A few years when I first fell in love with Waffle Love, I would had given it 5+ stars but the waffles are not as decadent as they used to be. I miss the abundance of sugar pearls and when some of them would brown and add to the crispness. I miss the thick and creamy whipped cream. They used to be absolutely indulgent. Visiting my daughter in Utah. She raves about the Waffle Love Truck. We found it and got an order of waffles, hot chocolate and apple cider. I have never tasted such an amazing waffle in my life! It smells and tastes like a homemade yeast croissant. The hot chocolate is very good but the apple cider is out of this world!! It taste just like a homemade apple pie. If you live in Utah or are visiting, I would highly recommend you find the truck and get some waffles and apple cider! The waffles were good, but there is no coffee selection except for a Keurig they make for you. The customer service was awful. None of them seemed happy and do not communicate to the customers. I let them know we would be outside and they said we would have to just check for our food. I know they were busy but they had zero customer service. Bathroom had no paper towels and a tiny roll of toilet paper way up on a ledge. I told them and they did not seem to care. Seemed like just a bunch of angry teenagers. Sad. read more

Food truck only review. I tried them out recently at a food truck location. Not super pleased hopefully their commissary location is better. I love me some sweets but this waffle was sugar overload. It had a biscoff layer on top of it before the strawberries and cream. It was enough to put me over the top. I threw it away... Loved the flavor and taste of the waffle. The strawberries and cream were nice and fresh as well. A bit expensive for what it is. Don't know that I'll try that again. I've been here many times and have always loved a good liege waffle. The food, although expensive, is always excellent. But today I needed to leave a review for the people who work here and for the company in general. Right now is a hard time for the economy, for businesses, and for families. I really appreciate that despite the financial strain the Waffle Love (like all restaurants) must be going through, they have a very generous deal right now that kids get a free waffle when they accomplish a task of the parents' choice. This week has been hard for all parents and I loved that they had this as an option to help motivate my kids. We live about thirty minutes away so as soon as my kids finished their chores we drove over to Provo to get our waffles for a prize. Needless to say, I forgot to enter a promo code for the free waffles and I was SO disappointed! I went in and the employees (especially the manager) we so helpful and nice. We were in Provo a few weeks ago and decided to stop at this location for breakfast. The food was tasty as always but the staff seemed disorganized, the service was slow, and the food prep and presentation for my Breakfast Sammy was really sloppy. My Dad's Red Wonder looked great. But my sandwich was a mess and was falling apart. With limited seating, a noisy atmosphere, and a so so food experience, I was sadly not impressed with this Waffle Love location.
