Prices have quickly continued to increase while quality decreases. Not worth it anymore.

Service and food were outstanding. I know firsthand that it is truly the managers and high caliper employees that make a business great. I have been in plenty of bad ones for sure. So, Store owners and managers think before you hire. Pay premium or it will cost in the long run. read more

Staff are nice and the food is good but the roach walking around and under the condiment tray kinda grossed me out. I know the bug is clean but wtf. Maybe try another one or ask to have the entire counter cleaned including the space under the condiments. Hello manager get out of the office and audit your establishment. read more

No one ever answers the phone take place an order so I don't have to deal with attitudes when I go in. I normally order over the phone and for the past week they never answer the phone who ever is running this doesn't know how to run a business if you are never going to answer the phone for your customer. read more

If you need a to-go don't go to this Waffle House. I came in and there was a pair of ladies who'd been waiting to place a to-go for awhile and complained about it. As soon as they got their order In I stepped up to the register behind them to make my own to-go order. Had to stand around for 20-30 minutes before any server acknowledged me; Even though I was standing directly in front of the register (and was asked to move over every time a dine-in customer walked up to pay). I understand they're a busy store, but why are they neglecting a portion of the customers just because they have to-go's? Why is there no system for who is taking the to-go's or switching off between the servers??? It wasn't even a weekend it was a WEDNESDAY! then when I finally got acknowledged, after the server took my order she made a comment to another server that I had been waiting for awhile (since I was clearly agitated in my tone); Thenorher server had the GALL to say "I wasn't ready"??? How would she KNOW?! She never asked me!!! I wasn't talking on the phone or looking at a menu or anything that suggested I was still deciding. I stood at the register and sorry But I'm not gonna stare into space like an invalid while I waited so of course I'm just scrolling social media while I wait??? Not talking on the phone. I periodically kept looking up and trying to make eye contact with the servers AND the cook/manager in an attempt to get service. if you want a good Waffle House, go to the one further down Platt Springs by the Sonic and Domino's near the old Food Lion. They won't make you wait twenty minutes to place a to-go order. read more

this place is haunted and they forgot the butter on my toast and the chocolate chips tasted like they were expired.

Best waffle around! Bacon was delicious, and cooked perfectly. Good place to dine if you're in a hurry! Also nothing tastes better than a waffle after partying! The waitress was ok. She could have been a little friendlier. She didn't smile much. She also seemed to be in a hurry, because she took my husband's plate the minute he put his fork down! Maybe he wanted that last bite of waffle. If you like waffles, sci-fi , and action hero movies, I recommend sitting in Dave's section! Very entertaining! He's a blast!!! this location was a bummer. I've eaten waffle house for 15 years in redbank area and never had service this poor. The old location is now without the great help it use to have...so I gave this location a shot. The waitress was rude and didn't seem to understand that I HAD NOT ordered bacon. Crazy for me to ask if you could change my bill since I didn't eat NOR order it. You were left exact change for my bill with no tip for a reason....poor service. read more

Very disappointed went to this waffle about two weeks ago service was awful the waitress she was so slow and waited till we were done eating to bring the waffle that was ordered. We went back today in the chance that it was just an off day and the service didnt change we had the same server and the food was worse I had to dig in my hashbrowns to find my ham and onions then while eating I saw the cook take his phone out of his back pocket put it back in his pocket then go right back to cooking with out changing his gloves. I addressed my problem with the guy who said he was the manager he said he would just write off the meal I told him that was not necessary since a good bit of the food was eaten I would pay for my food he then said he would have my server take ten percent off the bill and I still got the check for the full bill. read more
