Food ok.Service Suck they want to give you what they want. Nit what I order. This is the Second time having an issue with this location. I call them to complain and they didn't want to hear it. Also they Charges for Bags when I didn't take a bag. They charge me .20 for Bag I didn't take or have. They act like they don't speak or understand English. But they speak they language and Spanish. Food is good. Honestly the only good Chinese spot around this area is here. Gotta get the wings and get the garlic sauce. The sauce is amazing and dipping the wings in there gives it an amazing flavor unlike any other. Customer service is decent I mean its a Chinese restaurant so it's expected that their English isn't the best. Ordering when it's busy requires a longer wait than they say but to me it's worth it. My favorite of all time is the chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce and some wings. read more

People that know me, know that I love Chinese Food. My favorite place was Wah Chun at Grand Avenue. WAS. The new management is garbage. The food quality has gone down. Today is my last day ordering from them. They always get the orders wrong, even when I repeat the God forsaken order!!! Today, not the first time it took them 2 hours to bring me the food. I asked, I know that roads are bad, but she said 45 minutes tops. I thought an 1 and 15 minutes ok. 2 hours, I called and again managements garbage, giving me a hundred excuses and don't even offer a discount, which I don't want, but just saying. They are garbage now. Wah Chun not worth a penny. I miss the original owners, great food and on time. I can't -5 stars otherwise I would. read more

i ordered food for sunday family reunion , and they forgot to put one order, and i asked them what happened to my order and the lady said she forgot to write the order down, so i asked them if they were going to send me my order, and they said yes but i had to pay for my order even though they made the mistake, they said it was going to take them 20 minutes to make my order, and i told them that by that time everybody would be finished while im the only one eating and they didnt care, they told me if I wanted I could wait until tomorrow if I wanted to speak to their manager to see If he could give me my free order, I took it as I joke because after one day I was going to get my free order, good one jaja, any other place i would get my order free since it was their mistake, to top it all the food was horrible and not enjoyable, a family night ruined read more

It's so delicious. I've been eating take out from this spot for years. The food still tastes the same... yummy!!! I love their fried crab sticks, their fried chicken wings, their beef and broccoli, their chicken and broccoli, and their orange chicken. Those are some of my favorite things to order from here. The crab rangoon was a little hard on the outside unfortunately but the inside and middle were really good lol. I love their food :) read more

This is one of those places that you would never expect to have good food but it does. I've been going here since I was a little girl. The Chinese food is awesome. I have not found anything similar. Even after being out of state and coming back, this place is still great! It's in kind of a sketchy area but go during the day time and don't speak to strangers if you're not comfortable. But you should be fine. I'm a girl and I've been there at night before to pick up food. They do pick ups and deliver. You can eat inside too but it's so tiny and people waiting in line so I'd recommend doing pick up or delivery. Try it! It's so good :) read more

I have never had worse customer service. We placed an online order, received a confirmation order number on top of an email confirmation for delivery. Over an hour after we placed our order and hadn't received a phone call or our delivery, we called to check in. They treated us like we were totally the ones in the wrong. They told us their internet was down, yet were quickly able to look up our order and then tell us "oh we don't deliver to you." The person on the phone was completely unprofessional and didn't offer any sort of apology or fix to the problem. This was the first time I had ordered from them and I don't think I will never order from here again and will advise others not to as well. read more

The food ok. I'm from NY and struggle to find comparable Chinese food. My main issues with them is they set unrealistic delivery times. They tell you 30 minutes and show up an hour and 15 minutes later. I ask for a discount because they're so late and they don't know what that means. They also don't know the difference between a shrimp roll and an egg roll. Too many times I've ordered a shrimp roll, paid extra for it, but get an egg roll delivered instead. This place needs to be shut down. They don't respect the customers and they figure people will just coming back regardless. read more

Used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant I have ordered from them often for years especially when I lived in Fair Haven, when I moved to exit 8 I still ordered from them & had it delivered now I love across town closer to West Haven and I have continued to order from there with all that being said the last couple of times it was ok but not like it used to be I figured no one place is perfect all the time so I have them the benefit of the doubt but after tonight forget it all bets are off the crab Rangoon was dried out on the inside and HARD on the outside I thought I was going to break a took biting into it. The lo mein was also dry & tasted weird the only thing that was good was the fried dumplings but everything else was such a disappointment I couldn't even enjoy the dumplings what a waste of money!! Don't even bother!! If you want some to eat go across the street to c-tow but it & just cook it yourself no matter how much you don't want to cook I wish I cooked tonight!! read more

This restaurant has stepped it up a lot due to the change in management. I was skeptical at first to come back here to eat after a bad experience I had last year. However when I went back this past week there were some very noticeable changes. For one, the place looks more appealing and the workers are a lot nicer. The food has gotten better and the taste is a lot better. I will definitely keep coming here again. read more

I honestly love this place, the delivery is fast, food is always hot, and the boneless spare rib combination plate is hands down the best. The sauce they use is amazing.
