Back again. I really do like Waffle House. Ok, folks, look here. This isn't 5 star dining. But everyone's tastes are different. I grew up on eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, etc. So this place fits me. And I got this place. My usual day here is Thursday as my wife works late so I stop be here on my way home. I must say I love the interaction between Andy and Makenzie. They really do work well together and it shows in their attitudes and demeanors. No, this place isn't spotless. It's Waffle House. And I mean that in a very good way. Come during off hours and it's the best. I come around 10-1130 and always get a seat and great service. The ambiance is a Waffle House so you know this going in. Still the tables are wiped down and the coffee is a flowing. read more

Well it Opened Yesterday and I'm posting Today after my 1st of many Visits to come!!! If You love Waffle House and I do, You will be Happy with this New Edition to the Waffle House Family. Now I'm a Breakfast Man and Waffle House is the Place for a Great Breakfast. The Staff was Welcoming and our waitress Kimberly made it that much Better. Also the District Manager Jamelle was in the House and stopped by to leave a couple of Waffle Bonuses for our Next Visit. Hate to be that person since I've been going to Waffle House since I was a youngin so it saddens me to see what it's become. In my most recent visit It was giving very much unsanitary- Literally probably crossed multiple health violations . I ordered the bacon cheeseburger meal and my bacon was literally charcoal! And they thought I was gone gobble that shit up , and I was like totally not having it . AND when I asked for the waiter to take it back they made it seem like they burnt they bacon on the daily... Anyways , I don't know if it was because it was 12 in the morning and everybody was just tired asl but next time I come back I expect better read more

Waffle House regional manager for Grenville South Carolina publicly said last week Waffle House will remain open and ready to serve during inclement weather including this past weekend snow storm. I say it's all a bunch of lies for a regional manager (Mike Barnes), who probably lives on a beach in Florida somewhere. We went to this location at 7:00 pm. There were two families eating inside. One was leaving and the worker came and locked the door behind them and ignored me. The family leaving said they didn't want anyone else coming in so locked the door. read more

Update your hours. Waffle House isn't what it used to be and has gone to crap. Waffle House is no longer a 24 hour restaurant so just set you closing time to 10pm like everywhere else around. Even when they are open, no one will answer the phone, and once you drive there, an employee will lock the door on you as you're walking up and leave you standing outside with no explanation as to why. read more

Sat at bar for 15 minutes. No one ever said anything to us. Ignored the whole time. It wasn't that busy either.

Poor service, annoying waitress, I literally got someone else's food after they had sent it back because they messed up the order. We sat there for 15 mins before our orders were taken and waited another 10 for drinks then another 20 for food. Bathroom toilet was covered in urine. Food was cold.
