken was cooked nicely and the sausage gravy was delicious! The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the biscuit was fluffy! The potatoes were seasoned perfectly as well! The Veggie Scramble was delicious as well! The eggs were cooked nicely and you were able to taste the fresh tomatoes and spinach! It was served a side of potatoes and a fluffy biscuit!
