Here's pictures of my Sam. He's a cocker spaniel that has been shaved and given a beagle haircut. The new groomers that took over are terrible and do not listen to directions! We specifically said he gets really bad skin allergies, and ear infections and his ears need to be cut 1/2 inch and shaved down on the inside so his ears aren't heavy (this has been instructions from our vet for over 5 years for his grooming a)z Michelle, the previous groomer of this company always did an EXCELLENT job on Sam, but now with being under new ownership the new groomer is terrible. here's a picture of my cocker in a beagle cut. The groomer tried to say he was matted and they had no choice but to shave him!... I would love to give 5 stars but I cannot get a response at all from the groomers and I'm an existing client. My dog doesn't let anyone else groom him so I am stuck at a loss! The only response I have gotten is from here and it was the owner I assume but did she was out of state helping family which is fine but I never heard from the groomers. So now I am stuck and I feel bad for my dog. ** update finally got my pup groomed and they were super friendly and helpful. Hopefully his next appointment is smoother ** read more

UPDATE- So we just returned from taking Our Daisy to see her Vet because of the cuts to her bottom side. Very sad to report that not only is she experiencing pain because of the cuts she received but also the BURNS she experienced from the HOT blade used when our pups were SHAVED down against our directions. The groomer tried to tell us she had to shave down because they were matted, this is absolutely false! Now we have medicine to give Daisy and hopefully we can see these wounds heal quickly. The service we experienced is nothing different than when a groomer decides to power groom and shave down instead of taking the time to groom, brush and take the time to properly groom our dogs and give us the service we paid for. If you are looking for a groomer, I do not recommend Wagntrain to anyone ! Our dogs should not have been treated like this. I'm so sorry the previous owners sold the business. The new owner Brooke butchered our dogs yesterday!!! Every one of our pups were shaved all the way down, after giving clear directions not to shave them. Our Daisy has three terrible cuts on her belly and right leg all because of this new Groomer's incompetence! The price charged was more than we ever paid before! She claims we had an extra fee due to matting! None of our pups have mats! We brush them everyday! When my wife complained to Brook she told my wife she was rude as hell! I feel bad for all the dogs that have yet to be groomed by this new owner. Pet parents beware I strongly urge you to find a new groomer!!!! We paid for premium service and our poor shihtzus are paying the price! We asked for a poodle cut for our Yorkiepoo and she was shaved all the way down, disgusting! Brook you have lost us as customers forever! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well, you have no business in this industry, maybe you should go back to training so more dogs don't suffer at your doing. I feel so bad that we trusted her, we knew after 2 hours with the first 2 dogs being groomed something was not right, we should have not let Daisy, winter and Sadie go with Brook to be groomed! My 10 1/2 year old dog was a mess. He has been through surgery, radiation and chemo for six months and I wasn't able to get him groomed or bathed for a variety of medically-based reasons. On top of that, he has always HATED to be groomed and he has needed to be pretty much knocked out to have his nails trimmed. Along came Wag n Train. OMG- they are amazing! He was awesome with them and he came out of the van looking like a show dog. No mats, beautifully hand-trimmed, shiny coat, perfect ears, tail and nails. I've been looking for a decent mobile groomer for my adorable little pup pup for a minute. My dog is a snob who thinks she's human so getting her groomed is always a challenge as she usually gets anxious being around other dogs and kept in a kennel like most are handled. Obviously I then came to Yelp as they usually always take care of me and I found Wag'n Train with a lot of great reviews. I reached out and called and got to their voicemail message. It said that often they can respond to text message quicker so here I am going "Well I'm pretty textually active. You don't have to tell me twice!" So I did just that. On June 10 I texted about being interested in using their services. No response at all. I waited 4 days later for Thursday the 13th to text them again. Then I was met with a message that said "Good morning! I apologize for the wait. We are actually on our way back from Indiana. We traded in our older mobile for a brand new one. We have been busy with this trip. I'm so sorry! I will be able to look at my appointment book tomorrow." Hey, I get it. Life happens. So I responded with "Oh boy! Well I hope you had an amazing trip. No worries. I was concerned I had the wrong number so I double checked Yelp. Enjoy the rest of your time and I look forward to hearing from you tomorrow" I mean. I thought this was a pretty polite response, right? Well guess what? I never heard back at all. AT ALL. So guess what I did? I text them AGAIN the following Wednesday on the 6/19. And still no response. This is a pretty shitty way to handle a prospective client for a business, if you ask me. I'm literally like that Futurama meme and I'm like "HERE TAKE MY MONEY!!!" and they won't do it. They legit ghosted me. I feel like I'm on Tinder all over again. Super triggered. They did such a great job with our labradoodle, Arlo! He does not do well with traditional groomers since he hates being in a crate after a traumatic groomer experience. We were on a waiting list for Michelle. They arrived early. The vehicle was very clean and Michelle and her husband were very polite. We have used other groomers for our Labradoodle, but this was the best grooming yet! They took their time and put a lot of effort into making our girl look like a teddy bear. These guys are pros! I have a large dog who is very wary of strangers to say the least. He growls and has at times acted as though he might bite. This kept us from taking him to a groomer. I decided to give a mobile groomer a try. When I spoke to Michelle, she assured me that it would be no problem. I was a little anxious and a little skeptical that anyone would be able to handle our dog. Michelle and Warren came to my door, they took him right into their mobile grooming vehicle (which is pretty cool in and of itself). Within a few minutes they sent me picture messages of my big scary dog. I swear he was smiling. They exceeded all of our expectations. It's very seldom that I feel strongly enough about any service experience to go online and comment. But, I believe that everyone should know how great these guys are. read more
