They weren't listed as an option on the menu, but our waitress was great about it and happy to get them for me for a small upcharge. The plate came with two eggs, and I was also able to choose a pancake on the side. There was also a choice of biscuits and gravy or toast. The portions were generous enough that I was able to share my meal with another person. And all of this was under $20! The pork chops were a great size, and I absolutely loved the way they were cooked. They were super crispy on the outside while still being tender and juicy on the inside, not dry at all. The pancake was another highlight. It was big, fluffy, and had that delicious homemade taste. We also ordered chips and guacamole, and I really enjoyed their chips. They were thick tortilla chips, super fresh and crunchy, and had just the right amount of salt. The guacamole was chunky and delicious. Everyone else in our group enjoyed their meals as well. I'm not sure if Benny's is a family-owned-operated business, but it felt that way. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Even the young kid who helped us toward the end was incredibly friendly and on top of everything, I noticed him at the front making sure the coffee was fresh, and he was such a hard worker. Food was cold and we didn't really eat it but she didn't ask us how anything was so we just paid for it. she seemed to be walking around talking to a few tables and sitting down and showing pictures on her phone to everyone it was really weird , like she was just socializing and not really to concerned about her tables. we had heard good things in the past and went in there about 7 months ago and it wasn't to bad but it has for sure gone down the drain. This is a fun restaurant to stop at for all the Route 66 enthusiasts out there. It has amazing decorations and awesome ambiance with all the cool stuff you'd expect to see on Route 66. The food is also good too of which there is an amazing selection of stuff to choose from with creative names. And finally the service overall is good too as they're nice and friendly. The only criticism I had with here is the place could use a few renovations on the inside. The bathrooms for example are bit filthy and could be renovated. And the outside as well does look like it could be better even though it is kept as it is to keep the Route 66 legacy alive. Other than that, stop here for a bite if you're doing Route 66 or you just want to pick up something to eat. read more

This is got to be one of the most disgusting restaurants I have ever eaten at. As soon as you walk through the front doors and smells like sewer. The local wait staff and cooks are the rudest ever. The menu was overwhelming as there were way too many dishes for such a small town and diner I was fearing to get something out of the freezer which I did it was terrible and when I made a slight complain the waitress rolled her eyes and went back and bitch to the cook out loud so is everyone could hear when my meal finally did arrive I was afraid to eat it as if it was spent on or something else the people of this town are disgusting. read more

Anyone who drives Route 66, needs to make sure to stop at the Wagon Wheel when they come through Needles. They've got some of the biggest plates of food that you've ever laid eyes on for a very reasonable price. The place is large and clean with an extremely friendly wait staff that greets you when you walk in the door. The menu is several pages long, so you'll have a tough time picking out what you want. My favorite meal to go there for is breakfast, since they make some of the best eggs and potatoes in the west, but everything is awesome there. read more

My Husband and i as well as a lot of our guest eat here on a regular basis! The business is family owned and they are wonderful people! The staff is also wonderful! You get greeted when you arrive and taken care of with in minutes! We so love the home cooked food we get and the service!
