Love this place!!!! I felt horrible showing up with my dog for the first time smelling horrible and all wet because he decided to jump in our reservoir 5 mins before my appointment. Jennie was so sweet and caring! She made me feel so welcomed. I knew my 100 lb lab was in good hands. I dropped off at 9am and by 11am he was ready to go. When I picked him up I was amazed how soft, and clean he was! I got so many compliments on him when I took him to the vet after too. We took our dogs this morning to Wagging Tails Pet Groomer. We had such a horrible experience, it was so horrible that after 17 years we decided that will never go back there again. The Employee called and told us our dog would be ready in about 15 minutes. I confirmed told him that we be there shortly. We received another phone call as we were at the light in front of the place. We have been coming there for 17 years with a total of 3 different dogs and because they wanted to close 2 hours early, they failed to tell us this information when we dropped off our dog, and furthermore, they didn't have anything posted on the window that they would be closing their business down 2 hours early. We felt so much pressured, coming form a customer stand point.. When I went in to talk to the manager the employee that hat call kept popping in-and-out of the conversation being disrespectful and had the nerve to call me HOMIE!!! Well one thing for sure Wagging Tails Pet Groomer, never have to worry about me or my family patronizing their business again.. Finally the manager owner never once said anything to the employee being Combative.. Never apologized for the tone or behavior Totally unacceptable and just thought that we would let you know our experience... Hope this helps. read more

Very rude to her customer regarding their animals. The owner feels she can disrespect and speak to the owner like a child based on her opinion. When asked to groom the dog in a manner you prefer she is argumentive. She is not accommodating and says go somewhere else. Not a very nice lady. read more

After the first time we picked our pup from a grooming at Waggin Tails, he began to have a problem w his butt. For two weeks, every time we tried walking him, our dog would walk literally two steps then sit for 20 seconds. My wife contacted Waggin Tails regarding our concern, but I don't think they accepted responsibility properly. Regardless, because Waggin Tails has come so highly recommended, we took him back. The second time, we received a phone call 15 minutes after dropping our dog off only to have to come back and pick him up. These "professionals" apparently couldn't handle a 14 pound dog. I was so thrilled to find this place for our large and traumatized dog! Everyone there is skilled, gentle, patient, and friendly, and even though our old girl is getting up there in years, she now trots right in because she knows it's her special pamper day. Plus she gets a McDonald's hamburger patty after... The staff understands her abusive history, and takes care to be slow and kind so she doesn't get frightened, and I can't say enough about how much it means to me to find a place where both my dog and I feel comfortable and confident that she will not only be clean and pretty, but calm and happy when I pick her up. I also really appreciate how they stagger the appointments so you are not waiting for more than a moment to get checked in. This part was always very hard for our girl, and the longer it took, the more she would pull and tug to get out. Here at Waggin Tails, we walk in, they come get her immediately, and I finish signing in and get an approximate pick up time, which is also so accurate that I can plan accordingly. I was looking for a new groomer and needed someone who worked on Saturdays. My friend has been bringing her dog to Waggin Tails for a long time and she loves them, so I decided to give them a shot. So glad I did! Even though we were brand new to the business, from the moment we first walked in they treated us like long time customers. I have a Yorkie but I prefer a puppy cut rather than the standard Yorkie cut. From the conversation I could tell they knew exactly what I was going for. They took my pup and when I returned to pick him up he looked exactly as I expected. More importantly, he seemed to have enjoyed the experience. We have been there a second time and have our third appointment in a couple weeks. As long as my pup seems to like the experience we will continue to visit Waggin Tails. I brought my 8 year old German shepherd who had never been to grooming because her previous owner had abused her with a water hose. The owner was willing to give her a try and bathe her. She took her time and gently led her into a walk-in bath. Her assistant kept coming to talk to me and reassure me that my dog was doing ok. I could hear my dog and I knew that she was fine. My dog came out wagging her tail! They must have taken 5 pounds of undercoat and fur when they brushed her out. She was perky and happy! I have booked her next appointment. Being new to the neighborhood I was pressed to find a new groomer, after a quick search I found Waggin Tails which had nothing but great reviews so I thought to try them. I brought my two mini Dachshund only twice now and I can't believe how well behaved they are when I pick them up, not stressed or any shows of anxiety.. Which was how they usually came back to me with the last two groomer. I can tell the staff there are very caring people who genuinely enjoy their work and the animals they groom, they all spoke to me like one would an old friend and made me feel very comfortable leaving my dogs in their care. I called in to ask about pricing, and after some helpful and honest advise, I made an appointment for the following morning. The staff was all very nice and friendly, spent about two hours cleaning, flea dipping and clipping her nails (maybe more? I'm not sure- but she sparkles!!) and called me to come pick her up. The place is the best. We have been taking our Golden retriever Romeo to this place for last few months and wouldn't change it for anything. All the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and receptive of any special requests. For example, from Romeo's last visit, we felt that his nails were still very sharp. We called the m and they told us to bring him in right away so that they could grind the nails more. They never hesitate to make sure we are happy with the service.
