My dog came to get her nails cut yesterday. She gets anxious around new people and will bark at them, but when the groomer approached her she was happy to meet her and calm, which was shocking since it's rare that he behaves that way in a first time greeting. This made me feel very comfortable with them. Her nails look great and are rounded out very nice! I wish I got the groomers name to include but next time I will. read more

Im from out of town and called to schedule a nail trim for my Mini Schnauzer, they were very gracious over the phone and was able to squeeze us in for an appointment the following day. I totally discovered Wagger's by accident. Hot Dog! What a great discovery! Wagger's is a boutique for all that is dog. Its a great place for grooming needs, as well as, the cutest dog accessories ever. I normally shop at a chain store for our puppy, but Wagger's offers so much more. The customer service is what will keep you coming back time and time again. When I walked in, I was happily greeted by a lovely women. She let me browse at my leisure, and told me to let her know if I needed anything. I needed everything! They have great puppy travel items, and some of the cutest puppy attire. Okay, Im not dressing the dog up, because she is too big at this point, but I would totally want to if we had a smaller dog. I found the prices to be reasonable for a speciality store, and I was told that if i didnt find what I was looking for, that they would see what they could do to order it for me. GREAT customer service. The grooming prices seemed reasonable as well. Especially since the larger places are charging around the same price, and I know from experience, the larger places arent all that. Wagger's really tries to accommodate their customers. While I was browsing, a man walked in without an appointment, and rather than turn him away, they worked with him to get his dog in for last minute grooming. This is not a dog eat dog world at Wagger's, this is a pooch palace. Dont wag the dog, but get those puppy paws in gear... you will love the way they treat your four legged baby. read more

Waggers is awesome and the owner is local!! I have been purchasing my Saint Bernards food from them since she was a puppy. Their customer service is amazing and they are always well stocked. Recently I decided to have Macy (my St Bernard) groomed. Their groomer did a great job. Macy sheds 75% less, no longer is itchy, and smells great! Her fur feels as soft as it did when she was a puppy. I will now be getting her groomed on a regular basis. If you have the chance please support this wonderful local business! read more

I have taken my dog twice to this location. The second time it wasn't the best. His ball hair was cut crooked as well as his ear hair. One of his nails was left long and i did not realize this until i got home, i ended up having to take him to a different groomer to get it cut. The skin near his balls had a bit of blood on it, small amount but still concerning. My dog is an active dog but he had always done great at his groomer appointments at other places where i have taken him, he has been professionally groomed since he was a puppy. When i asked how he did the person at the front desk told me my dog is still learning how to behave during his grooming appointment. I feel disappointed by this place, i had high hopes. I took my pup Melon to Wagger's this past Saturday and I'm so pleased with his bath! I mentioned specifically that Melon dislikes blow dryer before the bath so the groomer took his/her time and did a really good job drying, brushing, and trimming his paw hair. Melon smelled wonderful when I picked him up and up till now he still smells very nice. I think Wagger's also uses conditioner so Melon's hair is very shiny too. The bath itself is not cheap but I'll go back for sure because I know my dog is well treated and carefully handled. read more
