My wife's favorite thing from any restaurant is Cheddar's Monte Cristo sandwich, when that arrived with my order it was pretty overcooked. My wife was visibly disappointed and the server asked if everything was okay. My wife pointed out her sandwich was burnt and Brittney was quick to offer a second try with a new Monte Cristo. She took the sandwich and left the French fries for her to nibble on while she waited. The manager came to our table and reassured us another was being prepared and asked if she would like something else while she waited. All very nice and extremely accommodating. The second sandwich arrived and was much better than the previous one. They even served it with another order of fresh fries. The server continued to check on us regularly and provided "to go" drinks with our check. Thank you Cheddar's for correcting a mistake without making excuses and offering a replacement entree.
