My mother was seated for nearly 10 minutes without a server coming to her table. She stated that female servers walked past her several times without acknowledging or greeting her. What was particularly concerning was that when another family of four arrived, they were immediately greeted and attended to by a server after being seated. Given the noticeable difference in how my mother and the other family were treated, I am deeply concerned that race may have played a role in the lack of service she received. Regardless of the reason, no customer should be made to feel ignored or unwelcome, especially on a day that should have been a happy and memorable occasion. I also attempted to contact your location by phone so that I could address the situation directly, but no one answered my call. That only added to my frustration and disappointment. My mother will not be returning to your establishment. I intend to bring this matter to corporate management and document my experience publicly, including on social media, so that the appropriate parties are aware of what occurred. What should have been a happy start to my mother's 68th birthday instead ended in disappointment.
