The job was completed a day early and the workmanship is top class. Looks great. In addition, the car was spotless inside and received a car wash before I left. Looks like it has been detailed. I have taken vehicles (and car parts) to Turnpike Autobody before and have always been delighted with the results. .. and I am not easy to please. Paul is a miracle worker. Not sure how he got to dent and fixed but dent is gone, seriously, like dent never was there. They touched up paint on scratch and is no longer visible unless you get 2" away. If I did not have the scratch, it would be perfect. Convenience was huge, I live in western mass, drove out on way to business trip. Called ahead, arrived at 7:30, out by 8:30. Would have been quicker but they wanted paint to dry. Price was reasonable, a lot less than a body shop. Very happy, highly recommend them!

My insurance company estimated that it would take 10-13 business days to repair. It's been over 6 months and they still have my car. Dave, the manager, has repeatedly lied and mislead me and my insurance company about the status of the work. When I was finally told it was ready, the work that was done was so bad that the insurance adjuster (who came with me) told me not to accept the car back. I have lost thousands of dollars in car payments, insurance payments, out of pocket costs for rentals, and loss of income due to lack of transportation because they have kept my car so long. And to top it off, Dave is so rude! They have never apologized or offered any restitution. In fact, when I went in to see the car myself, he sat in his office, never acknowledged I was there, but barked answers the questions I was asking the front desk manager through the open partition. According to Dave, I am lucky. The last car he repaired was in his shop for 14 months. Bring your car literally ANYWHERE else if you get into an accident so that you can avoid the absolute mess that it's been working with them.

However, the rental place that booked me the day I was supposed to drop it off said they had no rentals. Was absolutely gutted. However, Morgan from Auto Park jumped in, found me another place for a rental and saved the day. In addition, the owner of the shop was amazing and truly honest about every aspect of the repairs.
