I've gone to this location my entire childhood, and every time it's been really good. The last time I was there was a couple of weeks ago ; the food was delicious. I don't know if they got a new cook or if the morning cook isn't as good as the night cook but something changed. As you can see in the pictures the meat looks old. The food was dry and cold. The service usually is bad however because the food was always good it evened out. The ambiance was the usual. Is it worth it ? I don't think so. Waffle House is expected to be Waffle House. Our server wasn't communicative. I ordered the all-star, and only half of my meal came out. Our server very rarely came to check-in. We waited a while to ask about the waffle- he was in a meeting because, why? He brought me out a burned waffle. I returned it and told him I didn't want it. The food was just okay! But for food at Midnight, it did the job. I won't come back to this location; I will continue to dine at the establishment. read more

I really like this location. Honestly, this Waffle House has changed my opinion of the chain. I've been here twice for take out and the meal was not mediocre, it was great! They do an excellent breakfast for one of the best deals around. I usually get the All Star Breakfast with a plain waffle (I think it's sweet enough, so I just eat it with butter), a biscuit instead of the toast, two eggs over-easy, bacon, and hash browns with onions, cheese, ham, mushrooms, and country gravy. Both times I've ordered from this location they've gotten everything right, didn't forget anything, and usually are generous with the gravy, which I love. I recommend phoning ahead especially with this quarantine. Great place for a filling breakfast at an affordable cost. read more

Best Waffle House I've ever visited! My waitress, Sahara (?? didn't quite catch her name), was amazing. She was friendly and fast with my drink. My order was ready the fastest I've EVER had at a Waffle House and it was good. (I ordered the Bacon Hashbrown bowl.) I usually only eat half and take the rest home and have to wait ages for a to-go container. Not this time! My waitress stayed nearby without being pushy and got my container in just moments. I've been to this location twice. The first time, we had a waitress named Michelle and she was as nice as could be. The second time, we had Wanda and she's a hoot! I asked them for extra done bacon, almost burnt, and the cooks delivered on that request perfectly both times. The coffee was good and strong. They have heavy plastic dividers between each booth. If you live in atlanta there will be at least one time you have headed to waffle house. Yea there everywhere . They are all open 24/7 . The service is freaking Awesome when you are buzzed . When you are sober you kind of realized WTF. Most locations are a hit and miss with there service. I generally have to say service kind get better if you are a regular at one location. Or you will get a mixed bag service. The food. They are well know for there breakfast items . I usually stick to that.Burgers are ok not the best. Steaks not fresh..The staff don't even eat them. Hint... The service Again its a mixed bag. The night staff seems to be a bit slower than the day staff. Keep in mind If you order togo they do add a 10% service charge. Walked in there and first thing we noticed was that some workers didn't have masks on. Don't remember her name, but there was an old lady there who had no mask on and a runny nose. Her face looked pretty red too so it looks like she could have had a fever as well. She kept sniffling and wiping her nose and then kept touching things like the menu and our drinks. Won't be going there ever, the workers should be wary of their health so that they don't get others sick too. read more

This Waffle House's slogan must be "Face it, we're the only thing that's open." The service was worse than craptastic. Our server, while was pleasant, was obviously overwhelmed by the three small tables in the joint. We asked for refills on our drinks, and she said "OK, I'll get them right after I write up these tickets". Uh. NO. Now is better. So we sat. and sat. and for fun, we sat some more. Then we decided to leave. she hadn't gotten our ticket written up yet, so we stood, and stood, and stood at the counter. The food was Waffle House food. Except my biscuits and sausage gravy looked watery. I've really never seen sausage gravy that wasn't that creamy, white, deliciousness. This was watery... think the consistency of skim milk. The biscuits themselves were toasted on the grill, so they were buttery and good. But I couldn't get past the sausage gravy. I ate my hashbrowns (delicious) and shut up. Frankly, if I hadn't been drinking margaritas at a birthday party for a friend's cat, we probably wouldn't have gone to the Waffle House at all. so really, it was my own fault for being a lightweight. read more

Went to order to go and the while I didn't take too long to get the food, it took entirely too long to get our ticket. The lady lost our ticket. Then it took her forever to get us a new one and our food started getting cold. The last straw is when I opened my sausage biscuit and the patty only covered half of the biscuit! This is my go-to Waffle House in the area. It's always been the most consistent even when I bring along tipsy friends. The staff seems thoroughly trained and experienced to handle difficult customers and even accommodate them. Our server 2 nights ago was tremendous with helping us with our needs. She even made suggestions like a chicken biscuit that only costs $3. The food was, as always here, wonderful. I will forever recommend the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap along with hash browns smothered and covered. If you feel like having even more meat they will gladly even put sausage in it for you. Utensils and glasses were all clean as usual too. I've been to other Casa De Wafflès that aren't very consistent or don't keep a clean environment but this one is truly what you miss when you move to Texas for 3 years. read more

Service isn't too bad. But c'mon, it's Waffle House so don't expect much. Best time to go is at their peak hours. Why? Because that's when service is best. A lot of the food here you can whip up on your own at home. But who wants.to do that right? It's quick. It's simple. Great for late night munchies. After waking up at 3 o'clock in the morning for a flight down to Atlanta and then being stuck in the airport until around 10:30, my family and I were super hungry and tired. We live in the Northeast so we'd never been to Waffle House before today and this was great! It was totally packed--there were two parties ahead of us just waiting for seats--and yet we were still seated in only a couple of minutes and our food arrived super quickly. The waitress who served our table was SO nice and friendly. I'm really impressed with everyone who works there for being so on top of things and working so efficiently. Sine there are so damn many of these in and around the Atlanta area, I can't remember if we actually ate at this one...we ate at many during my many excursions to the ATL and they have always had me coming back for more. Cheese eggs and grits with toast, a hot cup of joe and you're good to go. Holy crap! One of the WORST places to go! The costumer service was just awful! This lady was so mean to me and my family cause we had the free coupon for 1 free waffle. And she got all upset for no reason! She yelled across the restaurant, and told her employee "deal with them I don't want to deal with them." Then she started to talk about how we were cheap and how come we didn't get anything! But in reality if her fat self was paying attention. We order an extra 3 waffle and drinks. Plus we gave back a 10 tip to her. When we left she didn't say anything not so much of a see ya next time, but she did it to every other customer.
