Chorizo and eggs with French toast

Long drive back home from the Havasu Lake Life?! Pit stop for breakfast at its finest...cooked to perfection chorizo and eggs along with some fluffy French toast, fresh side of avocado and sliced tomato, and topped off with friendly hometown service in a charming folks vibe!

Came for some breakfast on the way out of town. Was seated fairly quickly and service was good. Portions were good as well and food was tasty. Would definitely recommend stopping by

Great place to stop by for a meal while charging your EV! Chicken fried steak (4/5) - steak was a bit small but they used actual steak instead of minced meat. Hashbrown was great, green beans were good too. Garlic biscuit was nothing special. Our server was friendly. Overall a good experience!

What a cool spot to stop on your road trip. The restaurant is very nostalgic. Prices weren't too bad considering it's in a tiny town. We really appreciate they aren't price gougers. Has a cool little gift shop at the entrance too. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and you know it was good cuz I finished the whole thing! I normally don't. Hubs got the pot roast melt and said it was great too. The horseradish is soooo spicy! Delish!

Ideally this is how every diner should be doing it. Great Customer Service, old school Route 66 Ambiance, great medium rare on a 8 oz sirloin steak, perfect sunny side up eggs, and home potatoes. By far a top favorite diner on route 66 with truck parking next door. If this place opened in around San Gabriel, it will probably get more traffic than Norms in Whittier, CA.

Back in Needles after a year and wanted to give this place another chance, plus my son was intrigued by this nostalgic diner. The country fried steak was good, not the best I've had but no issues with it. The hash browns were a hit, nice and crispy. The biscuit and gravy tasted real homemade and delicious. But I think the best part of our lunch was our server Lori, she looked super busy but she was attentive, bright and friendly. Like she knows all the locals and what their regular order is. That's what people look for in a diner: home-style cooking served fast by a friendly server.

Down home cooking roadside stop with a touch of nostalgia. The signature pot roast skillet doesn't disappoint. Good portion size and some toast that I didn't see in description. Great food, service and atmosphere.

It's a cozy place, and you can charge your EV simultaneously. First time - approximately $34 * Steak & Eggs (8oz hand cut sirloin) with potatoes & side of biscuit with homemade gravy $22.99 * Full stack pancakes $8.99 Steak was cooked perfectly and oh-so tender. Serena was very bubbly and attentive. We will be back.

On our way to Vegas on Route 66. Found this place to have brunch. Friendly staff and we were seated right away. Ordered chicken fried steak and breakfast burrito. Everything tasted good, not salty and greasy. The chicken fried steak is not the ground beef. The steak is a bit tough. Overall, it's good. But not a place we'll be back if we're in the area. The place is clean with rustic western decorations and plenty of parking.

This is a cool little place. A lot of things from the past to look at. The food was really good (I only got the 3 piece chicken strips on top of fries). It was more than i really expected. And the price wasn't terrible. The service was really good. Trisha was always checking on me. Very friendly and professional.

Always wanted to stop in, finally did. The interior is super cute and what you would expect from a cute Route 66 type diner. The service was excellent, Lori H our server was kind and attentive. The food was really good. We tried the cinnamon roll French toast and the pot roast melt with fries. The cinnamon roll French toast was delicious and definitely recommended. The pot roast melt was a solid diner style sandwich. The bread on the sandwich was perfectly toasted, not soggy or greasy. The pot roast was tender, in my opinion the sandwich overall lacked some pizazz but it still was good enough to clear my plate. The French fries were delicious and fried perfectly, nice and warm. Definitely worth a stop in here!

This is a popular place on Route 66 and we were seated immediately. They were about half full and you could tell from surrounding conversations mostly locals. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Our food arrived hot and did not disappoint. The portion sizes were ample and very filling. My chorizo was made to perfection and even the tortillas were homemade. My friend said his skillet with the pot roast was amazing but the biscuit and gravy tasted out of a can. The place is full of memorabilia from the Route 66 days and they play laid back days. Enjoy if you pass through.

Best damn pot roast sandwich I've ever had. Add the potato salad and pickles and you're about to enter the heaven gates! Get em cowboy !

Stopped on the way from L.A. to Arizona. Cute place stuck in time, but the service was incredibly slow and the food was mediocre.

Coyote Cafe is definitely a LOCALS favorite and certainly didn't disappoint us. The Waffle was so so good. Breakfast potatoes and their hash browns were "Amazing" Portions are healthy in size and delicious. In our group we had, Breakfast burrito , Waffle, Bacon and cheese omelette. The bread that is brought in for the toast and sandwiches is thick and really really GOOD! Get the Sourdough or white bread with your meal. We wanted to buy a loaf to take home, because it was so good. Not a bad thing to say about anything at Coyote Cafe. Customer service was ON POINT and so very friendly. Wish we had more photos. Didn't even take a photo of our food before we devoured it.

I ordered the ground beef patty, over medium eggs and hash browns. Fb patty was cooked right but flavorless and my over medium eggs were cooked over well. Yolks were fully cooked. I love my yolk runny. Husband ordered the sirloin steak medium, as soon as he cut a slice off he noticed a foul smell, I smelled it also (spoiled meat) and it was bad. Plus it was cooked well done. Upon further inspection of the "sirloin steak" we noticed it's actually a ground "sirloin" steak. Looked like my ground beef patty. Luckily hubby never ate a bite of the spoiled ground meat. Thankfully the nice lady there took the bad meal off our bill and apologized. But it's really sad that the servers have to keep apologizing to the customers for the bad food and false advertising of a sirloin steak when it should be the owner taking responsibility for his negligence amongst other things I won't get into. It looked like the cashiers had to apologize to two other customers before us too. NOTE TO OWNER: If you going to serve ground meat than specify on your menu "Ground Sirloin Steak". And make sure it's not going bad. People get sick eating rotten meat.
