One of the servers from Waffle House with green hair came over to Dunkin donuts arguing with one of the workers at Dunkin' Donuts over a free donuts And threatening to fight the Dunkin' Donuts worker over a free donut because she could not get one in police were called and her actions were very rude in violent and I hope she's never going to be able to go to that Dunkin again it should stop arguing with people over free stuff read more

I came into the restaurant around 10 am on Saturday 12/13/25. I sat at the counter to place an eat in order. The counter was so filthy from previous orders that I couldn't rest my arm on it. I thought someone would offer to clean it but most of the staff was too busy discussing their personal lives with each other to even notice. Finally a young lady came to take my order and I informed her that I needed the counter cleaned. She insisted on taking the order first and said she would have someone clean the counter. She appeared to maybe be a manager and I couldn't figure out why she couldn't take 30 seconds to clean the counter herself. I guess discussing her personal life with a co-worker was more important. I sat there completely ignored and had to ask several times before I finally got someone to clean the counter. Having been a restaurant owner myself, I understand that everything is not always 100% on point. However, there is never a reason for customer service to be that bad, especially when a customer request something as simple as wiping a table off. Management of this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. read more

This is one of my favorite WH. I only go to a select few. I went around 11am. I sat at the bar and was helped immediately. Service was pleasant. My favorite waitress, Lil Laura was there! It was quiet, no yelling the orders. I'm watching my cholesterol so I opted for egg whites that they gladly made. My food came quickly and was tasty. Good spot. The wait staff worked as a group to get things out. I love listening to them call out the order. The cook was a little animated which was fun. Only thing that happened was that my breakfast came out in three pieces: first the grits and eggs, then the waffle and sausage and the waitress literally brought me the toast in her hands and put it on my plate. The Waffle House is a well-known greasy spoon dining establishment east of the Rockies. Walked in around 11:30pm and ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes with Cheese Eggs and toast. The food was yummy but could of been seasoned a little better. The Waffle House has perfected the art of taking fatty comfort food and transforming it into a meal that will make any discriminating tummy happy. I have not been to any other Waffle Houses, but the watching the staff at this particular establishment interact with one another is a hoot! The waitress will take your order. Walk over to the short order cook-who actually cooks the food right within eye shot of the customer. Then yell out the order in secret waffle house code. LOL And since there is only one cook, don't be upset if your meal might miss something. The only drawback is that this particular Waffle House is EXTREMELY popular with the locals. So long wait times for your food (about 30 minutes on the norm) should be expected during peak hours. A true throwback to the classic greasy spoon diner experience. lol read more

Enjoyed a waffle, hash browns and chicken breast w/ coffee. Well this was definitely not in my meal plan, I don't frequent Atlanta often so I had to stop in. The place was freezing cold, but it didn't take long to get my order in and have my plate in front of me. The server was attentive and did her job, nothing over-the-top, but that's fine for here. Food and customer service is always on point. And I thank this Waffle House for the consistency. But I noticed that the manager on duty was not very respectful to his employees. Waffle House having an open kitchen where customers can see workers, makes it easy for us customers to notice how the workers treat each other. I had a lovely young lady named Chasity who was my waiter and did an exceptional job making sure I received my food and it was made correctly. I believe the managers name was Clayton and I noticed he was not listening and respecting Chasity as a member of his team and chose to be disrespectful and not take his job seriously when it was necessary. read more

What a diifference LOCATION makes...visited the Hudson Bridge (horrible)ocation directly before searching for this one.....The staff greeted is withba warm hello..Table was cleaned literally with minutes of entering location.Our waitress Laura was very pleasant,efficient, and professional..The co-workers worked together as a team to ensure all customers needs were meet..They were working extremely hard...They should be acknowledged and commended on their jobs well done.I will definitely go to that location again.............. read more
