The corn was bi-color and had a rich buttery flavor with parmesan cheese and a slight amount of spice with cayenne pepper and jalapeño cooked in it. If you like fried corn (who doesnt?), then this is for you! I could have had another side or two of that delicious corn! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.
