She definitely made the experience even better. What took me by surprise, and I really enjoyed, was hearing "Hi, welcome to Huddle House" at least 3-4 times before I even made it to my table I was like okayyyy, I see y'all! If I had to guess, the hash browns came off the griddle 12-13 minutes ago and the eggs probably 6-7 minutes ago. The eggs were cooled off in my first bite. I tasted an egg shell. A third waitress continually came over and apologized and checked on me. She brought me my bill.
